Yeah this location is awesome. I use the one in Brighton, which is just as good by the way, but they were busy and couldnt see me right away. So I traveled about 10 mins to this location. John the manager actually handled most of my situation. Needed a new drive train in my Lexus. They were able to get to take care of it within a day. The cost ended up being a couple of hundred dollars less than what he thought it originally might be. We wanted to test drive it before paying and everything was great with the car and he was totally cool with it and went for a ride with us. John was super helpful, professional, and just straight up nice through the whole ordeal. My wife was happy with it as well and of course if she is, then I am as well. Great shop, its new, and keep up the great work over there everyone. The other comments confirm how good this location is as well. We will be coming back 🤘👍

These guys are great. Honesty plus a huge part in everything they do. I seriously love coming here. I bring both my car and my wife’s car here for all of our car maintenance needs. If you don’t need it done, they won’t do it. If you do need it done, they’ll make sure you get any coupon/special out there so you can save a little bit. They’re fantastic.

This is a general maintenance shop among many around this area but all others dont match up to this one! Great team here Chris is usually the guy helps me out but Bram helped me the last time and was great! They always make sure you understand everything and always efficient on getting it done!Since its a newish store always have deals going so go check them out you will be taken care of! Their quotes are usually cheaper than other places around here which may sound bad but quality is worth it as well which makes this place differ from others!

I’ve taken my car here twice now and had great experiences both times. The GM Bram has my trust and complete confidence. John, the general manager, was fantastic! He explained the situation to me, fielded my questions and at no point did I feel taken advantage of. I asked him to quote some other work the dealership had made seem urgent and after their inspection, he said he couldnt in good faith recommend any of the repairs that had been quoted at over $1900. I will definitely continue my business here.

These guys are the best!! I have taken my cars to them several times for oil changes and repairs. They are always friendly, helpful, and they get the work done quickly.They have never tried to sell me anything I dont need. In fact, they have talked me out of things I thought I needed that would have cost more. The pricing beats the other guys in the neighborhood, and they will get the work done faster as well.My only hesitation in posting this review, is that I dont want everyone to know how good they are because it might be harder for me to get my car in when I need to.

Awesome place with quick service. Full alignment and oil change in a little over an hour. Cant beat the half off synthetic oil change and 50$ alignment specials. Best thing is they dont try to persuade you to buy something you dont need. Definitely my new shop of choice!!

Fast service and great prices

I needed an alignment and they got me in same day, and they were very friendly!

I took my car to get the alignment done but they broke the front lip of the car, I warned them that my car is kind of low. They still somehow managed to break it. They tried to fix it but there’s no way to fix it. Very disappointed. If you love your car don’t take it to these guys. I spent 2 months putting this car together and the first day i take it out they broke the front lip. I don’t want free stuff but they didn’t even try to give me a discount or anything, they didn’t even say sorry. Not professional. It just hurts when you spend thousands of dollars but someone else breaks it.

The few times I have been in there to get an oil change or alignment Their customer service has been exceptional. They fit me in a last minute Schedule give me great discounts will continue to go back to them..Thank you!!

Saw a banner on the side of the building that oil changes were in sale so I decided to give them a shot. Full synthetic oil change with tire rotation was only 40 dollars and I was in and out quickly. I dont think I could have purchased the supplies for this price. When you factor in the time to do the work, I made out like a bandit. The staff was friendly, professional, and attendant. This is a business that is a welcome addition to our community.

I took my car for a simple oil change and to get my brakes done (which ran us $400+). I get it back with a ticking sound. My car is fairly new and was quiet before taking it in. I explained this and they tried figuring out what went wrong and it took them several hours to fix what they did wrong. I got it back and now it sounds like a race car!! I wish I had never taken it here!!!! Now I have to pay Kia to get it fixed and back to normal. You would think a place named brakes plus would know what they’re doing when it comes to brakes. I’m so upset about this and there’s nothing I can do about it besides pay more money to get my car back to normal. It sounds like I have a hole in my muffler😩

Last Saturday, I came in about 45 minutes before closing and was hoping to get my brakes looked at. The guys jumped in my car and tested it right away. It turned out i needed to replace my rear brake pads. Even though it was close to closing time, they got the job done that evening, staying 30 minutes past closing to so. Bram and his team were very professional on fixing an area on my 4Runner that was misaligned and not done correctly from another shop. They also were quick to call me and notify me leaving the shop saying that my tailgate was open. I thank him for the call but mentioned I left it open to fit my bike in there correctly. The clunking that I was hearing indeed was not a new issue and was from a bad alignment done else where! I am glad BRAM and his team was honest and able to get my 4Runner back to perfect condition. THANK YOU! I will be a returning customer, especially since I will be buying my lease.

Ive been a customer of Brakes Plus for over 5 years now. This is the first time Ive used the brand new store by my home and they were awesome! Very professional, personable, timely, and didnt tell me my car has cancer and needs a bunch of work. I told them exactly what I was looking for and how I use my vehicle and they delivered exactly what I wanted. They were the most competitively priced for the work I was looking for but also gave great recommendations on if I wanted to fix other things that may need it. I continue to recommend Brakes Plus to anyone who needs work done to their vehicles.

I had one the worst experiences ever at Midas. Long story short I was lied to and told that I have about $2500 worth of Issues on my cars front end suspension. I brought my car into Brakes plus and they told me that my suspension was perfect and 100% NOT in need of replacement now or any time in the near future. IF you were thinking about going to Midas, save your time and your wallet and go straight to Brakes Plus. Super professional team and very honest. I will be going here for all of my car services from here on out!

These guys at my new neighborhood brakes plus are awesome! Ive been overhauling my vehicle and was stoked when I saw a brakes plus was opening close to me because of their reputation in Colorado. I went in for brakes. I was greeted by Bram. He introduced himself as the G.M of the store. He was very nice and was eager to make me feel like I made the right choice to get my car serviced here. After the inspection, he gave me the news straight up. No sugar coating. Just the facts and what I knew to be a better price than what other shops quoted me (I did my homework and got quotes from another shop). After agreeing, he got my car in and out a bit faster than originally promised. Overall , my experience at this store was great, I will definitely bring it back again , even for non brake related service as they offer a laundry list of services to fix your car. I went to Brakes Plus in Commerce City/Reunion to get my car’s oil changed but also because I needed brakes and rotors. Unlike many other facilities, I was told I needed additional items (which I knew I didn’t need anyway) and was not pressured into extra purchases (like wiper blades). I was informed of the recommended service dates per mileage of a few standard maintenance things (timing belt and struts) and informed of how many months out I was from needing to fix them and the approximate cost of the repairs so I could plans for them. The service manager (Jason) talked me thru my options and helped me weigh them logically before deciding which brake package to purchase. Finally, they installed new taillights that are beautiful and function perfectly! Absolutely will choose THIS Brakes Plus over other locations!

I just want to say that Bram the manager is awesome!! I took my car in and got a alternator which this first one went faulty but the second one worked fantastic and Bram and his team went above and beyond to make it right.I was without my car for a couple days and it cost me some extra money but Bram ended up refunding me some of the money for my under cost and for the cost of another shop that discovers the issue with the faulty alternator. I appreciate him being willing to do that.I want corporate to know that Bram is awesome and did something to make me feel valued as a customer.Thank you to Bram and the whole team for doing the right thing and taking care of me.A happy customer-Joel

I desperately had to use the restroom and with so many places closed this place was quite the relief. They were professional and pretty relaxed about the whole ordeal. Excellent customer service in this regard.

Had to replace rotors and pads and added an oil change last minute. Chris and the staff were super helpful, made a full disclosure of what I needed, and even allowed multiple coupons. Gave future recommendations and what to keep an eye with my older vehicle. Love the service, top notch!

Terrible place, never going back! If I could I would give it 0 stars! Got charged to do an inspection of the issue we had in our car and were told it would cost about $1000 to fix it and that it was an urgent matter that needed to be done as soon as possible. We then called the Brakes Plus in Prairie Center and they said they would have done the inspection of the issue for free and would charge us $500 instead. Then when they checked for the issue it was nowhere to be found. Apparently there was no problem at all. Maybe because our car wasnt checked at all at this Brakes Plus since it was parked at the same parking spot we left it at when we first dropped it off. Its not nice they try to take advantage of others that dont know much about cars when these people trust them to do their job. Dont waste your time and money here.

Tire place broke a lug. So I called this brakes plus and was told it would take around an hr to fix and I could wait on it. No charge to me. Great, friendly customer service!! Had it fixed in about 40 minutes.

I purchased my vehicle from AutoNation North and following several nothing but negative experiences like oil changes whereby the oil didnt actually get changed, or tires that already had patches having found that out when attempting to repair a slow leak on a tire!! I decided to try out the newly opened Brakes Plus, I met Jason, Nick and Bream, all great gentleman and customer friendly! I was in and out of the service area in less than 20 minutes; with not only a complete oil change, my tires were checked for rotation as well - Great Job Guys.. THANKS This will be my new complete auto service center!

They cutt my studs on my wheels idk why they would maybe because they don’t have the right sockets my wheels are aftermarket and I was going to do my rotors so I pulled my wheel off and 3 of them have been grinded there closed today but they will be hearing about this tomorrow

Great staff and great job on the car

This Breaks Plus is AMAZING! I made an appointment to get an alignment a few weeks ago. They got me in and out In like 30 min and they were so friendly and great. Then today, I came back because it sounded like something had been rubbing on my tire. To make a long story short, they found the piece of plastic that was causing the rubbing noise and clipped it up for me, free of charge. I will absolutely be going back here when I need my breaks done. Highly recommend!

I have never had a manager stop what he is doing with items in his hand to help a customer. Usually they would say (ill be with you in a min) but not him. He placed the item right beside the computer and helped me. I needed a battery and not only did this store recommend me which battery to use they also installed it. If you like me the fear of getting shocked with installing a battery is scary. With out asking he offered to install it. Once again I have never had this type of going beyond for a customer at a chain service store. I would highly recommend this store 👌

I scheduled a engine oil and transmission fluid change online. 2 hours before my appointment I called to confirm the appointment and reiterated this was for an engine oil and transmission fluid change because I wrote it in the notes and brakes plus confirmed. I arrived and they mentioned only an engine oil change to which I told the associate I confirmed for a transmission fluid change as well on the phone. I was then told they do not have a tech to do transmission fluid changes, even though I also pointed it out on the pricing board that it is shown there and I was told “that is corporate pricing for all stores”. Another associate came over and looked up my car and said they don’t change fluid in CVT’s, I said it was a 5-6 speed automatic to which I was told I’m wrong and there is not dipstick or drain plug even if they wanted too. I went ahead and only got my engine oil change which they did a great job and were polite with that. The next day I went to autozone, bought ATF fluid and changed my transmission fluid using the drain plug that I was told my car didn’t have and the dipstick I was told my car didn’t have either. Brakes plus you need to train your associates better.
