Did a good job on the fender but for the price I was expecting better workmanship. My truck was suppose to be done Saturday verified by 2 employees but I received a text the following Monday morning saying they messed up on something and the truck wasn’t starting, I didn’t get my truck back until Wednesday afternoon but when I got home I realized my passenger floor mat was missing so I had to go back up there. A few days later I pop my hood and see the computer just hanging there and a harness hasn’t been put back correctly and a few other little tabs that wasn’t put back. My air cleaner box wasn’t put back right and doesn’t has any screw in it. They tore up my antenna with a pair of pliers, this paper was stuffed in my glove box. I would never them recommend to anyone

Someone rear ended my new Camaro while I was at stop light. I went right over to fine line in a panic and Russ was awesome. He got me in within two days and did the whole bumper and some frame damage for a very reasonable price. Even after some issues with the paint on the bumper came up they took care of it right away. Nice people and they really care about making you satisfied.

Had truck for 3 weeks and when I got it back the repair wasnt good the dent that they fixed looked horrible and they didnt even touch the 3 dents on the roof that was supposed to be fixed as well not a good experience at the south high location

If you need body work, this is the place to go. They are professional. The quality of their work is exemplary. They are also helpful ( almost to a fault ). If you do not go here, you are making a big mistake.

Based on the previous Google reviews, I chose to put up a fight with the other drivers insurance company to bring my car to Fine Line after being rear-ended. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the paint on the bumper did not match the paint on the rest of the car, as you can plainly see in the attached photo. While I am still going through the process to have Fine Line resolve this issue, the process so far has been horrible. Multiple phone calls, people not following through on what they said they would do, and long delays. I picked up my car nearly 3 weeks ago, and told them when I picked it up that it didnt match, but it will still be another week to even meet with a warranty advisor. Though, I will have to take more time out of work to deal with this, no one can even tell me what will happen next. The whole thing is just needlessly painful.EDIT: After cleaning my car, the issues are far worse than a color mismatch. There are multiple runs in the paint, along with several areas which were not cleaned before painting, and I now have dirt UNDER the paint, making the surface of the bumper feel rough and uneven. All in all, an incredibly POOR job was done on my car.

Russ is so nice and knowledgeable, Jackie is a sweetheart and always quick to respond everytime I bother her. Even via email. They also handled the whole insurance process for me and fought to make sure my car which is a higher end car is getting the required work approved for it to be repaired the right way! I first came to this Fine Line after an accident in April of 2020. Jackie and the rest of the team made the process so easy! When my bumper started to come off almost a year later, they took me in same day and fixed it within 40 minutes. While I was there I bought windshield wipers from next door and planned on putting them on when I got home, but without me even asking they just offered to do it while my car was in the back. Would absolutely recommend this fine line to anyone in need of car fixes!

They have fixed multiple cars for me over the years and I trust them a million percent. The guys working on the car always answer any question I may have and no one there makes me feel stupid for asking. I just wanted to come on here and say how amazing fine line auto body is, they have amazing staff.. the mechanics and also including Jackie, the young lady at the front desk. She was FANTASTIC to say the least. If I was a supervisor I would give her a raise each month for her hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to her job. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me this week.. I was getting the run around with my insurance company and she made multiply trips outside to take pictures of my car to send to me, because I needed them to be specific photos. Whoever is in charge or above her, should definitely give her praise and some type of incentive!

Had my truck repaired there.Rust on my rear quarter panel on my 2012 silverado.4 days after the repair the rust came backTook it back,they fixed it again.4 months later it came back.No warranty on rust400 bucks throwed out the window.

Heather and Russ made the entire process simple and effortless, from the initial estimate, arranging the rental car through Enterprise, dealing with my insurance company and their adjuster multiple times and delivering my vehicle back to me looking factory new. I received regular telephone updates as to the progress of my repairs and all of my questions were completely answered. I will definitely use Fine Line on South High again if I ever need body work on my vehicle again and recommend them highly.

I had them make a repair to my bumper. In the process of fixing it, they put some stress cracks in the paint. I hadnt noticed it until I got home and they were already closed. I called back the next day and told them about it, as well as show them before and after pics of the effected area. They didnt try to weasel out of it or anything, they just told me to bring it back and they would fix it. They even paid for my Uber ride back home and would have paid for one back up there if I needed. Thats great service. You can tell good companies not necessarily when things go right, any company can be good when things go right, its how they take care of you when things are wrong. They corrected the mistake without hassling me, and made me satisfied. Will do business with them in the future when/if the need arises.

I had a wonderful experience today at Fine Line Auto Body on South High Street. I stopped by knowing I needed auto body repair. No insurance was involved. They were able to fix it immediately for an hour of labor involved. I felt they were honest. The waiting room was extremely neat, clean and friendly. I will definitely check them out if I need any further auto body repair.

After having my daughter involved in a head-on collision and my car being totaled out I didnt hear anything from the other party or the other parties insurance company and Christine called me out of the blue and expedited the service as quickly as anybody probably could and did it with an incredible sense of professionalism. She was able to get my car remove from the impound lot and brought to their location to where I was able to come get all my valuables out and within the week of getting my valuables I was received a check for the total amount of my vehicle. This could not have happened this quickly without the help of Christine and the staff at Fine Line Auto Body you guys did a great job!

My fiancee was in an accident recently and they took care of everything right away, from calling the insurance company with us, to handling the rental car. They were patient and professional and walked us through the process step by step and answered all our questions thoroughly. As Im sure most know, dealing with an insurance adjuster (especially one from a company that you arent insured with) can be an absolute nightmare, but Christina at Fine Line really made us feel like wr had an advocate on our side. They were transparent and honest about their process and we felt very taken care of. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

ABSOLUTELY An Amazing experience!My fiance had hit a deer and Fine Line helped me in every single way possible. They towed my car the same day to Columbus, I live about 1 hour and 15 minutes away and I work third shift so this was incredible to me that they towed it no charge necessary. They continuously kept me updated which I loved because some places you have to call and blow up phones, but this body shop is nothing like the rest theres no place like Fine Line! My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up from Fine Line and for that I was super grateful because it looked brand new, they fixed my car and cleaned it , shows me they truly care about me and wanted me to be a very Happy customer. I have a $1000 deductible but only had to pay 300 cash thanks to Fine Line for helping me out. Also a special Thanks to Christina and Heather for Takin such good care of me, for truly caring as well

While other shops were telling me 4-6 weeks to get the work done they did it in 1 and very good job might I add. Well they stole $80 worth of led lights out of my car the guy goes we have a secure fenced in lot so I guarantee no one broke in it... asureing me it was someone who works there that stole the lights. told me it was rdy for pick up and pulled it out front with a dead battery and told me it was my told me they would work with me on payment then threatened to apply for my title after I had spoken with them about spacing out my payments. customers looking for a reputable company beware

Christina was a pleasure to work with. The work was done in a timely manner. However, I am very disappointed with how Heather spoke to me and of me to my fiance. She is very rude and unprofessional. I was told by Christina that my vehicle would be finished by Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Heather called me on Thursday saying that my vehicle would not be completed until Thursday or Friday two weeks after I dropped it off. She was extremely rude and snippy. She claimed that I yelled her, which I absolutely did not.My vehicle was finished eight days after I dropped it off. This was more than sufficient. There is still something that appears to be residue from the animal on my drivers side door. I would like to have this cleaned up.
