ORIGINAL: I was given one price then the contract they emailed me was for a much higher price. When I called back they hard core sales tactics for annual contracts. They even tried to get my credit card number on the first call. Ughh! --- UPDATE after owner reply : An unbiased person listening to that call would not reach the same conclusion you have. The contract I was sent did not match what I was told on the phone even though I clearly clarified the price and terms I was expecting before the call ended. Your reply solidifies my negative opinion of your company.

Over the years, we have had several pest issues, that required immediate attention. Weve had small ants in the home, clover mites on our patio, and a bees nest under our hot tub. In every instance, Truly Nolen was able to dispatch someone quickly and the problem handled thoroughly and professionally. Bob and his staff are always courteous and responsive. Worked with my schedule to provide service as soon as possible. Technician was very thorough, informative and respectful. Office personnel very responsive and friendly. Pricing is very fair compared to market.

Lack of communication on site visits and poor billing practices. Never was told in advance of when coming to the home so that we could take care of contracted services throughout the year. Only received the call when they were pulling into the driveway. I experienced issues with direct billing with debit card as well.

Refuse to pay $50 for an inspection plus 7% tax fee just for them to come out when I can clearly see the pest and all I want is an estimate and they come kill the pest. I refuse to use an company that can’t give me a quote for a price for a routine pest extermination.
