Not welcoming at all. Most expensive pedi I have had. And the worst job I have ever seen. Simple paint no design. Sloppy paint. Polish not even. Good grief. I asked them to tidy it and they put another coat on top. But still didn’t clean the sloppy edges and cuticles. Won’t be coming back

Requested a very gentle pedicure and received a very good gentle massage and warm, not hot wrap. Love the flower design on my pedicure.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude. My nails turned out absolutely awful, not even the shape or length I asked for and when asked if they could reshape them they became very angry and yelled at me. I ended up leaving with an awful expensive experience. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and warn all to stay away.

Acrylic was applied so sloppy, nail painting job was absolutely terrible missed so much of my nail, laughed at my design when i showed them, younger girl did not care whatsoever how terrible she did my design, and overly pricey for terrible job. and the funny thing is that they knew it was bad so they charged us less. also my nails are uneven and every single one is crooked never returning

1st time I went to Noble Nails was for shellac which chipped the very next day. When I advised them they had me come back in and expected me to pay for them to redo it, I requested that they remove it for me and they attempted to charge me for that as well. Three of us went this weekend to give them a 2nd chance and the lady was extremely rude and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. She actually insisted that I paint my stepmothers nails because she wasnt painting the entire nail and she requested that she paint the sides of the nail as well as the top. She already had her nails dipped and she brought multiple other workers over to laugh and make fun of the work of my stepmothers artificial nails. Not only did she insist that I paint them, they then charged us full price as if she had painted them. The same lady did my pedicure and refused to remove the nail polish from my toes and had to have another lady come and do it. Additionally, she couldnt understand anything communicated to her nor could she paint them from a picture of the color that I wanted on my toes (it was just plain colored, no design or anything) and made someone else paint them for her. I have never felt so disrespected and dissatisfied. Especially after spending over $120 on their nail services, you would think it would be a pampering experience but instead it was poor quality, poor service and extremely unprofessional. I will never return to this nail salon and would discourage anyone searching for a good place to go in Columbus.

This is my second time going here. People are very rude. My mom and friends nails are both curved at the end. My friend went to get her nails fixed and they said they couldn’t because it was someone else’s work?? My nails are crooked and very poorly painted. We will never come to this place again. Highly do not recommend.

My tips dis not fit my nails she did them so quick that she filed 2 wrong and they were different sizes nail polish was old it got ruined 2 hours after done. I do not recommend.

Very poor quality!! Had tips put on and dipped. Nails are uneven, rough edges, color missing on sides of some nails. Didn’t do anything with cuticles. Will never go back!! Not recommend!

People are nice. I have previously gotten pedis here and loved them. This was my first mani here (shellac) and it was not great. My nails going in were well shaped, but now they are crooked and slanted. No one else would notice, but for $35 i expect a better result. Some day i will remember to tell them—just paint, don’t file. They always take off too much anyway. I know better than to ask for my money back, but i did not leave a tip and they may not get my business for manicures anymore.

I will not go here again! The lady was rough and it was expensive and at the end my toes hurt because her nails were digging into my skin and I was charged a lot for this visit. I was charged for more than my friend who got the same thing as me. I do not recommend. My toe nails were bleeding when she was clipping them and filing them on my skin.

I would not recommend it at all. They have done a terrible job. They rush everything and left a mess. My fingernails were hurting after they were done. If you can stay away from this place please do so. The owner was rude and seemed like they don’t care about the customer in any way possible.

Very poor quality. Did pedicure and shellac. Had them put a sunflower and doesn’t look anything like one. Edges are rough on my fingernails and bad paint job. Will never go back.

I was happy that they could take my husband an I in when we were in town, the the lady that did my pedicure and manicure made it look sloppy. My toes don’t look good at all.

My nails turned out really nice but when she was cleaning my hands a lady used a very hard brush that hurt my skin and washed my hands off in a bowl that had cloudy water and floating specks in it I just thought it was a weird cleaner but later I saw another girl get herhands washed in the exact same bowl with the same water and realized it was dead skin really weirded me out

They did a terrible job. I paid 50 for nails I did not like. The nail polish was lumpy, I asked for a french tip and she painted half of my nail. Will not be going back.

She was rushed made fun of me getting short nails and I left with shellac not cured all the way never going back my first and last time

The clipped my to nails crooked and got polish all over my toes. When I went to look at the design it wasn’t even close to the same on both my toes. It looked like she just threw glitter all over my toes. They didn’t check the temperature of the water or towels and never asked if they were too hot and they were VERY HOT. I would not go there for pedicures.

I got shellac, the lady was rushed and very aggressive with my hands. The polish only covers maybe half of my nails from side to side and doesn’t even go to the ends of my nails. The 3 year old I babysit does a better job when she paints my nails. I would never recommend or go to this place again.

When they first opened Id say they were the best salon in Columbus for pedicures. The guy has always done a great job. The last time my cousin and I got pedicures, neither lady scrubbed the dry skin off our feet and we werent asked if we want a design. I highly recommend the guy to do pedicures, but I do not recommend either lady. Almost feels like since they became so popular and busy they would rather do more in a day than make sure the job gets done right. Will probably go elsewhere for my next pedicure.

I had an awesome experience here. I have a nail biting habit and someone had suggested getting acrylic nails on to help break that habit, and the lady who did my nails even explain to me how to take care of them and what can help me so my nails will grow out. This is an awesome place

My daughter and I were in Columbus for an athletic event and had time to kill, so decided to get pedicures. When presented with the card to select what type of pedicures we wanted, I selected Deluxe for me and the kids’ pedicure for her. The card indicated this is for kids 13 and under. My daughter just turned 12. The woman doing my nails looked at me and argued there was no way my daughter is 12, I assume because she is tall for her age. The woman’s demeanor toward me changed after this interaction. I could tell she thought I was lying, because she said something to the gentleman who came to do my daughter’s pedicure, then he questioned me about her age as well. While my daughter got a nice pedicure, I did not. She cut my nails but did not do a good job. They were jagged and short. She did not trim my cuticles and did not use any type of lotion or anything else for a massage as is typical for a pedicure. Mine was done long before my daughter’s. I was treated poorly and did not get what I paid for. I contacted the salon and was told they could not issue a refund. They offered to send me a $15 gift certificate. We live over an hour away and that does not even cover the cost of a pedicure. Do not recommend.

Yesterday I paid for a manicure and a full set and I couldnt be more disappointed. When it came to my pedicure the woman working on me was in a huge hurry that she didnt scrub my feet or cut my nails UNTIL I had to ask. When she did cut my nails they ended up coming out uneven and she was rough, the whole experience was painful. The man working next to her could even see the pained expression on my face.When the pedicure was all said and done she tried putting my sandals on my feet... right after she put on the top coat. When I declined and told her my toes were still wet, she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed some disposable flipflops. Rude. Not putting shoes on wet toes should be a given.So the beginning of my nail process was just the same, rushed. As she was gluing my nails on she would rush to my next finger before the glue was even dried on the first nail. There were three separate times I had to tell her my nail was off and needed to be fixed.Then she finally started cutting my nails shorter. I told her two separate times I need my nails short because I have a very hands on job. After the second time of me telling her shorter she just straight up ignored me and cut them to the length she wished. I didnt even know how to confront the issue without making a scene. I am just so upset with the way I was treated and how everything turned out.When it came to her filing my nails she acted like my input was unimportant and wrong. My nails are different lengths and widths from her pure lack of care. My nails have air bubbles underneath and look like they have been worn and torn even though I just got them done.I just cant. This place was such a huge disappointment. I wouldnt even want my worst enemy to get her nails done here. Waste of my hard earned money.

My nails look pretty, but for the price of their shellac manicure, NOT WORTH IT!! Too pricey compared to other salons in area. Rude owners/employees.

So I went in yesterday and had my nails done. I wanted super natural looking acrylic(very short) and a repaint for my toes. It was the worst service I ever received. I usually don’t confront people but knew I couldn’t deal with how long my nails were left after I repeatedly stated how short I wanted them. And my toes.....well I’ll go ahead and say there was nothing professional about them.So I told Steven and he said I would have to come back in today for a fix. Well after hearing multiple people say this salon is known for this I was hesitant to go back, but he made me pay when I left. And that “it was on me if I didn’t return to have them fixed”...While I was unhappy.When I asked about a refund I was told everything had to be removed to get my money back. In a rude way may I add. So after stating that would ruin my natural nails I agreed. But wanted them to remove the toenail polish and have that refunded.A lady came over and seemed to be very angry and stated “no money back” even though I was told that would be the deal. Persisted I let her paint them, and I continued to refuse. After about 5 minutes of everyone yelling(minus me, I was watching my kids and simply stating I wanted them removed for a refund). When I made a statement about this I was toldby the manager it was because the tv was on quietly behind him and that’s just “how they are”. So she angrily gave me my money back. $10 for the toe polish.Now at this time someone came over while I was standing and removed my toe nail polish. I at this point was close to tears...I was then told to sit down. It felt SO hostile at this point I was really crying. Knowing I was out the money if I left, but also scared about what I would receive if I stayed.The manager then sat down and said “Well I can’t fix them if you won’t let me” and I was visibly shaking due to the situation ON TOP of the fact that I had my kids there With me. I hired a sitter for the previous night but had no one for the “fix”. So I let him. We didn’t speak the entire time.Let’s just say he attempted to fix them and added 4 super thick coats. Let’s say for what seemed like 10 minutes. And then was told I couldn’t touch them against anything for a hour. As it was thick and not dry under the top coatI have a two year old in a car seat. That can’t buckle herself. So of coarse I knew they would instantly be ruined but I just wanted out of there.I felt terrible about the whole thing, and I’m so sad that my attempt to pamper myself was so miserable for everyone. I will not be doing it again anytime soon. That’s for sure.And if I ever do it WILL NOT be at Noble Nails In columbus Ne.

That was probably the worse manicure/shellac Ive ever received. Didnt get all my old polish off, cold water soak, no cuticle softener, no normal manicure massage and ground off my old shellac so far my nail beds burned all evening. Moved from Omaha and was looking for something local. Paid more than in Omaha for horrible manicure. Nail polish all over. Awful experience.

My friend spent the same price for pedicure and manicure and she got over an hour and I just got less than fifteen minutes. One of ladies didnt ask what we wanted . We showed a picture of what my friend wanted and did something completely different ?😭Also my friends nails came off after 1 hour and she hasnt even went in water!!

The only person there that can do nails is the guy who speaks english. The girls cannot make nails even, do not get coffin style because it looks terrible.

Sister came in from Lincoln Christmas Eve 2017 and had shellac. Lady was rude. Sister had her nails filed raw, when she tried pulling away a couple times, lady just grabbed her hand. No hand massage or lotion and charged $30. Boo!
