Do not go here. Poor quality, none of my nails are trimmed evenly, my toenail is crooked and my nails after only a week are already coming off my fingernail. My cuticles were bloody and the technician never apologized for it. There was even a customer while I was there requested that their nails be removed and when tech asked why because they were just completed the customer said yeah I know! DO NOT GO HERE I paid close to $200 for this botched job and I would highly discourage you shopping here if you want even subpar service. If I could, I would give negative 500 stars!!

This place is horrible! Its a really small place so its always packed! When you walk in no one really greets you, and when they finally do its like youre a bother and you still have to wait forever! Then after all that waiting for my gel polish to chip in three days smh. The owner does good eyebrows but other than that this place is horrible!

This place is a total rip off. I just wanted a nail polish change and they charged me $35. They are dirty and did a horrible job painting the nails. Didnt have the color I chose on the catalog. Dont bother going here.

Sophia is very ride.She dud my legs poorly and never apologized. I wanted to do my eyebrows and I showed her a picture of hiw I wanted her to shave my eyebrows she refused using the picture I showed her. I had to leave without shaving my eyes.Sophie is very rude

Came at 630 let two people come before me with out appointment it’s now 9:09 still haven’t done my nails just feet then told me couldn’t do my nails tried to charge $50 for my lashes cause I didn’t want to do Natural was talking about me to each other The lady who did my feet talked about my feet cause I needed them done I will never come back!!!

Okay so the lady that did my nails was nice and all but she was very rough with my nails and it was painful.. while cutting my cuticles she made 2 of my fingers bleed. And my nail polish is sloppy, and is not on my nail all the way. I was trying to tell her this and she just was trying to argue with me.This is why I wanted Ryan to do my nails. Probably not returning here anymore.

Didnt have any colors I wanted or didnt know how to do the ones I wanted my nails arent straight they are different ways and prices are to high the nails stick up not down like they should be I dont recommend this place i went years ago and same thing happened I thought itll be different this time but nothing was different..

I love the owner and staff here. Ive been going for over 5years and I will let Sophie, Ryan, and now even Colin do my nails and I only let Sophie do my brows. I wont go nowhere else.

The wait I experienced yesterday was so unbelievable. I have to find another location. Only 3 workers working its not they we were working slow I dont know what the hell it was. Than I feel like my nails got rushed with because the amount of people that was waiting after me. Everyone walks in whenever and wait for Ryan(hes the good one) set up appointments with him prior even if you were walk in and signed in and were next it doesnt even count. Must do better this shop do have potential.

Rude lady working here. It gets crowded here easily. Theres no where to park. Watch parking in the parking lot here.... People coming in this lot have no idea how to drive or park properly.

I use to go to place often however I sent my daughter her with her cousin and the owner over charged her for services and when I went to the place to talk to the owner she played me off, the owner is always arguing with someone I got fungus 2x once under my nail and once under my toe I do not recommend this place to any oneand when you have a problem the owner never wants to resolve she is money hungry and not customer driven and I paid good money here and I tipped well they have lost my business for good, the staff ryan and Vi awesome people the owner sucks.

“V” did my nails terribly! I went to get a fill and asked to keep my length and square shape and I like them thicker and more acrylic at the top/bed to make them curve down...... she did not do any of this, she filed them too much, hurt/burned my fingers, left them lumpy, the polish job was really bad even! I’m never going back!!! I’m so disappointed!

Not many people work here and wait was too long. Ended up leaving and going to another nail salon.

My nails are horrible I will never return there again. I asked for coffin nails and they were not coffin or shaped as coffin. I even asked if he could make the acrylic thick but made it thin. Yesterday was my second time going to top nails both experience were horrific!!
