Was overcharged by around 70 dollars on my visit. They dont refund you your own money after the overcharge. One of the Drs there are not very nice, very judgemental when your trying to seek help and dont listen very well. If ypu have to do over the phone you cant hear them all in all awful experience

Columbus friends, please spread the word. I highly suggest you do not use Columbus Counseling Services. Every encounter I have with them is unprofessional. They do not call when they have to cancel your appointment, or when there are issues with your insurance and youre getting billed.Their head of office corrected the first issue, when they didnt call to tell me my counselor cancelled. They wanted to reschedule a month later, stating I wasnt even supposed to be scheduled as an in-take for that day (it wasnt a Wednesday). How was I to know? I didnt schedule myself. Thats the offices mistake. She got me in the next week. Next, I get a statement from my insurance claiming that my counselor was not in-network. I call the office. They give me no explanation but say they will call back. No phone call. I go for my appointment today to find out that the insurance issue is on their end, that for some reason my counselor wasnt listed for my insurance as in-network but I shouldnt have issues meeting with her. Oh, but theyve cancelled all of her appointments with clients who have my insurance - just in case. But they never called to tell me any of this. They just thought I had cancelled my appointment. Said it was a misunderstanding when I cancelled the doctors appointment. No. I didnt say anything about todays appointment and neither did you, maam. Either way, I should be informed of these issues.To top it all off, my counselor was not very friendly. No emotion. Just cold-faced when Im crying about hard things to talk about.

Do not waste you time with these folks extremely unprofessional. Set an appointment to see dr overstreet they said we thought you weren’t coming waited a month for this appointment . They said they called me yet did not leave a message what a way to treat patients. Most unfriendly staff

Very laid back atmosphere and not a long wait time.Staff and Doctors I’ve seen have always been Courteous and feel like it’s helped me for the better.
