Sad to be joining the chorus of 1 star reviews. The nurse and nurse practitioner genuinely care and are super nice. However their good works are against the backdrop of abject failure by everyone else. Just remember, ppl without insurance can just go ahead and die as we are considered surplus population.

Awful doctor. Dont care about their patients, don’t care about helping. All they do is redirect to another doctor, and you get sent to voicemail. Are always late to appointments. Don’t listen to jack sht you say. Instead of going here, you should just sit in your car and scream into the void. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! IT IS THE WORST MENTAL HEALTH DOCTORS OFFICE IN EXISTENCE. Are the doctors here even trained? Do they even have degrees or qualifications? The most unprofessional interactions i’ve ever experienced.

Ive been calling for the passed two days seeking help and guidance. I got through to an operator once and she hung up on me and thevphone hasnt been answered since. Not sure what this places deal is but they dont seem interested in helping distressed people.

If you thought they changed...nope! I had 5 phone appointments before being assigned to a counselor. One of the appts was to discuss medicine and the lady literally called and asked me why she needed to call me that day. well hell I dont know Im trying to get through the process to get to a counselor! Then when I finally do get a counselor she suggests that we do marital counseling, I set the appointment up, wait two weeks, and the dude no call no shows! Im on day 4 trying to reach the office to reschedule with someone else but the staff is not answering the phones. For this place to be in business dealing with peoples mental Health they sure dont take it seriously.

They are the most neglectful mental health organization out there. I told my doctor that my meds werent working and that i needed a change, and she did nothing. I tried to change doctors within the organization, and they refused. I asked for an emotional service animal, and they refused.

You will call back to back and nobody will pick up

Ive been going here for years and they really do help alot they will pick u up and drop you back off at home if needed. The doctors and the nursing staff are all very friendly they try to help you to the best of the ability. The can help help manage your money. Take you grocery shopping and to and from the doctors appointments..

One of the counselors there is totally delusional. Very judgemental... More concerned about his fashion and glasses than the patient. If you disagree with a statement of his brainwashing techniques the world may end!!! Last resort option... hell you may be better off talking to a brick wall. Just going to the appointments with my boyfriend for moral support made me feel judged.

After not finding timely care at Netcare, North Comnumity couseling, and Southeast Incorporated. North Central Mental Health services saved my bacon. The people there were much nicer and more caring than another place Id been. Much better! They got me through the system just in time to head off a crisis. Im a very critical person so I feel like its a duty to speak up when someone or some group of people not only do their job, but do more than their job.

Absolute garbage. They make it so difficult to get the help I need, its almost not worth it. They dont schedule appoinments correctly, if at all. And caseworkers dont hold their appointments. Absolutely DISGUSTING service. Id be better off begging a tree for mental health advice.

Completely unprofessional organization.-My first appointment was scheduled on a day that my doctor didnt work.-My second appoinment I met with my doctor and the only thing SHE asked ME was if I wanted increase my dosage. Like im the doctor.-The secratary also failed to schedule the followup visit while i was face to face with her.-My 3rd appointment was with my case manager, and she never showed up at the time and place she chose.-My 4th appointment was with my case manager, and she never showed up at the place and time she showed.This place needs demolished and its employees extradited.You dont get to be unprofessional with peoples mental health.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Staff is condescending, rude and very short. They dont try to help they just say no and direct you to another person. No one there seems to know anything that happens, as if zero communication between staff occurs. The doctors couldnt care less and try their best to get you out of their office as soon as you sit down. Ive attempted to get several different doctors here and have had nothing but issues with all of them. Wouldnt even recommend as a last resort.

So far I have been given excellent treatment from the staff who are very courteous.

My son was seen here & has been trying to get a paper completed by Dr. Pataraju for more than a month so that he can return to college. Not only has the school called numerous times, Ive gone there personally and my son continues to call several times a day. Its just a piece of paper, yet no one here is willing to do the bare minimum. Ive never dealt with such an inept Doctors office in my life! If theyre here to help people you would think that they would be more willing to assist in getting their patients back to their lives. They only give you the run around here or just all in all ignore you. How can they treat a patient & prescribe them medication only to disregard them. This office is here for the medicaid pay out and thats it!

They really care and has always given me respect and always cared about my health ..Also they made sure they done everything in there power to help with any situation I had ...Very respectful class of workers and they have a sence of humor to make me laugh!!

Made me wait over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment.

Awful staff, cant even do their jobs let alone listen.

Staff r rude sometimes and it takes a while even if you have an appointment

I like so far but some staff their dont speak English and i be so confused what they are trying to say to me just a blank look on my face 🤔😆😟😱🙈🙉🙊
