Amazing class!! The greatest instructor I have ever met!!!!Guys this is the real deal. This class, instructor and the student body is really great. They are very helpful and provide a safe learning atmosphere. It is an amazing workout and they teach self defense, offensive maneuvers, weapon defenses, strike and impact classes. The class goes on a rolling syllabus so you will learn styles and attacks from all levels and will not be restricted to a limited number of maneuvers. In simple, if it ever comes down to it, you will learn how to defend yourself and the ones you love.Also, there are special workshops like “mommy and me” and “no more nice girl”. I would highly recommend this to everyone!
