Highly recommend Jose Reyes and WLA! Not only is he knowledgeable but also makes things fun and applicable.

To be honest, I was looking for a place to relieve a lot of pent up aggression and direct my anger ( I wanted to punch something) coming from a different fighting background I didn’t know what to expect. What I found is me rekindling my joy for Martial Arts all over again! This being my second class, Jose is an amazing and practical teacher. I’m grateful I’m here and became Apart of Western Lotus Athletics Family.

Great instructor! I have learned so much in my first 6 weeks and I am doing things that I never thought I would be able too. The atmosphere is encouraging and the other students made me feel immediately welcome. I highly suggest you come for a free class and join us!

I highly recommend WLA if you want to learn martial arts. And you should totally learn martial arts. Jose is the nicest guy who is definitely capable of kicking your a**. Class is like your big brother telling you what to do in case someone tries to bully you. 🙂

Great atmosphere! The instruction is freindly, clear, knowledgeable, and encouraging! You will definitely learn faster than you thought possible. Perfect for learning self defense, getting in shape, or just learning a new and interesting skill. Literally the favorite part of my week is attending class :)

A great place to learn wing chun instructor Reyes is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable a great place to not only train but to also get in shape I highly recommend WLA.

So far, I have loved my time learning Wing Chun at Western Lotus Athletics. The instructor is super nice and patient with beginners, and you can tell he is passionate and knowledgeable about Wing Chun and Martial Arts in general. And as Ive attended more classes, its also clear that whats being taught is legitimate, with real explanations for the practical application of the techniques learned in class.Whether youre wanting to learn a martial art thats practical for fighting, or to take up an activity that exercises your body and mind, and leaves you feeling great after each class, this is the place to check out. Seriously, after each class I feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.

If I have to pick one word for this place is: awesome! Or, amazing! I was trying to find a place to learn Wing Tsun in Columbus. Trust me, it wasnt easy. Took me a long time, and I found Jose Reyes. I even hunted him down with fb message 😁. I am so happy that I did! Jose sisuk is not only very knowledgeable with his Wing Tsun skill, he also makes learning fun.
