My first visit to Aikido of Columbus was for a workshop for Being in Movement for everyday applications. Paul Linden is one of the best teachers Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, truly empowering his students by listening and trusting us to experiment. Throughout the workshop as well as Aikido classes, Paul taught me to listen to my body, and helped me uncover truths about myself I thought didnt matter. Paul, thank you for the life changing experience, the community, the sacred space youve created (both in Columbus and in our minds/bodies), and for the global work you do building peace and healing trauma.
