I called in because I required additional time on my rental. They were nice and said it wasn’t a problem and they would work with with me so I did not have to pay for a whole additional day since I would have it back at business open the following day. I’m not as frustrated with the money as I am with the attitude the man had when I brought up my phone conversation from the day before. He just simply did not respond to it or have a conversation about it. Just said I owed a full day cause it was over 4 hours. Fair enough I suppose, but very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I’m a large commercial contractor. First time renting from Ray’s unfortunately will be my last not really because of the money. Just a poor attitude.

No stress rental experience.

I called first, I needed 15 folding chairs. They were able to accommodate. Its Friday so I had to pick them up by 5pm. All I neede d was my Photo ID, 50 dollar deposit, and cadh,debot, or credit card to pay for rental. The 50 dollar deposit is refundable on return. I highly recommend them for tool, or party rental.

Would recommend and rent again. Easy to rent from, good prices, friendly staff and the equipment was reliable.

Ray was a great guy

Unfriendly staff, products were not as described, lost my reservation.They did have enough items (although not as described when I called to rent them) and they did give me a refund when I chose to cancel the order. However, the customer service definitely left a lot to be desired.

When I needed to aerate my lawn I drove to this place to rent an aerator. I was able to rent it for half a day and return it.they put it on my truck and when I brought it back they took it off my truck.

I rented a piece of equipment from this place a few weeks ago. The staff was very helpful and also assisted me with loading and unloading of the equipment I rented. Very pleaseurable experience

Just talked to a guy about a wedding tent tables and chairs the guy was rude and didnt seem like he wanted my business told him where I was at and he said we dont deliver that far which is opelika... APZ Rentals quoted me cheaper for all the chairs tables speakers delivery and tent than this place did for just the tent alone... really pays off to call around and get prices never will Ray Rents inc get my business.
