Cindy Joshi is very experienced at laser hair removal! I love her Laser with the cold air. The office is always clean. I started off with my face and I’ve done several different areas now with great results. I’ve recommended her to my family and friends. I had called another place and they were wanting almost $300.00 for just my face per treatment. Cindy’s was less than $100.00. I really appreciate her prices and she’s very caring, thorough and the treatments are more comfortable than when I had laser years ago somewhere else! Thanks so much!

I’m giving Cindy 5 stars only because that’s the maximum you can give. She deserves hundreds. Posting something publicly for me is scary but she deserves kudos. I suffer from PCOS which unfortunately made me a bearded lady. When I met Cindy I had zero self confidence and dreaded living my life. People are cruel and I’ve dealt with this all the way through high school and unfortunately laughter and rude comments still came from adults. I had visited another well know laser hair removal place and was so excited because they said they could help. I was elated but they basically needed me to pay the price of a used car for services. As much as I wanted their help there was no way I could afford it. Then I was told by a co-worker about Cindy. I’ve had multiple treatments over the years with great success. Her pricing is reasonable and her personality makes the whole experience priceless. So this long winded thing was just to say A. I had unwanted facial hair and laser hair removal at this facility has given me the freedom to go bare face with no makeup if I choose to! There’s nothing like not having to worry about the hair on my face! I love their laser because it’s extremely effective and it has really cold air so it’s the least painful laser treatment that I’ve ever had. Cindy makes me feel comfortable and is very friendly and knowledgeable about laser hair removal! I used to really worry about the hair on my face and now my facial hair has dramatically lessened. I do have a hormone disorder so I periodically need a treatment but it’s so much better. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Cindy at Advanced Medical and Laser Spa. She has treated upper lip, under arms and bikini area. Her facility is very clean and her machine is practically pain free! I have been to other laser centers who charge the same or more and do not have latest equipment. The result is a very painful experience and red welts as your present home. Not so with Advanced Medical and Laser! I love being hair free and would never go back to waxing. You will be happy if you decide to get your treatments done here!! Unprofessional, disorganized and defensive. Needs to take better ownership of mistakes and repetitive behavior in order to improve. Bad communication; mainly through her texting and at times I would get responses at 10 pm or later for an appointment I requested during the day (very unprofessional). Lack of follow through on showing up for appointments and excuses. Nice lady but unfortunately the lack of taking ownership to fix her mistakes is what keeps her in the same place. Defending yourself wont fix these things. Its good to take constructive feedback. I noticed a plethora of poor reviews speaking of the same issues with defensive remarks rather than trying to apologize and trying to help improve the situation for the customer. Unfortunately not everyone will do the thorough research. I went to a different facility and it was a big improvement with fair pricing and no sales gimmicks of having to purchase a package up front as well as follow through. They said they knew this lady and heard similar complaints as well as shared a story of their own. The point is, if she ran her business on the same standard of how kind, patient and friendly she was, she would be more successful. Thats really all that is missing.
