Exceptional! I had PCOS so I have coarse black hair on my chin, neck, and jawline. I have wanted to get electrolysis for YEARS but assumed it would be too expensive. Plus there werent any places that offered it near where I live. I decided a few months ago to seriously pursue permanent hair removal. I chose FYI because they had excellent reviews and their prices were affordable. As Im sure you all can relate, I am very self conscious about my facial hair, but I was never made to feel like I should be embarrassed. I started treatments in March and so far pretty much all of the hair on my right chin and jawline has been removed and we are now working on the left side. It does hurt, but not as bad as I thought it would be and it only lasts for a few seconds at a time. I am super happy with my results and highly, highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

After my initial free consultation and the first treatment, all my questions and concerns had been addressed. I was put at ease and could tell I would be in good hands within the first few minutes of the initial consultation; and when I saw the awesome results at the end of my first treatment, I was overjoyed! With each subsequent session, I have had the privilege of seeing the continuation of those results, and now the only question I keep asking myself is, Why in the heck did I wait so long? I never write reviews but I felt that this place needed some recognition. Being biracial, Ive always have struggled with removing my thick, course hair. I felt that I was wasting my time and money on waxing and most hair removal places are very expensive. So I found this place and I have been very pleased. Every visit I notice more hair not growing back and its super affordable for a poor college student. I see Emiliya and shes very personable and makes me feel comfortable.
