It all started out fine. The salesman seemed nice. His presentation was informative. The product is very nice, but the cost was way more than I anticipated….$10,000.00! Everything changed when I told him I needed to think about it, talk to my bank, etc., and was not prepared to sign anything at that time. His whole demeanor changed. His voice raised and he went from belligerent to downright nasty. I would not buy from this company if they were the last one on earth. Oh, and there was no mention of the Amazon gift card advertised to be given for allowing them to make their presentation. It’s okay though….I want nothing from these people.

Sales rep came out today and refused to speak with me, never even told me his name. He kept asking for my husband. I repeatedly told him that husband was unavailable and I would be speaking with him. Still refused to talk with me. He went, made a call, came back to ask to reschedule when husband was available. At this point I was very frustrated that he wouldnt work through the estimate with me and told him to nevermind. He then screamed at me you guys are a waste of time. The whole time he gave me the impression that he wouldnt deal with me because I am a woman. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business!

Highly discourage due to unproffesional sales man who got out of his car to confront me on my own property when I simply asked why he was there. He said he would come back when hea not on the clock. Currently he is parked bout 5 houses down giving an estimate.....which happens to be a friend....he wont get that buisness either

Every spring birds build nests inside all along these gutters. It is worse than having leaves in gutters. When it rains water overflows runs down the siding and has actually come into the walls of the house. Wish I had not spent the ridiculous price for these.

They are personable and knowledgeable. Did a great job on my backup generator system.

I had these guys come out to give me a bid on gutters on the front and side of my house. The salesman had a nice presentation. The cost at the end of the presentation was a little steep so my wife and I told him that we needed a few days to think about it. After we told the salesman that, the situation change dramatically becoming uncomfortable and a bit aggressive. We were told that we would never sign with them because people that sleep on it never sign. He went on saying how we cost his company $800 for sending him out. He said if we decided to sign in a couple days he would not come back out and sign a contract. He said the earliest he could be back out maybe would be in September. He said that leaf guard does not value us as a new customer since he had already been to our house. The salesman was unprofessional aggressive and out of line. So I had to say well I guess we are done here. I probably would’ve signed the contract in 2 to 3 days because that’s what we do. We think about it enough and convince herself that we need to spend.

I called to get an estimate at the request of the homeowners power of attorney. They refused to even come out unless power of attorney is present. This is impossible because power of attorney lives 5 hours away. Very disappointed

Fantastic value m! Even better customer service! I had them installed 2 years ago and I e if my gutters started leaking. I called them they came out the next day solved the problem and stood by their warranty. I would strongly recommend them !!!!

Salesman was very pushy, wanted an estimate, didnt measure my house, and wanted to schedule immediately without giving me a price. Said if we didnt schedule, they wouldnt come back because of covid 19. NO THANKS

The Leaf Guard does what they say it will. However, instead of cleaning your gutters, you have to clean off the leaf guard to. It does not shed leaves and such very well

Finally got someone out to look at my needs but a month later, hadnt received an estimate for the work. Called a second time and was promised a call back in 24 hours. It never happened so called a different company who was out and made an initial repair the next day. THAT company will be back to repair my initial Leafguard work which is less than satisfactory.

Excellent workers, job well done. Very satisfied with service, installation, follow up and product.

Great deal 100% trustworthy kinda Pricey but definitely worth the buy and headache to clean gutters or repair roofing costs of people on your roof!
