Great overall experience. I requested a quote using the online form on their website. Within a couple days I was contacted by one of their reps who set up an appointment. He came to the house to describe their products, take measurements and answer any questions. In contrast, other companies who gave us quotes just said someone will be by sometime and leave a quote in your mailbox. No personal touch at all. In addition to having the best up-front service, Buckeye was also the best price. We approved the estimate, and they called a couple weeks later to set up the install (it had been a rainy Spring and we knew ahead of time they were scheduling a couple weeks out). The crew showed up on time, took down the old gutters and put the new ones up within just a couple hours. They double checked their work and made sure all the end caps on the gutters were sealed. A few days later, our rep called to make sure we were happy with the job and to answer any follow up questions. Great service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company. A personal thanks to John who was our sales rep for his hospitality and being a great guy to work with.

We own an older home in Upper Arlington, oh my goodness how fun this fall has been watching the leaves fall over the new gutters. Makes a world of difference!! The larger size works really well with the pitch of the roof. A great improvement for our home.

They were very reasonable and came out when scheduled. Although, they were not able to complete (medical emergency) my new gutters, leaf guards and downspouts in one day. They did come out immediately on the next day and finished up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace gutters, leaf guards and downspouts. They are very reasonable and efficient.

INSTALLED NEW GUTTERS AND LEAF GUARDS JULY 2014. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION EXCEPT FOR ONE PART ABOVE A PORCH. DOUG CAME BACK AND REWORKED THE SECTION BUT IT NEVER WORKED AS THEY INTENDED AND I HAD RAIN POURING OFF THE ROOF. CONTACTED DOUG IN MAY THAT I WASNT HAPPY AND HE WAS OUT THE NEXT WEEK REWORKING THE PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY HAS INTEGRITY AND HONORS THEIR WARRANTY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The crew did a great job - they were on time and finished on time. I really appreciated how they cleaned up after the job and the new gutters look great!

The install and work was excellent! The communication from the company was not as excellent. I had to call several times to get information on when the install would happen. It seems they are a little unorganized. Other than that, the gutters are great quality and we are very happy.

The two guys that came to my house and installed new 6 gutters, downspouts and gutter guards were awesome. The attention to detail, professionalism, and the finished product was great! I had several quotes for this job and their quote was right in line with everyone that I received. New gutters were installed by Buckeye Seamless Gutters 3 years ago in 2016 and already have had 3 service issues. First issue: they came out to fix within a month of the installation with no issue. Second issue: they never fixed. We were upsold the rain guards with maintnance included and their subcontracted tech wanted $450 to clean out gutters. Third issue: gutter is hanging off the house again and their contact number goes direct to voicemail or a mailbox that is full. Terrible service. They just want your money. Once your gutters are installed you are on your own.

We had our gutters replaced by Buckeye. I am very happy with all aspects of their performance. From free quote to completion they have exceeded my expectations. I choose the larger 6 inch gutters and 4 inch drains in order to handle more water. The men who replaced the drain to street pipe even corrected the damage to my neighbors connection free of charge. When they first put the gutters up I had water dripping from behind the soffits all around the house, and two downspouts with water running on the outside. It took over a year to get someone out to address the issues. Everything seems fine now.

Weve worked with a variety of businesses as weve completed a complete renovation of our house, and Seamless Gutters was one of the most professional and prompt. We needed to have drains checked as well as gutters, and needed a business that could think about the entire water drainage system and not just a part of the system (ie just gutters), and BuckeyeSeamless provided comprehensive problem-solving both above and below ground.Gutters were installed by very professional installers in a few hours. When the drain check was accidentally overlooked, owner Dave came out himself to address the mistake. He corrected the oversight and had someone fix it the next day-- on a weekend. When the original drain fix still didnt totally solve the problem, they came again promptly to adjust the repair.We appreciate working with a business with people who persist through a job when it is more complex than a simple fix. We will refer our friends to Seamless Gutters for their professionalism.

I had about 200 feet of gutter and downspouts replaced on my 36-year-old 2-story home in Westerville. I also had matching gutter guard installed on all the new white 5 gutters. The work crew was very thorough in paying attention to detail on the job and they were quite efficient and careful. Clean up was great as well. The owner Dave showed up on the job while the crew was still on the job to check things out, and he personally helped to unplug a clogged drain before the downspout was connected. A few minor issues were immediately addressed by Dave himself. I have found Dave to be very personable and quite responsive in answering my calls and e-mails, from the very beginning of the project and providing a very competitive and thorough estimate for the work to be done. I would certainly use this company for any similar work on my property in the future, and I would be quite happy to recommend Buckeye Seamless to my friends and neighbors.

Beware of using this service...I scheduled a same day service and took the afternoon because they were going to show up from 1-3. I waited until 3:00 and never heard from them unti I called the company. After hearing back from them, they couldnt get me in until the next day. Not very happy...
