After a big storm, I noticed one of my shingles had slid off of the roof into the gutter. Storm Pros was very quick to respond to my call and come out for a look. In less than 2 days and a thorough repair, my roof is back to normal. What impressed me most was that with the inspection of my roof. It was noticed that not one but two shingles were improperly installed and the rain and wind damaged the shingles. Storm Pros explained what and how it was wrong and fixed the problem. The price for that quick service call and repair was much lower than I had anticipated. Great Job all around!

Kyle came out to my house after I told him that I had a leak in my roof. He did come out a couple of days later. He told me to call him Sunday to get a quote and I called and left a message. I never heard back from him and I believe this is due to my insurance not covering the roof. If the insurance covered the roof, I feel he would have been more responsive. I was going to choose him but after a couple of days of waiting I called another roofing company and they came out the next day. Before they left, they gave me a brochure and a quote. I was even told of some houses that I could drive out to inspect the quality of work. If your insurance is covering, then Kyle might be the guy but if not I would call someone else. It has been a month since Kyle came to my house. He was nice and respectful. My rating is based off of customer service and not workmanship. I should have gotten a price and a time frame of when the roof would be done if I said yes.

Storm pros replaced my roof due to hail damage and came highly recommended from a group of realtors. I was expecting to repair an area causing a leak. They inspected, found hail damage, worked directly with the insurance company to facilitate the claim to make it EASY, and recommended a great replacement shingle for the look of the house. They were very helpful in the process and came out to do the job in 1.5 days without obtaining a penny upfront. Very impressed with their quality, level or responsiveness, and clean up. Highly recommend this company you can trust.

Kind of bummed. I called these guys to come out to check out our house and give us an estimate. We had mentioned that we had a few roofers out and were trying to make a decision as our insurance company told us to shop around. Im not sure who the person was who came to our house, but he basically told us that the insurance companies send roofers on a wild goose chase and his price would be the same as the others. Its unfortunate we were dismissed like this, we were trying to get to know different companies based on good reviews to make a decision, not every company is the same although their prices may be. l wish storm pros wasnt already decided against working for us as they had good reviews and seemed promising. 🤷‍♀️

This company installed my roof and left the job incomplete. I have had shingles in front of my house for a month and a half, for the mother in law suite in my back yard. I have called numerous times with no response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Alright so back in October my house was listed for sale after only a week it sold didnt expect that went and had all the inspections done and was pending results I get a call saying yeah the house is great except the roof is shot from all the hail damage from a big storm. Havent used this business personally. Frustrated with their lack of road safety and concern for the neighborhood. Parked their giant truck in the road and then left the doors wide open. Leaving little room and little visibility for the cars needing to get in and out of the neighborhood.
