The business owner is extremely unprofessional as well as unreliable. I called to schedule an appointment to have my basement window replaced. He said I can be there tomorrow, send me a picture of the window. I did and he didnt respond for over an hour. During my time of wait I called another company to visit for an estimate and they said sure we can be there tomorrow and possible fix it on the spot. I scheduled because this owner didnt respond in a timely manner.When he finally did respond I cancelled with the other company because Im loyal and I called him first. I asked him if he was sure before I cancelled and he said yes. I cancelled, he told me the day of my appointment that he doesnt wear a mask, he isnt paranoid and doesnt subscribe to the protection of others... Berate the client?? You dont even know me.Terrible service. He opted out due to my home mask policy and the professional company that would have been here the day I waisted my time with this sorry excuse for a business. Now cant be here until 7 days after I talked to this place. DONT USE OR TRUST THEM. Oh yeah, most window places are on delay, some 6 weeks or more. Still dont use this place. It should receive 0 stars.

Very unprofessional. Did not show up for scheduled appointment. Did not answer texts or return calls. Eventually did reach back out, stating he went out of town for his birthday, though must not have thought it would have been professional to alert client who wasted a Saturday waiting for him to arrive or return messages. Scheduled another appointment as he said he would make it right. He arrived, was asked if he would mind wearing a mask as my wife is pregnant, and he responded “I don’t wear masks, I’m not interested” and proceeded to walk back to his van and leave without discussion. Overall, unprofessional, not timely in responses, unwilling to wear mask, all of which are reasons alone to look somewhere else.

I had a very large picture window with a broken seal that needed to be replaced. Rather than spending thousands of dollars to replace the entire window, I called Jason and inquired whether just the glass could be replaced and he said yes. It was significantly less expensive to just replace the glass than the entire window. Jason showed up the same day that I called him to give me an estimate and look at the window. His price was much better than other providers that I had contacted so I moved forward with Jason. I gave him a small deposit to order the window and just as he said, the window came in about two weeks later. He contacted me as soon as the window came in and showed up the same day to install and worked quickly and efficiently to get the new glass installed. The window looks great and I’m very pleased with the service! He saved me A lot of money vs replacing the entire window!

After a long Saturday night in Short North and afternoon a few drinks, I expected to come home to my comfortable bed. To my surprise, when I got home, I realized I had locked myself out. After attempting everything I could and anxiously waiting, I broke the window to get in around 3am. The next day I went looking for window companies that could help me fix it, but they all would take an entire week to come out. Then I called this company and was told that someone would be out to help me that same day I called. They were at my house within an hour and my window looks good as new. I cannot thank this company enough!!

I would give this company more stars if I could.I needed a small piece of glass for a table topper.Called this place and spoke with Jason who said No problem he would cut the size I needed ,have it polished , and DELIVER IT TO MY HOME.He was true to his word and I had my topper the next day by 11:30 am.Are you kidding me!!! Who does that these days.Bellers Glass does.Jason turned out to be a really swell guy. I will call this company every time.

Jason replaced glass in a double pane window in my home that had a broken seal causing staining on the glass that was unsightly and made it hard to see out of. It looks brand new now and I can see outside again while working at my desk. Offered to come out the same day I called but my schedule conflicted so he was in and out a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING customer service at an exceptional price. I called Bellers glass and left a message. We confirmed measurements, and they delivered the same day! On a Saturday night! In the rain! For HALF of what some other glass companies were asking. I couldnt be more pleased or impressed.

I called glass Doctor And needed a emergency repair! They told me the soonest they can get there is four days to get a quote but bellerglass showed up in 2 hours and had it done in 1 1/2 hours. Definitely recommend plus very fair pricing!

These people are thieves. I gave them a window weeks ago they asked for money up front. Now they don’t answer their phones to me I can’t get my window frame back and I’m waiting to list my house and this is all I have left to do. Very unique window will not find this frame easily. I have another client who used them at the same time and they still have their frame to. Be aware don’t give them any money upfront and use any other glass company in Columbus over them.

Jason is a nice guy but definitely do not give him money upfront. He is way underwater and will not answer calls or texts. I am hoping to correct this review and write a positive one once he returns to finish the job and install the window I already paid for upfront, even though I did not pay the labor yet. Do not, I repeat.... do not give them money up front. My parents gave Jason $250 up front for a deposit on May 7, 2019. They were told that the glass would be in and fixed within 2 to 3 weeks. Today is August 7 and the work has never been completed. I reached out to him for a refund, and was refused, and also got hit with the fact that he is going through some problems and that work is behind. That’s all well and good, but you need to state that before you take people’s money and then let them decide whether or not they want to use you for business. Don’t make a promise that you don’t plan on keeping. Go with somebody else if you need any type of glass work done.

Guy is awesome I had a broken window at 1 in the mourning he went 30 mins to pick up the window then drove another 30 mins to fix the window guy is a life saver he’s the one if you need a fix 👍🏾

Jason has been extremely helpful with our company -- every once in a while our techs accidentally crack or break a basement window. Bellers Glass has been very prompt about getting out to the site and fixing the windows, and our customers always say theyve had a great experience with them as well. Great company!

Awesome company. We had our windows replaced and it was done quickly and turned out absolutely beautiful. Jason and Priscilla are excellent people and were polite and had the lowest prices. Definitely reccomend this company and will be having them back out to replace a few more of our windows soon!

Not a company I will ever use again. However, Im hopeful to rewrite a positive review once Jason works more urgently to rectify a situation with a repair that was never finalized. A refund was promised, and it still has not happen. Calls & texts go unanswered a majority of the time.

Do not give this company any money upfront!!! I received a quote from Jason Bellers on July 9th, 2019, and he requested a 50% deposit. I met him in person on July 10th, 2019, to pay my deposit and he said material would arrive on or before July 22nd. It is now July 29th and Jason has only answered one of my texts stating “it should be soon.” The rest of my many calls, texts and voicemail have gone unresponded to. Now, I am possibly out of $185 due to a potential scam!
