They went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family in our moment of need. They were incredible and easy to work with.

Although everyone I spoke with was very courteous. My husband died during COVID. He was 4 hours from home . Because of COVID they wouldn’t let me into the morgue to see him. They picked him up several days later because of Labor Day weekend. I had asked that since I couldn’t see him could I have the clothes he was wearing and take a picture of his face. Well they forgot to write that down so it wasn’t done. I just wanted to see his face one last time. I needed that for closure.

I Recommend halo cremations. I have worked with two of the most knowledgeable directors Kendra & Brien. They guide you through the whole process and with the correct amount of empathy.

The people at Halo, particularly Kendra and Bev, were so helpful to me when my mother passed. They were there to help at every step and made it as easy for me as possible during a very sad time for our family. There was dignity and compassion from start to finish and whenever I called, I received their undivided attention and assistance. They went out of their way to handle the smallest details. I really cant recommend them enough. They are wonderful!

My fiancé’s father passed away. We were not expecting this. We are not even out of our 20’s and had to take all the financial responsibility upon ourselves. We were the only family his father had. We were so overwhelmed with trying to come up with the money and the paper work and what to do. We were clueless. That’s where halo cremations stepped in when no one else would. They helped us out so much. Cheapest price we could find and they drove 2.5 hours just to pick his father up. They helped us tremendously with the paper work and just the whole situation. They explained things and helped us understand what to do. And it was such a low cost! These people have huge hearts and care so much for others. So polite and heartwarming. I would recommend these people to anyone. Your loved ones are is such good hands with them. Thank you so much for what you guys do!

When I recently lost my husband I was very unsure what all I was supposed to do from one moment to the next. I called these folks about a hundred times to ask questions and try to understand this whole process. Every member of their staff at both locations treated me with respect and patience. And helped me in a time when I have needed it the most I wish everyone was as compassionate as these guys. Definately recommend.

Experiencing the loss of a parent is painful. What I wasnt prepared for was was how difficult it could be settling their affairs. Providers were not set up for the customer. It was a difficult, discouraging, and often cold experience. Except for Halo. They were more than helpful, I talked to humans (not hit 2 for whatever and listen to our menu because it has changed) but caring human beings. Thank you Kendra and Beverly.

To be short, not a place to do business with. First they quoted me for a different price than what they were willing to honor when it came time to pay. Next, even though a second surviving descendant was specified on their required forms in order to process the cremation, they only caught that about two weeks after the deceased had passed.They said they called me multiple times to inform me the forms had to be resigned, none of those calls are on my call log so I am a little skeptical they made an attempt to call me. They just sent me an email about a week after the discovering, to which immediately called them and expressed my disappointment in their services thus far. They made limited effort to find any benefits for the deceased and I always had to be the one to call for updates/information.Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere, pay more money for a service that is going to do what they are supposed to do.
