Excellent customer service. This is a local small business that I was unaware of until I needed their services. They were available for questions at any time. The person who took in our animal treated him as if he had raised him for years. I couldnt have asked for a better care-taker.

Lance and Nikki were wonderful! Our beloved dog passed away after 12 years of being part of the family. They worked with me and my husband on a Sunday to have everything taken care of! It was a blessing that we found Bi city pets crematory. Our beloved pet Chaucey passed away. Because of the pandemic, we thought we were not going to be able to bury him. Chaucey had been a member of the family for 14 years. It would have been heartbreaking if we could not give him a proper burial. Mr Jordan did not give up, he keep making contacts for 7 days until he found someone who could help him bury Chaucey. This was such a relief on our family. We could not have been happier with the arrangement and burial. My dog passed away on September 6th. When I called I was told it would be around $130, I asked for fur the first time on the phone and then asked for paw prints too.They didnt cremate my dog until September 11th and didnt give me a piece of fur. My card declined on September 8th and didnt get told anything until I called on September 10th.

I write this review with a broken heart, we lost our Gigi on July 10th, 2020. It was a unexpected event for us, as was the phone call with Lance, I could hear and feel the compassion and respect in his voice, I didnt expect someone on the other end of the phone to be so caring and understanding for a complete stranger but that is exactly what I got. I didnt feel like I was speaking to a company per se but another human being. I will never forget the kindness in his voice as he listened to me cry, just as I will never forget our baby Gigi, she meant the world to us and I feel like Bi City/Lance feels that way about us. Thankful for Bi City and all of their staff.

Our vet works with Bi-city pet cremation so that’s why we used them when our lab died last week. They were so wonderful handling the cremation of our lab. We got her back in a beautiful box within two days. We didn’t deal with them directly but we could tell the care was there. Would definitely use them in the future.

We lost our sweet german shepherd 1.5 weeks ago and bi-city was amazing! They were sympathetic and compassionate towards me as I choked back sobs and explained to me how everything would work. For ordering a custom urn they got him back home to us quicker than they said they would. The urn is beautiful! Thank you!

I used Bi City when my Boxer passed away in 2014. It was the hardest moment for me loosing my best friend and Bi City made it so much easier offering my beautiful boy back to me in the only way I could have him now. They picked my dog up on June 8 2017. It took weeks to get my dog back. You wouldnt bring my dog back to the southside of Columbus where u picked him up I had to give u an uptown address to get my dog back. I paid for a bronze mold his paw in which I never received so I asked for a refund for the bronze paw. You said ok you was going to put the check in the mail and I would receive it next week. That was another lie told to me out of the owners mouth because its been going on 2 weeks and no check. So I called and asked for the address so i can pick up my check only for the man they had call me back to tell me I was threatening him. I was like really I just want 2 come pick up my check without all the run around. Long story short I still havent got my refund for a service I paid for. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

They are not open 24 hours 7 days a week. I called Friday night at 9:00 and was told by the answering service that he stops taking calls at 6:00.

They have cremated my lab and malimute...the couple who runs this facility..has compassion..and love for your pet .I am now on my 3rd..my precious sheltie I have had for 10 and a half yrs..she has battled bladder cancer for 7 months..her body is tired..this is a family member not just a pet..my heart is broken .
