I have used Columbus Computer for more than 20 years and have always had great service. The owners take time to listen to my issues, check out my computer in a timely manor and always offer options before doing any repairs. They even take time to explain things to me in terms I can understand vs. a bunch of computer jargon when there is an issue with my computer. I always feel comfortable having them work on my computer. I think the prices are fair for the work done and I have checked prices at other repair shops. I feel that the owners of Columbus Computer are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with anything computer related.
