I went to TongDa to replace the water pump in my Rav4. Jocelyn was friendly, knowledgeable, and great with communication throughout the process. The quote she gave me prior to repairs was accurate and fairly priced, and my car was ready within a few days. I will definitely return if I have car troubles in the future.

If I could give Jocelyn and her team more than 5 stars, I would. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and she has an amazing memory. Ive been taking my Prius to her since moving back to Columbus about 6 years ago. Several times she has saved me money by suggesting less expensive but solid alternatives. When I ask about having a service done (e.g., change transmission fluid), she usually has a pretty good idea about my cars history saying something like I think we did that a couple of years ago, so youre not due yet. Shell check her computer, and her initial speculation was usually right. It astounds me that she remembers the work done on my car better than I do (especially since she has so many customers).

Our 2012 Ody salvage used car, was bought from Tong Da. Recently serviced and now back from 750 mile trip on super slabs (75 mph in Michigan ) --- got 25.7 mpg. These people know what theyre doing. We appreciate them very much !

Took my 06 Element in for service. They provide excellent service and advice for competitive rates (and WAY cheaper than the dealer). They would only service items that NEEDED service, they found a few items that I was unaware of in their thorough service check, all repairs were professionally done, and I was consulted at every step in the process. Clintonville is lucky to have them. I will be back.

My wife and I bring our cars here after receiving a recommendation from a family member and they’ve always done a nice job over the past few years. Jocelyn is extremely knowledgeable and their pricing is competitive. They’ve received high ratings and service awards on Angie’s List which is more indicative of the service level then the average rating here as of this posting. Particularly if you drive an import (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc.) this is a great place to bring your car.
