I took my car (dodge charger) to get my water pump replaced. I went to pick up my car and the engine was making all kinds of weird noises, it wasnt doing that before I dropped it off. My car didnt even make it home from the shop. My motor locked up. I called and asked the guy why my motor would have locked up. He told me I wasnt getting my oil changed the way I was supposed to and I was driving my car hot too long. I was hoping for him to be honest and let me know that something went wrong when the timing chain was put back on, but he blamed me. He didnt charge me the full price he quoted me. I was appreciative of that. Service was good, but I wont use them again. Its been 2 years since this happened.

The only place I will bring my vehicles. Extremely fair prices, and nice knowledgeable staff. Im no longer getting ripped off at other places.

Melody offered refreshments and will make you feel at home.The young service guy at the desk could use some customer service training. There was an awful lot of profanity which made me feel uncomfortable during my long wait. (Melody was not present)All in all, I appreciate the service of my vehicle and the kindness of Shermans Automotive.

Wife took her car there for oil change...Yep..oil was changed and filter...main problem was no oil added after draining. Engine became a paper weight...they told her sorry...I was not around when this happened.

Theres nobody I would trust more than Shermans. They do excellent work and have always helped me save money. My first dealing with them was 25 years ago when I was told by a tire shop that my car had a blown head gasket. I took it to Shermans expecting the worst, and they found that it was just a broken belt to my water pump. First of many positive encounters with them.

I was referred to Shermans by a friend after getting taken advantage of by another mechanic. They looked at my car free of charge. They couldnt do the repair in house but recommended another facility that was reasonably priced. Ever go to get your car looked at for one problem and had the mechanic find three more? That doesnt happen here.

Very reasonable and professional. We have used them fire many years. My vehicles have 200-300 thousand miles and they are the reason I still trust my vehicles to stay in the road.

I have had my 14 JEEP Grand Cherokee water pump fixed with them and just got my 2011 Mazadaspeed3 CV shafts replaced. All good work done, a little high on price but you get what you pay for. The only issue is my check engine light came on my Mazda as I was bringing it back home. Dont know what that is all about, but I will call to get it checked. Overall been satisfied and will keep going til otherwise.

My experience was awful. Total rip off. First they tell me it was a fuel pump and wanted to charge me $675.00 so I told them I can buy the pump. They replaced the pump never called to tell me it was fixed had to call them and it broke down on me 30 minutes later and the check engine light was still on and the gas gages were not working properly. They then blamed my part from Auto Zone.Then they said it was the fuse box and it will cost $675.00. I called dealership and asked how much a fuse box would cost they told me $1200. So I told Sherman to fix it. I had to call them again to see if it was ready. I picked my SUV up and the check engine light was still on and my passenger door handle was broke. That fool tells me no one has used the passenger side door but the fuse box is on the passenger side. He turned the check engine light off and tells me it is reading that the gauges are wrong and that I would have to track my own fuel. They also told me that my fuse box is from the dealership which is a lie because it would of cost a lot more to fix. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will not fix your vehicle properly and tell you a bunch of bull.

My vehicle seems to be repaired. When they called me to tell me my vehicle was repaired they told me it had been fixed for several days and the mechanic had been test driving it. When i got to my vehicle the first thing i noticed were several scratches on the drivers side doors. The vehicle looked as though it had been driven on a dirt road. When i got in, the gas light was on (had 3/4 tank of gas when it was taken to them). Evidently they test drive vehicles until they run out of gas. It took me hours to clean all the oil, dirt and grime off the leather seat and the console, then i had to take it to a professional detailer to remove the oil and dirt from the sun visor and the head liner. If you have the money to pay an over priced mechanic that uses your vehicle for personal use until it runs out of gas and you don’t mind getting your vehicle back abused and completely filthy, Sherman’s Automotive is the place to take your vehicle!

They dont know what they are doing they messed up so much stuff on my truck for them to have it for 2 hours and do nun that I asked so never go here worst automotive shop

UNSATISFIED!!! I am a man of first impressions. I was referred to this mechanic by another mechanic to check my Yukon for a the shaking in my engine. They ended charging me over $500 for a tune up that ultimately didnt fix the issue..... Went back to the shop the following morning only to be told they are unable to take a look at it again until the following Monday due to the fact my car was running. Thats almost equivalent to me walking around with a broken ankle, expecting it to get better. I understand they were short staffed but in my opinion its unprofessional to turn a customer around or say they cant. Ended up taking my truck to Columbus Exhaust where I got the issue fixed with no problem or questions ask... thanks anyway Sherman😒.

Do not deal with this company . I had a fuel pump replace in my Chevy Avalanche the going price from the surounding auto part store was $223.00 the lowest and the highest was $273.00 from nappa where they claim they bought it from sherwman charge me $450.00 for the Fuel pump . I call back and try to reason with the lady melody and she told me she charge what ever she want. I been had
