I had a jeep towed there that was I. An accident after a month it was finally totaled. My insurance company is attempting to charge me close to $3000 to Rife so they can pick Jeep up. I spoke to Rife they advised me they would do whatever they could to make that not happen. I appreciate them going the extra mile to get this resolved.

Don Rife (the owner) is incredibly kind and generous. I work for a nonprofit in Columbus and he and his shop have taken incredible care of our cars. They are always professional, timely, and they go the extra mile. I feel so blessed to have found this auto body shop, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and honest place to take your vehicles.

I have used Rife’s auto body multiple times. Once when rear ended, and once when my car was hit by a bulldozer while parked. My dealership highly recommended them. Easy to see why they’re busy! Rife’s did work on my 2018 BMW M3. i was nervous I would notice where the body work was repaired (I’m VERY particular about detail) but the results were perfection. Never had to use a shop like this before- hopefully never again. But if I do it will be Rife’s.

Always dedicated to doing the work right and using quality parts. Dealt directly with our insurance when their estimated repairs were higher than insurance estimates, and save us the headache. Used them for multiple repairs, and the cars always look great.

An auto accident left the passenger side driving mechanics and auto body damaged. Rife’s worked with my insurance company to repair the mechanics and obtain body parts to repair my vehicle. The end product was the auto looking like it was new. The only problem was length of time it took to complete the work, but that was not totally on Rife’s but on an accumulation of different factors. I am VERY pleased with there work!

Unfortunately only Tesla certified autobody in Columbus. Recommend to take your car to another city rather than these guys. For a 5 mph hit they said there was structural damage to the vehicle which I dont believe. I made an appointment and brought the car this took 3 weeks to schedule.. The car sat another week in their lot. They first removed the the back end of the car making the car hostage to their shop. Insurance negitiations took a week. They wanted to have me pay for rental of their equipment on other stuff which insurance refused and told me they wouldnt start unless I paid for that. The car sat in their lot for 3 months before they started repairs. They claimed tesla took that long to send parts, however, Tesla showed me the parts delivery records. It only took a couple weeks for all parts. They delayed ordering parts for 4 weeks 2 weeks after I agreed to pay for their overcharges but lied to me telling me Tesla was delayed. Then another 6 weeks passed before they started working on the car. They then took 2 more weeks and would release the car until they got every last penny. I looked at the car. THE BODY PART WAS PLACED ON CROOKED. Total bill of 16k for a minor bump, delayed placement and poor workmanship.

Rife’s is an excellent body shop. They restored my 2019 RAM Unlimited pickup to perfect condition after a front end deer impact.

Had to call 5 times before someone picked up the phone, voicemail I left was never returned. Guy who finally picked up rushed the conversation to an end- didnt even give me time to explain the damage to the vehicle, but told me I need to wait 2 weeks before I could bring it in for an estimate and wouldnt even consider looking at any pictures of the damage. Might as well have told me to f off. Maybe they are just lazy around the holidays, but other shops were happy to take my call and business. Thanks but no thanks, can only imagine what a pain working with this company would be when I can barely get anyone on the phone to begin with.

My new car required front end damage repair after I hit a deer on the highway. Rifes is the only certified Audi repair facility in Central Ohio and was also recommended by the salesman who sold me the car. They worked quickly with my insurance company to get the estimate and repair completed quickly. The car looks like new. And Grace kept me updated through the process until completion. I will return if the need ever arises. And I will recommend Rifes to my friends and family.

Brad was professional, courteous, kind, patient, understanding and an excellent communicator. My insurance company was being difficult and trying to go cheap on some items and Brad was definitely on my side, working with me to make sure everything was fixed correctly with oem parts and back to like new condition. He made the insurance company pay to fix my truck the correct way, not the least expensive way. Although Brad was my primary contact everyone I worked with at Rifes was professional and friendly. If you want your vehicle to be fixed correctly and back to as good as new then I highly recommend Rifes.

Rife repaired the front end damage to my 2015 Infiniti Q70L. They worked with State Farm on the estimate, made the repairs and painting, and had the Infiniti dealer perform a systems diagnostic and do a front end alignment. Very little effort on my part was required. The car looks just as good afterwards as it did before the damage. No complaints, just praise for the Rife organization and workmanship.

We were really impressed with Rifes and the service from Al. They offer a lifetime warranty for all work so it’s hard to beat. They worked with out warranty company with no complaint!

Due to a rear-end collision to my car, I had to navigate the person’s (who hit me) insurance company, who agreed to let me use Rife’s (recommended by MAG) repair services for my BMW. I also had to arrange for a rental car. Rife’s experience with the insurance company and Enterprise made the entire negotiation and arrangements absolutely seamless for me. My involvement was minimum. They communicated frequently with great detail about the repair process, the insurance company’s approvals which they secured, and did the repair quickly and perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about this service. Alyssa’s and Al’s friendliness and professionalism was 5 stars for sure.

They helped me communicate with the insurance company and made sure I got the factory parts so my car looked good as new when they were done. I would highly recommend any day. Great communication and customer service.

My review may be a bit different, as Im in the middle of dealing with my accident and its aftermath. Last Saturday I was rear ended. The communication from Rife has been AMAZING!! Theyve been open and honest with their communication, making me feel as if they truly care about my situation. Theyve done a great job working with my insurance company and have put my best interests first as they deal with the insurance.As I write this, I dont know the outcome. Will the insurance company total my vehicle or will they authorize repairs? If we move forward with the repairs, I feel 100% confidence in Rife. The great folks at Rife, namely Al and Makenzie (and Im sure a great team behind them), have made a very stressful situation a lot easier to manage, and I really am grateful to them for that!!UPDATE 07/18/19:I picked up my car yesterday afternoon, and it looks great! Ive looked over everything closely, and it really looks amazing and Im thrilled to have my car back. Al did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process, working with the insurance company and keeping me in the loop. Nobody likes being in an accident, and all the hassle that comes with insurance companies, having to get a rental car, etc..... but Al and the folks at Rife made it about as good as it can be, and Im very happy and thankful for the work they did, the communication and keeping my best interest front and center with the insurance company!!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone with an Audi- My vehicle happened to be a 2017 Audi R8-Jon at this location told me before the vehicle was moved from Buyers Audi Collission that the they do everything r8 only certified shop in town. After 11 days of the car sitting there, despite my coming in the second day the car made it to their shop they gave me no paperwork to start working on the car- they gave me absolutely nothing till the 12th day - in the meantime, they began charging me for storage at 65 dollars per day without my direct knowledge. On day 29 they told me, oops looks like we cant fix a carbon fiber T bar and I asked why would you say you can fix everything r8 then? His exact words were, we will lose out on potential business should we inform our customers of this prior to seeing the car. Would you not make a customer aware that its moving from one shop due to exclusions on repair from shop 1- why would you not say we too have certain exclusions, especially since the carbon fiber bar is right behind the damaged door? I came in 48 hours later and spoke to Garrick the general manager who gave the insurance company a bill for $4600 worth of 6 hours of disassembly. Mr. Garrick claims they charged for all the stays of storage, Jons time for putting the quote together, and that there were other miscellaneous expenses that not even the insurance company could decipher. At the end of the day I have all the emails showing their lack of competence on being transparent, being what I feel amounts to unethical when Jon says we cant say up front about exclusions as it would turn away every piece of business that comes out way and also Mr. Garrick who needed proof to see that it took 12 days for Jon to get me the repair work order for which they wanted to charge me 65 dollars per day for that time. The insurance company was right-- attempting to charge 4600 dollars for 6 hours worth of tear down to the vehicle only to say sorry we cant fix it is indeed sheer incompetence and attempting to gauge their customers since they were probably feeling the pinch of not being able to repair a 40k worth of damages car at their exorbitant prices. They charge 150 per hour while other certified shops in the state charge 125- again another reason the car sat for a week or more and they wanted to charge me $65.00 for storage as well as Jons time for writing up the quote- something they apparently charge extra for when they lost the job of fixing my car. Last but not least, these guys tried to hold my r8 hostage - wanted me to sign an NDA before releasing my vehicle to go to another shop- took the threat of my attorney at that time to get it out of there and paid up for the lack luster or basic paperwork they did to get my vehicle on its way to another more competent shop.I would not take my vehicle to this repair center and have already put work to Audi as well as Buyers imports about their business dealings. My attorney will handle the issue moving forward, but I wanted everyone to know what happened with My 2017 audi r8 while at Riffes.

Been here four times in the past 15 years. Exceptional work, great people, great service. They are a little more expensive than most area shops but you get what you pay for...worth the cost. Rest assured it will be done perfectly.

I was honestly scared to drop my Alfa Romeo off to get repaired. There isn’t a lot of shops that have done work on them, but Rife’s had and was recommended to me. I would STRONGLY warn against taking your vehicle here. They wouldn’t negotiate with my insurance company, forcing me to need to find an alternative body shop that would. After telling them this, they held my car ransom for hundreds of dollars for “storage”. The car was only there for a week while I figured all of this out. They even moved another car in front of mine to block it just to make sure that they got the money from me. Fortunately, I was lucky to have a competitor pay the ransom and tow my car out of there. You may face them overcharging for work if you take your vehicle here. If you decide to take your vehicle somewhere else, they will attempt to extract money from you being in a tough situation. These policies are hidden in the fine print and were not upfront. I would NOT trust this company with your property.
