I was in and out in less than 30 min with a new tire, plus it was right before they closed. I was greeted with happy, friendly faces and felt right at home. They only gave me what I needed and did not upsell me. I will come here for all of my tire needs. Thank you :)

Understand, these ppl do NOT care & will tell you anything to get your money. They move with no urgency either. If youre just looking for a quick oil change they may be ok I suppose depending on the line. But if youre getting any other services done.. DO NOT listen to them when they tell you the amount of time it will take.. they have been the worst experience Ive had just getting simple services done. They will also find something other than what your initial problem was or what you went in for. At least that was the case for me. Idk how these other reviews are so positive, must be family? Again, oil change ok, anything else.. go anywhere else!!

It was kind of a wait, but I did get in and had an awesome technician that assisted with my oil change. Im really glad that I was able to get in regardless of the wait tho considering I had called 4 dealerships and they didnt have an appointment for 2 wks.

They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. I took my 2013 dodge ram in for oil change. The guy told me to start my truck up when I did the guy in the pit was hollering for me to shut my truck off. He didnt have a new oil filter on my truck so oil went everywhere. This was on 06-30-2021 at the shop by Lowes on veterans parkway. I have been using that one and on out by Publix on milgen rd. since 2005 needless to say they lost my business.

Very poorly managed. I got there and was told that they were closing a lane so l moved to another lane. Then other cars that came last was moved to the lane I was just taken off. So vehicles that got there last were taken care of first. I take 5 vehicles there that I will never take again. I spoke to one of the guys and he did nothing. There are okey of placed to change oil.

I went through to get an oil change. Had the pleasure of getting Zach. He was awesome. Very polite, very professional, funny, hard worker sweating his butt off the entire time. He made that experience for me. Ill always keep coming back! Need more workers like him in this world!

Owned my truck for 4 years and used their services in the past but because my truck is lifted they wanted to charge me an extra $40?!?! This is absurd and ridiculous. Never been charged extra cuz my truck is higher. Don’t use this business. They’ll find unnecessary charges to fill their pockets. Needless to say I didn’t use their services and I won’t be going back there.

The service we received was great. Everyone we encountered seemed friendly and knowledgeable however I recommend you get an estimate before you begin letting them do anything to your car.For an example. We requested a full synthetic oil change for just the engine and a regular tire rotation (no balance)for a Toyota SUV.Our bill at checkout was $123.00.We were charged a standard oil change fee of $18 plus a $35 fee for the synthetic oil upgrade plus the cost of the oil per quart. WOW. If we wouldve know this we would have went to the dealership.Ive reached out to corporate for a better explanation and maybe they will help me understand their billing. Hopefully this was a billing error.

My wife took her vehicle in for a simple balance because she was having vibration and they tried to take advantage of her and sell her 4 tires when the vehicle only has 20,000 miles. I told her to leave and take it somewhere else and ask them to look at them and they claimed the tires were absolutely fine with 30,000 miles of life left. Extremely unprofessional and they try to take advantage of women. Avoid this place

This is the first time I have ever written a review as I normally dont do this. Today I called and ask how much a basic oil change was going to be for a 1997 GMC truck and was told $44.95 plus tax. So I went there and again I ask the attendant how much and he told me the same thing, $44.99 plus tax equally $48 and some change, so I said proceed. When they were done the attendant told me $51 and some change. I asked how it could go up and I was told I had that I had a special oil filter. I was never told of this price increase before they installed this special oil filter. I questioned how a 1997 GMC truck could have a special oil filter?? I have changed it many a times myself but because of a recent surgery I could not this time. The attendant told me that they could not control the price and they offered to get the manager for me so I said sure. The manager came out and I explained to him how I was on a fixed income, I called beforehand and even asked again when I got there to verify the price. He basically repeated what his attendants had, that I have a special oil filter and he doesnt control the pricing. I shared with him that it was bad business to operate like that and it was dishonest. I stressed that I wasnt trying to be a problem but that I really felt I was treated unfairly and that if that is how they do business I would pay the extra amount but that I would never come back again (and yes I have been there a few times over the years, though not much) and that I would take the time to write a this review and the manager could care less because he said thats fine and walked off. Maybe I am still old school but I expect the truth and to be treated fairly and when I worked with the public I was always taught the customer is always right. For what its worth .... Ward Jordan

Good place. I went in for oil change and stayed in car for it. Decided to get tires rotated and did have to step out for that. They were polite and fast. Its first come first serve. No appointments. Gonna send my hubby there for his car when he has time.

Overall awful experience! I was using this company religiously however not anymore! Was told to move to another line and after the young man moved me over a line every car that came behind me got serviced before me!!!! I waited almost a hour and a half before my car even got serviced. The manager didn’t offered anything but a best of luck to me in the future because what was done has been done he said! What the heck? I appreciate the luck but what would have been better if he actually cared about the poor service that was being displayed. I was consistently overlooked as if all of the employees did not see my and my black car sitting waiting to be serviced!!!

Young man was very nice. He looked at whatever I asked him to. He offered windshield wipers and I purchased them just because I felt like he was taking care of me and my car. Also gave me a quote for tires. My first time here with my new car.

I am from ny but attend college In Georgia knew nothing about getting a flat took my car and spoke with Anthony who was absolutely amazing he walked me through everything I needed to know about getting a new tire because my tire was a bye bye lol he was absolutely amazing kind generous and very informative I would like you to know dealing with him made me realize I will be going there for all my car needs for as long as I am in Georgia thank you Anthony

Anthony (General Manager) was super friendly and helpful when my car died after an oil change. He noticed the seal for the air intake was loose and corrected the problem, tested the battery and explained the issue. Will go to again.

Poor Customer Service. Manager came out and opened up a new bay. Moved cars from behind me around and it front of me. This made every vehicle after me now be in front of me. I was waiting for over an hour to get service and he put other vehicles in front of me. Then when questioned he tried to explain the bays we’re moving faster. I ended up going behind vehicles I was in front of. He never addressed my complaint and I will not return to this location for services when the manager is not going to honor my complaint or resolve the issue.

These are my guys! I take all 4 of my vehicles here for whatever I need. Tire Engineers prices are great, it’s not the cheapest but definitely not the highest, but you receive high price quality work! You also will not find any shop more honest than this one. I took one of my mustangs here, as I was having trouble with it cranking sometimes, and not cranking other times. Everything had been replaced but the ignition switch. I was forewarned that if the ignition switch wasn’t the problem I would be out of $200, well the ignition switch did not solve the problem, however the mechanic told me he wouldn’t charge me after all because he could not help me with the problem. I don’t think anyone else would’ve done this. Turns out the problem was due to an Faulty car alarm left in by the previous owner, and not a mechanical issue that they would’ve been able to catch right away. I will forever be loyal to tire engineers!

We needed RV tires and fast so doing it one tire at a time ourselves was out of the question! Express Oil was the only place we found that would get the tires, change them for us the same day, and at a comparable price to the big shops like Firestone (who wouldnt touch the RV at all!)! Went so well we took my hubbys truck in for 4 new tires two weeks later and they were actually cheaper!! Great locally owned business that will do just about anything you need done!

I purchased four new tires and had an alignment. Anthony helped me choose the right tires for my circumstances and made sure the tires were available when I wanted the work done. I was in and out in about and hour. I appreciate Anthony explaining his recommendations in an easy to understand but not in a condescending manner. We will be back. Oh... also I thought I needed work on my brakes but upon inspection Anthony let me know no work was needed. The trip cost less than planned.

After I got my oil change I drove around for about a week. Then I started hearing a noise coming from my engine compartment. When I had mechanic look to see what the noise was. They found the tool they used to take the oil filter off hitting my fan.

The manager, Anthony, took the time to thoroughly educate me on the services and parts that I was paying for. I felt more comfortable spending $700 on two tires replacements, realignment, and the replacement of two tire sensors after. This team presents as honest and personable. Anthony really went out of his way to make me feel like I was not being taken advantage of fiscally.

The Whittlesey Blvd. location normally is a pleasure to visit. The last 2-3 times that I have been to that location for services, John has always assisted me. He is such a personable, helpful and professional person. He has always made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. So kudos to John...he makes that place! On the other hand, this Kyle character that works there is rude, unprofessional and needs EVERY form of customer service training ASAP. My vehicle was serviced for an oil change and a couple of other things where I was promptly greeted by John even before I came to a stop. It was near closing time, but he was so professional in helping me with the services that I needed. The next day I returned due to a pressure issue with my tires according to my vehicles warning system. I pulled up near the service bays this time instead of the oil change bays and saw this Kyle person. He had his back turned organizing tools or something. He heard my vehicle apparently and turned around so I waved hi and proceeded to stick my head out of the window...this person turns his head and continues to do whatever he was doing. Not so much as a someone will be with you or any type of acknowledgement that I (a customer) was there. I sat there for nearly 8 minutes waiting for him to assist me...he never did. I stepped out of my vehicle and asked him if there was anyone available to help me and the hatred on his face for me bothering him was very, very disturbing. The manager finally came out and assisted me, but when I expressed my concerns about the issue, he only made excuses for Kyle. Upon leaving, I saw the manager approach Kyle and they both had themselves a good ole boy chuckle I will take my business elsewhere. But, John needs to be promoted to management as his level of customer service is invaluable to any business.

The staff is friendly but there is not enough of them. I pulled up as second in line and should have been done in 20 minutes or less. I was instead there for close to an hour as 2 people tried to take care of 3 bays. Overall, is a great place but unless you see 3 our more people working, come back another time.

Been using this location for oil changes over the last 9 months or so. Last trip in with the truck, I was told I needed a Level 1 diagnostic test b/c the truck was slinging fluids ALL over the shop floor. 3 different colors - green, red and darkI told the guy, well, I JUST paid a local mechanic to go over the truck VERY well, as I plan to sell it soon. So just two weeks ago, Im told its in great shape minus the tires, and now its pouring fluid?? The tech reassured me that it was terrible and I needed help with it right away.I chose to drive it on home and get up under the truck myself with some Brake Clean. At this time, I also check my transmission fluid, radiator and oil levels. Got the undercarriage clean as a whistle and drove it several days. Checked again, no fluids. Levels still at same point.Im utterly disgusted that someone tried to take advantage of me. Yall picked the wrong girl.

Ive been here several times to get my oil changed but today was my best experience here by far. My tech, Chris (with the red hair) was awesome. He was informative, professional and QUICK. Good place. I had my tundra done here John helped me with my service. The guy underneath didnt hear him say clear or what ever. Anyway long story short they had to redrain the new oil and put new oil in because the guy underneath hadnt changed the filter yet. Any way 16quarts later.
