Because I keep going there to have my air conditioning fixed, which went out conveniently after my return car warranty expired. Id already took it as my fault for assuming all the speakers worked. As I was told everything worked properly. Speakers just seemed as a given. Now Im driving around in this hot weather because its taken the service center 4 tries and a deductible from me for a new condenser which was evidently not the problem. Now its some hose or something that Im waiting for my Gold Plan claims to approve and probably charge me another deductible which I cant afford. On top of the gas I have to pay to keep traveling the distance to get here. And the many hours Ive spent waiting and thinking, I MADE A MISTAKE BUYING HERE. I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AROUND A LITTLE MORE AND ASKED MORE QUESTIONS. Lesson learned. But its too late now. Now I have to pray and hope for the best. While I drive around in these temperatures.

The WORST service ever. We have been going here for 2 years for our oil change because it’s more affordable. However, even with an appointment we still wait AT LEAST 2 HOURS. Just for an oil change. They are extremely unprofessional and we are finally done giving them our money. We will be going elsewhere. My husband had an appt today at 1:30 and is still waiting and it is 3:30. This happens every time and we are done

Autonation has been by far the worse car buying experience in my life. I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Santa fe and on 8/9/18. there was an issue where nun of the locks worked so they gave me a warranty to bring it back and have fixed. lucky that was a minor fuse issue. The same day I brought it in to have the locks fixed I also told them about it pulling really hard to the right and my rear tires bowing in. The sales team came out to see it and said its an all wheel drive. It supposed to look like that. I also informed there there was a loud noise coming from the front tire and I have practically no traction when I go over 45. They told me it was nothing. on the way home that day I almost wrecked due to not having traction. I take it to store shop ( has brand new tires) the tech took the lugs off my front driver side tire with his bare hands. The tire was literally about to come off. I took it back to auto nation the next day leave it for a whole day for them to tell me nothing on wrong with it. The pictures obviously show an issue when brand new tires are worn out like this in less than a month. I have had to get 2 tires and alignment and a alternator all before I made my first car payment. not to mention they wont replace their battery after they had me riding in a car with the alternator unplugged. if you looking for a reliable ride run FARRRRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Recently, my wife noticed a whining noise in our 2018 Honda Accord Touring. Also, weve had a recurring passenger seat problem whereby the seat frame will not stay attached to seat mount. We took our car to Columbus Auto Nation Honda and met service adviser, Mr. Roy Johnson. Mr. Johnson took our car in for an evaluation and discovered that the passenger seat needed to be repaired again, the transmission was defective and needed to be replaced as well as the turbo was not working properly . All of these issues had to be coordinated with the Honda Regional Tech Director to get approval for the warranty work on this 20 month old car with less than 15,000 miles. Mr. Johnson was successful in getting our car repaired and all of the work was under warranty. Hallelujah!We are grateful to Mr. Johnson, the technicians who made the discoveries of faulty parts and repairs and to Honda for honoring the warranty on this relative new car. They also washed and cleaned up the car before returning it to us. Thank you all Auto Nation Service team.With good conscious, we can recommend this Service Center team to meet the service needs of our vehicle based on first hand experience.

Had oil change done last year while having something else checked out. Started to see oil in carport. It was leaking oil. Took it back to them and until I asked what was wrong they were not going to tell why it was leaking. They never apologized or even offer free oil change because of their screw up. I had to take time off from work because of their screw up. I will never have them do anything to our Honda again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They are still doing remodeling but waiting room isnt the worst Ive seen. The service was excellent. They addressed the issues I had been having since having a flat tire from a bolt. They were polite, funny, and super professional. I will return for all of our Honda needs.

Again another purchase from AutoNation Honda formally Carl Gregory Honda. After 2 weeks of purchasing a new Accord, the rear tire went flat and Honda decided I had to pay for the tire. The car sat in my garage for those weeks and for the life of me Im trying to figure how a customer is responsible for a tire defect. Again they really have a low priority on keeping a customer. These are the things that kept me away from this dealership in the past, and once again here we go again..

Great experience both with a test drive and purchase process. Walked in, met Terry, asked for a test drive, on the road within minutes. Contacted Christie a week later, worked out the price, walked in, bought the CR-V with Terrys assistance. Both Terry and Christie were very professional in their dealings with me. There was no pressure at any time, not was there any differences between telephone quotes and purchase price. Great experience overall. I will expect the same level of professionalism from the service department when its time.

Courtney Luttrell was my salesman and he was awesome! He was very friendly and held loads of info about the different vehicles available to me. I gave him a budget and already had a car in mind. He showed me several vehicles and I test drove a few. I selected the 2016 Honda Civic Sensing Sedan. I love my car! Ive had it almost 2 months and Im enjoying it. The staff were nice and I really appreciated the customer service.

After the sale there maybe some bumps in the road and G2 has helped me with those but for the Sales Department they are the best in town!

If you like paying $290 for bad information and parts you don’t need and STILL have your car not work, then I guess this is your place.I just have my one experience to go from but they incorrectly diagnosed my car’s problem. The diagnosis itself cost $130. They told me parts and labor would be $900 ($450 for both) but I found that part they said I needed for $160 online. I took it to a different mechanic who would install it for less and he told me that my part was fine but that it was a simple fix with a $20 relay. In the end, I paid $130 for this “Service Center” to give me bad information and then wasted $160 on a part I didn’t need. Thanks!

Thoroughly unsatisfied with my tag being lost in the mail due to the financial manager typing my address wrong. Casually explained to fill out a lost tag report and submit it the police and take it to the tag office. Wow really? No apology. I work on Fort Benning and have been active duty for 15 years. I cannot drive with an expired tag nor take days off after leave to run all over the city to correct a mistake he (Daniel Hess) made. Had I not called I would have never known. I was informed that I could pick it up at the dealership again by Daniel. The financial manager didnt have to lie or type my address wrong.....yet no apologies or cares were given to me either. Thanks for nothing but a new car I couldve driven to Atlanta to get.LaRhonda H.

I went in to purchase a Honda accord and left buying a 2016 civic touring .I didnt even consider a civic thinking it was too small but Mr george suggested i take a drive in the civic first and after my first test drive i was hooked, they actually have a lot of space in the new civics. Mr George Shoultz took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE . He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly . I highly recommend George Shoultz .

After reading all the reviews concerning AutoNation, I thought there is no way I would ever buy from these people. I had been looking for a car for 2 months. Let me say here that none of the reviews were for Honda in Columbus,Ga.. Being dismayed with the other dealerships here in the Columbus area, I thought Why not, they cant be any worse. Well, let me assure you, they were NOT. I started out at the used car area on Victory Dr. as I wanted a previously owned Honda CR-V. The sales person who assisted me, Sabrina Mathis, was very professional and personable. I then talked with Chris Bacillio, manager. He found numerous cars for me, but they always sold before I had a chance to make up my mind. So what if I didnt like the exterior or interior color combos, mileage, no sunroof, or this or that was wrong. Both were very patient with me and never pushed or acted exasperated. Chris suggested I might try looking at the new Hondas off Veterans Pkwy. I had no plans to purchase a vehicle, only to look. Mike Chitum was the salesperson and Jeff( cannot remember his last name), one of the sales mgr. Mike looked at all their inventory and nothing I saw nothing I wanted. Then, on a thought, I asked to look at the CR-V Touring which was not in the budget. Was the color, white with beige interior and was the color combo I was hoping to find. It also had navigation, XM radio, sunroof, auto tailgate lift and many more bells and whistles. As I sat there to contimplate all this, I was never harassed or made to feel rushed due to it being a Friday after 1300. I asked them to show me the numbers(out the door), and was no haggle, was straight forward with my trade in. Which by the way, they offered me more than any other dealership ever thought of. I agreed to the numbers after I reassessed them, and thought hey, they have not tried to fake me out with bogus figures and is in my budget so lets do this. Next on to Norm, the financial person. Went over everything and more. I signed the forms and the agreement was finalized. Yea! This took approx 2 hours from the time I walked in, made my mind up and signed the papers. Now, Mike took me to the car and instructed me on the operation of all the bells and whistles. This was approx another 45 minutes that he did not have to spend with me. When I drove away in this fine vehicle , I knew I had made the right decision and even the next 2 days, no buyers regrets! I realize this is way long, however I feel they ALL deserve a favorable review.

Im 3 months into this purchase and already sorry.Tire and wheel coverage is a joke have a tire going flat on a brand new car gonna cost $25.00 to fix it.I let Some of the other things i saw after we got the car home and noticed afterwards go.But when i went to get the tire fixed and they told me its $25.00 that was it.That was with the tire and wheel coverage i purchased.

I went in because of an issue with my ac not working. I was advised the issue was resolved only to myself in the salt situation a few weeks later. I have been trying to contact someone for months only to reach constant voice mails. I travel with small kids, and now with summer getting closer I need this resolved.
