I LOOVE this place! I have a 2012 Acura and I bring my car here for my service and any other problems I may think I have. Recently my car wouldnt start and I thought it was my starter. I brought it in for that and he called me back and said you dont need a starter, you just need a battery! He couldve easily said I needed a starter and charged me for that, but he was honest. Thats why I come here and recommend Garvers to my female friends because its scary being a woman who knows very little(if anything) about cars and being treated with honesty and integrity!

Garvers Tire & Auto is a great place for major repairs. Its not easy to find an auto shop you can insure to be honest and give a fair price with swift timing repairs. The owners as well as the mechanics were all informative and welcoming. From my 99 Acura to the 2019 thanks again.

Went there to check on ”Engine light” got charge for diagnostic and James the mechanic said one of my spark plug is bad and I told him to replace it. I had in my engine 4 aftermarket spark plugs that are not sold local. So I should have 3 of mine and 1 of the plug that he is replacing. Got charge $77 total for all that. Some months later, I went to get a tune-up and switching new spark plugs. Found out that this place was never replacing that ”1” plug that the mechanic said was bad.I was a regular customer here but I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!!BE WARN IF YOU COME HERE REPLACING ANYTHING ASK FOR YOUR ORIGINAL OLD PARTS BACK. Its my fault for trusting them and did not ask for that ”bad spark plug” that they said.

Taking my truck back to them for the third time. They installed headers for me and did not use the bolts I give them to install the headers. Took it back and they installed the right bolted after I had to buy more. Now one of the bolts is stripped out in the head. Im taking it back today. If this isnt fixed this time I will be making a claim to the BBB.

I went to get a headlight bulb replaced, the person that worked on my car said I bought the wrong type of bulb, when reinstalling the original bulb, he broke the connector and lost the retainer clip and simply stuffed the wires back in the socket.
