Like the service, reasonable price, took a while for them to align. But thorough, straighten steering wheel. Which has never been done. Second went down Road stayed straight without holding wheel

Id been to sevaral other places where they said my suspension was good even though I knew it was riding bad. I d had it aligned and then it was out of alignment. Beeline saw a bad stabilizer bar and control arm and now it drives well. Im thankful.

Had a vehicle there took back 2 times they stated it was normal however took it to Js on Frank Rd across from A-Z trans and the found the problem they replaced the parts and it fixed my issue . I used to recommend Bee Line but seems I cant any more.

Since the covid is so dangerous, the waiting room only had one occupant when I arrived. As you can imagine, it was boring! But that is not the fault of Bee Line. I have been using their facility since 1996, so I know im getting good service. I trust them to do excellent work. I recommend them, so if you are planning on having alignment work done, these are the people to do it, and do it right!

Great place to get alignment also vary understanding why your suspension is wearing out the tires

Bee Line did a great job aligning my 2017 Chevrolet 3500 Dually and balancing the heavy front wheels. Most brand name tire shops around town cannot handle balancing or aligning these big trucks.

Our company has our own shop to work on our trucks, but cant do alignments. Took our truck here a few weeks ago for an alignment. They said there were multiple parts on the front that need replaced. So we took it back to our shop, replaced all the parts they said were bad, then took it back to have the alignment done a few weeks later. They said they could not do the alignment because there were bad parts that needed to be replaced. The same parts THAT WE JUST REPLACED. ALL BRAND NEW PARTS. This place is a scam. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

If you need front end anything done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Everyone in my family takes their vegicles here to get alignments done for over 20+ years. Their prices are extremely hard to beat. If you have a problem they tell you, they dont lie or add on hidden prices. DONT HESITATE to take them your business. Theyll take care of you.

I would tell everyone to go to Bee Line. They do a thorough inspection and excellent alignment. They gave me a very fair estimate on things that should be done in the future and now. I can do the work myself but but with their prices, I may just save myself some busted knuckles.

They did a fine job on a all wheel alignment on my 08 bmw gave me a list of a couple parts that are gonna need adressed soon! Just really a real down home type of place quite fair quite frendly

$120/ hour alignment rate for pickups with modified suspension, informed them all steering and suspension parts were brand new. They told me it would be a couple hours! $240 for an alignment is unreal. I recommend NELSON FRAME AND SPRING. They took care of me for $90!

Took my CRV for an alignment as my brother used the car and hit a guardrail with it. Bee Line said they ran out of adjustment and couldnt get it aligned even though they found nothing bent. The steering was off just as much when I left, even though I paid for the alignment. I finally decided to take it to the dealer. Honda was able to align it perfectly with no replacement of parts. Makes me wonder if Bee Line even touched it at all. Stay away from this place!

This place doesnt seem interested in fixing your car or about customer satisfaction!! They take your money. I was charged $80 for just an Inspection without being made aware that there would be an upfront charge for this. Would have rated them a zero if I could.

Bee Line is just, plain and simple....AWESOME! The guys working the front are very intellectually intelligent, and they know their trade very very well....and the mechanics are top notch. Ive been taking my F350 trucks there for several years....I dont go anywhere else.

Not a great experience with this shop. I brought them an unusual car, a 1974 Bradley gt (vw beetle kit car), but they said they could handle it when I made the appointment. I thought I should get it aligned after changing out the tie rods. In short, they aligned it but now it drifts to the right. The steering wheel visibly turns right if you let go. I took it back in for them to look at again, especially since I didnt think it did that before we started aligning it. They took a quick look then a mechanic came out to basically tell me there is nothing wrong with. I told him its pulling to the right. He condescendingly told me that they drive these cars before they work on them and that it was pulling to the right before I brought it in. He was really rude and unhelpful. He seemed to think I was trying to cheat the shop by asking that my car drive straight down the street after being aligned by professionals. This is an ALIGNMENT shop.... I guess if you want your car aligned but still pulling to one side, these are your guys...

They are a no frills no bull shop. Theyve been there forever for a reason. They are honest and reasonable on prices. Also for that reason they are always busy, and any appointment you have is... -ish. Youre better off bringing them your car first thing in the morning and just leaving it. The sketchy scheduling is the only reason I have to go with 4 out of 5 stars. I always use them for all front end or brake service needs.

First time I’ve had an alignment for my lifted F350 crew long bed with oversized tires that I haven’t had problems with. Very fast, very affordable. I especially recommend these guys if you have a larger vehicle.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!! I brought my truck in about a year previously to have the u-joints replaced. I also dropped off a set of rotors and duralast gold brake pads to have replaced when they did the u-joints, strangely enough a year later I pulled off the pads and realized they were the previous duralast max pads. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!

Ive used beeline all my life pretty much and my parents before me. Had my truck here several times this summer and fall. Sometime keeps coming lose or going out. Regardless the problem they help me located it and get it right

Called at 9.30 a.m., they had me bring it over right away. Told them my alignment problem on my 2014 gmc and they said no problem. Also had them re balance my new tires and wheels. Called at 3.45 and said the truck was ready. Truck drove great, zero issues. Price was very reasonable. Will go back.

I scheduled an appointment on Monday 3/4/2019 for an all wheel alignment, i took my car there at 10am i told them who i was and that i had a 10am appointment, they began telling me if i wanted my car looked at it would cost $18.50 i said just an alignment. I waited there for every bit of 2 hours, they called me to the office window and said that will be 19.10 and your car is out front. I paid and left needless to say they never did an alignment on my car! Iam not happy about the fact that they just looked at the back of my car and charged me 19.10 and didnt do the alignment, that was the reason i was there in the first place.I will never take my car there again!!

Very disappointing in last year. 10 year client i have a shop and shoot them the alignment after i do ball joints tie rods etc... last 3 times its been always something to squeeze an extra hundred out of a person..i had upmost respect for knowledgeable staff but what would take a minute to tighten a bolt i overseen rhey wanna charge the labor of doing the job. Prior to last experience there was a supposed part not installed correctly. Lack of initiative to do the alignment til it was fixed. I take it back and put it on my lift. LOOSE bolt...would not have taken them a min to tighten yet they wanna charge whole job
