I had a GREAT experience with Automotive Services Inc. I will definitely be going back for any issues I have in the future. They were wonderful to talk to and great to work with. They made the process so easy! Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs I needed for my Jeep Wrangler but they also went out of their way to fix a few minor things, just because! When I went to pick up my Jeep, it had been washed, waxed, vacuumed out and the interior looked shiny and new! I was very happy with their service and will be a forever customer. Thanks guys!! I had an absolutely amazing experience here last week. I needed new side mirrors for my car and I showed up with the parts and they installed them for me in less then 30 minutes and charged me $30. Very friendly staff and extra helpful. Thank you ASI for such a great experience!

I brought my new 2019 RDX into their shop. I had a small dent on the driver rear door and a lil scuff mark on the front passenger door. After an hour it looked brand new again. Highly recommend this place!

The worst place I have ever been, they tried to charge me 40$ to put the nut back in which hold the shift linkage for transmission! In case you dont know what I am talking about it is a 1 min job , you put the jack, lift the car, put the nut back in, done! He told me that is a 30 min job and I just smiled I told him give me a jack I will do it in 30 second, are you trying steal from me! And he goes yeah we gotta make money! ( Disgusting, embarrassing) will never recommend and comeback ! Perhaps they charge the same way for other stuff as well, thank God I know a little about cars and I caught him! I can get an oil change for 40$!!!

ASI has fixed my car on two occasions- and they did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them- their customer service (mike) is exceptional!

Great people and did a good job on my can. Something went wrong during repairs and they have it awesomely at no extra cost to me. Upstanding shop who stands by their work and takes care of their customers.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional manager (Tim) picked up my car from shop with paint overspray inside everywhere, as well as all over exterior glass etc. When brought to their attention, Tim went inside to get rags to wipe out dust...Smh... it has been over a week since weve recieved car and stiil trying to get shop to have it detailed/cleaned everytime we call we get excuses and the run around... The body work wasnt great, none of the lines between quarters and doors were even gas tank lid rubs when opening and closing. Would not use this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife dropped her car off for repair on 7/15. They told her the repair would take a week. After 3 weeks I called to check on the progress. They said they called and left my wife a voicmail to update her on the progress. Checked her voicemail and there was no message. I was told they were waiting on a part and it would be ready by the end of the week. Called again after a week and was told they are still waiting on a part. It has now been almost 6 weeks and we have not recieved a call to say the car is ready.

I have taken my last 5 cars there for repair. The fourth repair was sub par w runs and poor quality work. 5th car was more of the same. Did not do what they agreed to do. Fan rubbed against plastic and more runs in the paint. Like a fool I went back for an estimate Treated poorly gave me a high ball quote and really seemed like they did not want my business. I will never return there. My insurance recommends them for estimates. I will speak to the owner of the insurance group about this as well.

My husband called and made an appt to get the oil changed on the car, but when he showed up for his appt the man at the counter insisted they did not have an appt for the oil change. Additionally, the man at the counter was rude, brusque, and refused to try to accommodate my husband despite it being their problem. My conclusion is that the people here are either racist or incompetent. Not what I have come to expect from an AAA certified establishment.

I deal with with these people every day! Best group of people to deal with any questions or concerns just say they actually talk to you like youre a person not a !
