I would give no stars if I could. This place is the worst. As of rn I got off the phone with maintenance after a week of calling to get our air fixed they told us after a week of waiting itll be next week before we get someone out here as well as they said it needs to be over 90 degrees in unit to be a concern. We have a 2 year old and that is even the start. This place is over priced for a rusty poorly put together apartment. When we moved in ,paint was all over the floor, stairs ,and bathroom, The bathroom was not sealed around the tub and sink. Half our outlets dont work. As well as downstairs sink isnt even attached. The vents are only placed in the walls. NO SCREWS HOLDING IT. Management has changed 4 times in 3 years each time the lease changes.this place is a sham. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY unless you absolutely need to. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone.

The new owners of these townhouses have really changed the game for residents our here! Kelly and Isaac are doing an awesome job getting people into beautiful renovated units that past companies promised and never followed through on. The pest problem is under control and the maintenance team is the best Ive ever seen! Jeremy and Jerry have been awesome! Kudos! My family definitely appreciates you guys as Im sure others do!!

We have been in Columbus for 5 years and when I tell you no one keeps their word, I meant no one. Until today Kelly at Skyview keeps her word it may take a while but she is true to that. I really have nothing bad to say about these apartments. We stayed for two years and only left because the price increases( like all of Columbus). I was hesitant about my time here given the reviews but with new management. I’ve had every issue addressed and corrected in a timely manner . The property has changed hands a few times so certain idiosyncrasies are to be expected however . Kelly and her staff are wonderful and always eager to help and make this community better each day . I initially wasn’t sure id stay over a year however my 3 months here have been a breeze and I wouldn’t be opposed to continuing my lease . They can’t control what people in the neighborhood do once they move in. So certain things are to be expected as far as that’s concerned , over all a pleased tenant

I have nothing positive to say about this place. It’s worse than Colonial village. If you like to live amongst trash, broken glass, dog feces, threats of violence, trespassing, drug activity, zero noice ordinance enforcement, harassment, vulgar music blaring, fireworks, kids running around screaming at all hours of the Night, and thugs, then this is the perfect place for you.I hate this disgusting dump and I can’t wait to put it in my rear view.The only reason I give one star is because this makes you give at least that

Absolutely the worst place you could ever move in.Mice and roaches galore. Crime is horrible in this area .and the lovely new management company shuts off just about all the lights after dark but about 2 small ones in each courtyard. I feel so safe and secure NOT.

One of the worst places i ever lived they have roaches gnats flies infestation around the units and every is outdated and you will pay over 1000 for half the things rusted old and have to have maintenance to come out and fix something every few months. NOT WORTH IT.

Girls in the office are the best; considering the attitudes they have to put up with on a daily basis. The maintenance team is great; they do provide maintenance on a timely basis. Never seen any mice or roaches; long as you keep your apartment clean and your neighbors do the same, you shouldnt have any pest problem.

Maintenance and Office staff are always very helpful. They also did a great job getting my unit ready for move in thank you Claudia Brianna Raphael Jose Dave and Andy. So I cant give them any rating based on how it is living here, but I spoke to one of the staff members by phone who set up a time and date to come see one of the apartments. I drove over an hour (me my boyfriend and 2 year old daughter) to come see this place. Not once over the phone was it mentioned that all of us had to have our ID just to see the apartment so I wasnt even able to go in. I usually dont carry my purse because my boyfriend is usually the one driving. its really inconvenient to drive that far with a 2 year old only to be left in the hot vehicle with her because I couldnt go in

Haven’t moved it yet, but will be soon and will leave another review. But as of now, the staff (especially Jessica) has been very nice and helpful. She has definitely made it a mission to make my move as smooth and convenient as possible the tour went great and everything looked clean and nice. Definitely ready to see what’s in store when we move in next week.

When I come and visit my sister Im always seeing Tad doing the grounds. He is always really polite and courteous and smiling! Hes awesome!

I was very impressed by the help i received from the maintenance crew and the care and concern from the employee named tad. Not only did he fix the problem he took hos time to not rush threw and handle it properly so thanks tad im glad there is someone like him on the crew

I have also been without heat for several days. I have called the office and no one answers. The emergency maintenance after hours calls are routed to an out-of-state call center, but the tenant is never contacted by maintenance. Scary, thuggish people walk through the property all the time. There is feces all through the grass near my back patio from other tenants dogs. I do not have any pets. No one picks up after their dogs. It is disgusting when people visit you.I have been thinking that if I call code enforcement and get a lawyer, maybe I can force them to let me out of my lease. This is the worst place Ive ever lived. Do not rent here unless you have no other choice. The woman that responds to these reviews is the very person who does not do her job. Fire her!!! No one should be forced to live in a place like this over a lease. This is the first place I lived in Columbus. I am really beginning to hate this city because of this apartment. Living here is like being in the worst ghetto with really high rent. I think all of Columbus is like this.

Just moved in and the ac and heat doesnt work. The sink is constantly dripping. Called the office the first day moved in about the issue and no response.I havent had any rodent problems or seen any mice as other reviewers stated.Theyre also terrible at scheduling anything. We had to call like 10 times or more just to get our paperwork settled.Update: I called the office and they responded pretty quickly. Seems they dont answer voice mails very well.

Won’t fix heat for over two weeks I have video to back it all up this is so unacceptable you obviously don’t care about your tenants or their safety.I went in to speak to this family only to find out they have young kids and are utilizing all options to keep warm I pray it doesn’t take a tragic accident for the right resources to step in. I made it very clear about the danger the risk the combination of no heat and or anti tip brackets on your stove.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and the ONLY thing that’s improved is the ground keeping. Had all of our patio furniture stolen, our grill and outside bar. The office management just laughed at us and told us we need to chain our items down. When we go in to the offices, they seem to never be doing any work and always seem to be joking and slacking off. The groundsmen are very respectful though. They know what they’re doing and remember people they’ve talked too.

Horrible.When they first remodeled and left the government it was nice. They had security officers driving around 24-7 and they kept the place nice and quiet.Now...its hell.Music blasting till ALL hours of the night. People hanging out cussing and fighting. Gang members hanging out on the play ground blasting music at midnight and not one security officer in sight.It has returned to its old government glory. This is the projects make no mistake about it. It looks like the projects, smells like the projects and sounds like it until the wee hours of the morning.Stay far far away from it.

The management is always friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is excellent. Weve lived here for 3 years and have never had any issues that werent taken care of immediately!

Went and did a tour yesterday,the guy who greeted me gave me the tour. The management was very nice and professional,very welcoming. The unit I tour was very clean and looked nice for the price, coming from California. Looking to move in April sometime. Hoping my rehearsing n singing wont b a issue but seems very quiet.

The apartments are really nice when you first move in. Then after about a week they start falling apart. The drawers in the kitchen dont open properly. The wood has cracked. They painted the bathroom sink and tub with the wrong paint so it constantly peels and looks terrible. The doors are flimsy. 3 of my doors have come off the hinges from the wood chipping. They dont get slammed or anything. They just fall apart. Extremely rude neighbors all around. Trash everywhere! The BIGGEST problem is the mice! A mouse here and there.. OK I can deal with that. But we can go to the bathroom without mice running across our feet. There are holes in every room where theyve chewed through the base boards there is poop everywhere. We have caught and killed LITERALLY HUNDREDS of mice. Theyre no joke. The staff is friendly and understanding but they do nothing to improve the situations.

I came across these townhomes while lookin for a place for my mother. Claudia (Leasing Agent) was very kind and professional. She gave us an amazing tour and answered all our questions. The townhouse was very clean and Claudia walked us through the entire application process.

Tad was a nice guy hes always there to answer any question, fix any problem, I always see him keeping the complex clean. Hes a good worker.

I LOVED my apartment when we first moved in... We payed our rent in advance it was always in time... We didnt have any issues until this new company night the property... Now the rent had gone way up - they dont care that we have been here 4 years and never been late - they want to raise our rent by $150/EXTRA each month.. ITS CRAZY!!! They arent doing anything to keep their previous tenants - its insane!!

Theyre resident vetting process is real bad. Theyll let any ghetto ass POS live here. Id highly advise against living here unless you dont give a damn about your familys safety. It very unfortunate but all the nice, neighborly, legit residents are moving the hell out of here for pretty good reason.

If i could give 0 stars i would do not rent from this place my niece has lived in pure horror due to mice infestation, the sinks pills the knocking inside the walls when the water run, the rain coming inside. She says the staff are nice but shes ready to move. i Pray for whomever moves here GOOD LUCK !!!

The back and even front entrances to the homes are filled with peoples garbage, trash, debris, and just pure filth. Dumpsters overflow weekly. Ive had bug problems since I have moved in 5 months ago. I was told flick them outside. And worse of all rodents!!! Just now, they finally sent someone out to fix the mice problem - After 8 phone calls, 3 walk ins into the office and requesting to speak with management and after I said these are reviews I read that pulled me away from moving in. The complex needs to be on top of how these residents park and the amounts of pure debris and junk that sits in front of their homes. Did I mention the bathroom fan doesnt work? The children are constant loud outside, unsupervised, and stand in the middle of the road. Residents are loud as heck in the early hours and can be heard with these paper thin walls. They said, they need to find a new company since the old one went out of business. Theyre not paying for new ones. Counting down until my lease is up.

I have lived here about a year and a half. I am utterly disappointed. Maintenance is a joke. Our air conditioner stopped working in the summer and they never fixed it, the garbage disposal is broken, the kitchen sink leaks, half the outlets in the kitchen don’t even work. Most of the windows are damaged. The sink in the bathroom leaks. And if you call to get a repair it’ll take 6 months just for them to look at it, then they will leave and never come back to fix it. They charge way too much for rent, they advertise a gym, 24/7 maintenance and security but none of those promises are kept. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am an adult who uses a wheelchair and considered this location because they state online that they are accessible. There was no accessible parking and after parking a few blocks away, I got my chair to the leasing office which had a lift but the employees claimed they did not know how to turn it on so I could not enter the office. The employee stood at the top of the stairs and literally and figuratively talked down to me for 10 minutes ranting about how I am lying about having a tour scheduled for that time (I had email and text confirmations) and stated they do not have time to talk to me. I asked to be contacted to schedule another tour and they never responded. I sent 3 follow-up emails and called but they never got back to me. The place looked run down and not a wheelchair accessible unit in sight on top of their clear discrimination because I use a chair.

I lived in one of their properties and when I ended my lease due to military PCS, I was suppose to get my security deposit back. I moved out in June and I’ve called Skyview Townhomes and the property management. I’ve been given the run around about my check. “Oh, we sent it.” “Yeah, it should be coming.” “We sent it to the wrong address.” “Our property manager was fired but the check is on its way to you.” It’s been 2 months! It doesn’t take this long. I guess I’ll just take you all to court.

Mice....my ceiling in my kitchen fell..... They cant get rent prices to be consistent. Do NOT waste your time nor money.

Moved here 4 months ago. I have caught 19 total mice and now I have a roach problem. None of the items from my move in inspection have been addressed. When I ask the office about it, they send a maintenance person over. When they get here either they claim to not have the item needed to fix the problem or they say they will be right back with the part but they never come back. Parking is awful. Neighbors are loud. Worst place Ive ever lived...

It used to be The projects. Then they got cleaned up very nicely. But in the 2years Ive been here it has gone through 2 management changes for the worst. Its slowly but surely turning back into hood housing with people not having apartment courtesy. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can move.

When I first moved in, the place was not clean, they painted and left the paint drippings on the floor and there were roaches. The complex had the exterminator at my house 3 times. Its only a few at a time but upstairs I am seeing them frequently. The neighbors let their kids take the garbage out and they just throw it near the trash can, not in the trash can. When I moved in there was supposed to be 24 hour security and there was, the security would sit and stare at you while you sit outside. They got rid of the security company and claim there is security but I have yet to see anyone. My sons car was broken into, they broke into the house across from me. I have work orders put in regarding my windows, I have been there for a year and yet, no one has come to fix them. The front door isnt very secure and there are areas where you can see the gap in the door.My neighbors are cool and the Jessica is very attentive but the maintenance people suck and look homeless. For the most part it is a decent place to stay. I moved here to be close to downtown but the area sucks to be honest... outside of the the complex on Parsons. If you are going for cheap, this is the spot, Just keep your place clean and stay on management to get your issues resolved. It pretty much it is the projects though. I have been through 2 management companies as well.

Notice that the good reviews are old, and the recent reviews are a lot worse. Not sure what changed, but yes, this is a horrible place now, both the neighborhood and the property management are horrible. The management seems so nice when you come look at the place before renting. Once you sign the lease, its a totally different story. Their office sends out newsletters every month, most of the contents are like if you dont comply with your lease and all kinds of property rules, you are going to pay all kinds of fees and may get evicted. That is not a newsletter, that is threatening. There are many bad tenants living here, they are loud and rude, and make you feel unsafe. They act like they are doing drugs. I talked to the police and was told people here constantly cause trouble and I should move out as soon as I can. Some tenant would knock on your door at night and say you are parking in my spot, you need to move your car, just because you parked where they usually park, so that is their spot, even though the management makes it very clear that none of the parking spots are assigned to any individual. They would park where parking is not allowed and block driveways, and when you struggle to get through, theyll come out and curse at you you **** dont know how to drive. There are people running around, shouting and cursing angrily at night. They throw trash everywhere. The management seems to have the attitude that every tenant here is so delinquent, and needs to be whipped back in line and does not deserve any friendliness or understanding, hence all kinds of rules and punitive fees, constantly reminded. If you are a decent human being and want to be treated decently by your neighbors and landlord, do not move here. The management has to keep raising incentives to attract new tenants, guess nobody likes here. My lease ends in two months and yes I cant wait to get out of here. If you want to know the truth about this neighborhood, dont talk to the SkyView, talk to the police station on E Woodrow Ave.

Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I have been here for about 6 months and LOVE it here! Every apartment has small issues, but maintenance has always helped me the same day, no matter what the issue. Rent is decently priced, and the management is amazing! Jessica and Amber are great, and they are extremely helpful and kind. I love the court I am in, and I have never come across a tenant that I couldnt stand. I love my neighbors, management, and all the dogs in Skyview! This is my first apartment, and may very well be my only. I plan to be here for a long time, this is definately a go to place!!

Got placed in a 2 bedroom instead of a one bedroom at first, told they’d waive my transfer fee when I moved to a one bedroom in 3 months. Staff was accommodating about using my original lease date for the transfer so I didn’t have to stay 15 months total by using a new date for the transfer. Unfortunately, the whole time I was in a two bedroom I lived next to a family with children and had a recurring cockroach problem that was not originating in my apartment. They sent the exterminator out every time he visited but without fail they would end up coming back. No surprise that like many apartments the doors were not Weather sealed well, but that meant more regular bugs and winter drafts. They “fixed it” twice but I could still see daylight come through. Leasing office staff really was great, but it’s not a great area and you can’t help what your neighbors attract. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every new season the AC or heater it seems, there is something wrong and you have to call maintenance to fix it.You have to call every hour and on the hour to make sure your maintenance issue isnt lost in the pile. Never expect a call back,even if they promise to call you back because they wont.Dont ever leave a voicemail, they wont call back.The closet in a one bedroom is a joke. Its not even big enough for a normal size hanger to hang in.The washer and dryer are in your kitchen. There isnt a closet or anything, they just sit there next to your oven.You have to pay $3 a month for you to get your statement but its almost never right and you cant go paperless to avoid the charge.The only positive I have to say is water is included in your rent.Edit: I forgot to mention. I am tired of seeing the invompinco brick garden wall on the east side of 683 E. Welch. It has been incomplete for over a year now.

You absolutely get what you pay for. Maybe less.685 for a 3 bedroom with free water is not bad. Time warner is really your only option because the att is horribly slow package.Maintenance guys are nice and quick but the work is substandard- kind of a tape it over to call it done versus work youd expect from a professional contractor.The area is sold to you as up and coming and they are doing so much work to restore it and clean it up- but the place is ROUGH. They refuse to fix basic aesthetics outside like busted bricks and horrible speed bumps.They said they were redoing the entire parking lot and adding new ones- they did add the new ones but by redoing the parking lot- they had someone come out and spray the surface to try and fill cracks. Thats not redoing. All the potholes are still there and after winter the cracks are all already coming back.You cannot control your own water heater. Half the lights in the courtyards and parking lots are out. Lawn care and snow removal is a joke.Broken down cars everywhere and everyone parks wherever they want- especially in the alleys that are portrayed as 15 min unloading only- and all over the grass.Neighbors do NOT consider their noise level- the walls are paper thin. You cant carry a conversation without your neighbor being able to chime in.This isnt anything the main office doesnt know about. You can put lipstick on a pig but at the end of the day its still a ugly date. This is YEARS away from not feeling like income based housing. Unfortunately I wont be here past lease renewal.

MICE AND ROACHES RUN!!!! Been a resident here 4 years now and its been a nightmare since the first year. I keep renewing my lease because its a five bedroom townhouse which is hard to find. Every bad review is sadly true. I am so fed up with this place there are serious health and safety violations. Mice, bugs, trash, horrible smell everytime you run the bathroom sink. Every time I complained I am told things are getting better managerial changes maintenance changes, blah blah blah. ALL the residents need to come together and seriously complain. Will be suing for health and safety violations according to my tenant rights. RUN DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I have lived hete for 3 years. I used to love it. But now... I have never felt more baffled and neglected.I have went 3 weeks without heat. 3. Weeks. And with as cold as its been, yea....thats ILLEGAL. BUT i dont care about me. I care about the fact that now my 14 year old dog has a cold because of this gross negligence. Bed Bug, Mice not a great place to live. Definitely if you are just moving to Columbus it’s a great starter apartment but nothing to look full term into! They may have changed staff frequently. But not a good place to stay...

Nice apartments. Electric and gas cheap and basic cable included. In between Parsons Ave. and Lockbourne Ave. Two main streets for shopping and easy access to interstates.

I went to the lease renewal party back in Dec 2018 was told that for the Month of Jan 2019 I would get $100 off my rent for resigning my lease. Do you know they are still trying to collect the $100 that the lady who renewed my lease stated we would have off. Plus on top of that my apart has mice, the bathroom is falling apart they keep making these damn promises and never fulfill them.

Lived here since 2013. There has been a infestation of mice since I have lived here. There has been a constant problem with pestilence in all forms. Even though the management contracts services to deal with the issues. It is still an issue. Management. Changes every year. The rent goes up every year and yet the quality of living is still below standard. Looks good on the outside but on the inside the value is not worth the increase of rent. Especially now with the allowing of pets. Theres dog feces and no one has provided containers for the mess or held owners accountable. Petty rules are administered like no grills are allowed on the premises any more. And yet there are residents who have a mold problems in there units. There are low income residents who are discriminated and under valued when it comes to addressing maintenance issues. Skyview townhomes is all about making money but never about valuing the residents. No matter the race or economic condition. Skyview townhomes could be so much more but never will be. Because they care more about dollars than about making sense. I wonder who will be the new management team next year. Losing faith that things will ever truly change

I wish I never moved here! I’m losing all of my things due to the infestation of mice everywhere! In my beds where me and my kids sleep! On the window seals, coming out of the drain in the tub. Running all through the walls! They are all on my counter tops in the kitchen! They leave feces everywhere in my clothes on my dishes! I had to throw away a whole months of food because they ate through everything! On top of all that they are trying to raise my rent! I’m losing money replacing what these rodents are destroying! Which they never disclosed upon moving in! This is a health and safety violation! If the government shut these down for a specific reason! Why would they open them back up and think it’s ok for people to live this way! There are 2 vacant units on one side of me that are empty and three on the other side! So all the rodents are coming here! I haven’t seen maintenance refurbish any of them! I have a disabled child living with me who gets sick a lot since we been living here! I think it’s time I contact The Health Department! Yes I have been on the list where they send pest control out, but their workers are rude and don’t do their job. If anything the belittle you about the feces everywhere as if we bought this mess here! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

The place was ok at first now i have to deal with trash all over my yard area and porch when i come home from work cant find an emergency maintenance number anywhere have to wait for the office to open once i moved in im just finding more and more things wrong with this place and the office is not on one page as a team giving me mixed answers so i will be out of here as soon as the lease is up.

The lies people tell my ceiling been had a whole in it for 2 months.i reported it.the mices are baddd here Ive reported it.they cant keep management in the office.its always a turn over..now they calling there self fixing the roof.then next they gonna tey and go up on the rent but Im outta here.Garbage

Honest review.I have lived there Sept 15 - april 18. We had issues with this place before we even moved in.1) the apartment we were promised to move into still had residents living in it, even on our move in day. Sure, the manager at the time gave us options to either move into an apartment that is ready or to back out of the whole deal. Well, we chose the move-in ready apartment.2) Everything was fine and dandy until June of 16. We had hurricane force storms come through the area and we had to wake up to every since window POURING water. To top this off, there are electrical outlets under almost all the windows.3) we put in workorders for the windows and we were promised new windows for our apartment. Unfortunately, they kept closing our work order claiming they replaced the windows and they obviously didnt. I had to keep going down to the office to have the re-open the work order in hopes something would get done. I had even taken a video of water gushing into our apartment, also had damaged floorboards to boot. Their solution was to caulk all the windows shut. And that just happened.4) Aug 17, we started to get roaches. Fortunately, they spray for pests for free. However, Im assuming that they dont take care of the neighbors (which is how we got them) because they came ever Wednesday to spray and somehow they always came back. This made my decision to move.I couldnt open my windows, we had to deal with bugs, and dont worry it gets worse.So, fast forward to moving day. Which was april 18.I had gave my keys to them for a final walkthrough in the morning. While that was going on, we were trying to move into our new apartment. Unfortunately, being that as our first apartment, I wasnt told that when I gave them my keys that meant I was surrendering everything to their possession. So, when my husband came back to get more of our belonging, our key locks were changed. Also, they had maintenance already at the apartment to THROW OUT EVERYTHING. We still had all of our valuables in that apartment. So we had to ask them to let us back into our apartment (which in our lease, we had the apartment until that day on midnight) so we can RUSH (because they asked how much longer did we need) to throw everything into a uhaul and get out.This was the worst experience I had with moving and renting from them. I will never go back unless they totally level that area and build totally new apartments. We were done wrong and totally mistreated and I was a very faithful and loyal resident. I will NEVER reccomend anyone this place.

I went in to the apartments rental office last wednesday. I walked in, I was greeted by Jessica Scott. She was amazing. We sat down, filled out paperwork and did a tour. She was amazing. I was very impressed. I found out I was approved in 24 hours and got my move in date. I did drive around the complex before I went in. It was a lot of trash that was over flowing. But it was the week after Easter. So im sure it was bc of the trash schedule being thrown off. I dont know how the apartment is really being ran as a whole. But I will be back to update. But i have great faith that this will be a good fit.UPDATE:April 20th was my move in date. I get an email on April 19th 30 mins before they closed asking if i can change my move in date to April 27th. Which i was not able to do. I didnt get the email until 7:30 pm. Less than 24 hours before my move in date. I had no choice but to miss out on a full 8 hours of work and not just 4 hours of work, bc i had to get there first thing in the morning to resolve this. Since i had already had a uhual lined up and canceled storage. I get there and im told the apartment wasnt ready, The floor wasnt ready and the apartment didnt painted and some other things. So we got the ok to move me from 683 E welch to 703 e welch. I spent an hour transfering aep, renters insurance and gas. So i was able to get the keys to 703. I did a walk through before meeting up with family to move my belongings since i was then 5 1/2 months pregnant and couldnt lift. I did a walk through. There was paint all over the the stairs, dirt all over the floor and saw dusk in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathtub and sink was a mess it was repainted but it was clearly already chipping. we came back to move me in. At that point it was ROACHES all in the house besides the two bedrooms. They were like a good inch long. They were all over the kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. I was over it. i was in tears all day. I was trying to clean the draws in the kitchen bc the previous tenant didnt empty out anything. And long behold. I was being attacked by roaches. There was roaches in the FRIDGE !!!!!!!!!! I was crying. I couldnt even unpack. So i went to sleep upstairs on my mattress. I woke up around 5am to pee and i woke up with BITE MARKS ON MY BODY AND A DAMN BED BUG ON MY PILLOW. i lost my mind. i called my family to help me load up. I got the hell out of there on april 22. I got my uhual there at 910am they opened at 9am. i was moved out at 12pm that day. I had to call and get my storage again and pay another move in fee. I had to stay some where else until june 4th. and cost more money with my utilities. Bc everything was cancelled due to not being about to live with roached and BED BUGS. i am still struggling to get back on my feet after all of this. And im still waiting on my deposit, pro rated rent and apartment holding fee. I just got confirmation for deposit return, and Still getting the run around for my pro rated rent and holding fee. I am extremely annoyed bc this is way to much. ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS. Im 30 weeks pregnant with my first child and im going through all of this. I keep in contact with Jessica. She is still the sweetest lady. I think she can do better some where else. I JUST HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS APARTMENT LOCATION. I done everything right. I paid the app fee, holding fee, renters insurance, and pro rated rent weeks before my move in, and im here getting the run around ABOUT MY MONEY THEY HAD NO PROBLEM RECEIVING. At this point i feel disrespected. And the funny thing i went to mailbox while i was waiting on my mail to forward to a DIFFERENT location AGAIN..... i had mail in there from a friend. I called her to talk to her about what was going on with her living there. She said she was catching MICE the apartment 24/7 And she called the HEALTH DEPARMENT and was able to leave the apartment the same as i was with no legal action. No evictions. Thats the only thing that saved me out of more money was being able to walk away. I JUST WANT MY MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTERS ARRIVAL. Added pics

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Its horrible!!! When we first moved here it was ok and some what clean as it can be on the southside but that was two managements ago. Roaches, infested with mice and when i say infested i mean it, finding mice dropping on my counter, oven, and table!!! Im not a nasty person in fact i have o.c.d so the mice cant find food on the floor so they climb on everything they can get food access. This place is NOT remodeled so dont let the description fool you, they use cheap paint that falls everywhere on your floors, the doors come off the hinges every month. They just refinished the tubs nd sink, no replacing, so the stuff in that chips and i got a hole in my tub from the cheap material they use to refinish it. The neighbors leave their dog poop everywhere and no one is accountable to pick it up or their trash so thats another reason you WILL have mice. I could go on and on about this crappy place but i dont have a lifetime, just save your time and money and look else where. Youre welcome! I have recently moved out but this was by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. I wrote many things on my move in maintenance sheet and these items were not fixed. My front windows leaked each time it rained and I was told I would be receiving new windows that sealed but never received them. Called the emergency maintenance line several times when I had standing water in my apartment and each time I had to go to the front office to explain again what happened because they never received a call from me. Not an ideal living situation.

I never get help when I need it I have been living here for 3 years and I been wanting to move for 2 years now they should appreciate there tenant a little more. Do not move here you will never get anything fixed when you need it to be fixed.

October will be my first year here and I absolutely hate it ! Since Ive been here we have already been through 2 different managements ! My original apartment that I moved into last October was very decent and I loved it all though it did have paint all over the floors where they painted and never cleaned up and I had mice really bad , they moved me to a different unit because the city of Columbus had to tear my concrete up on my patio because the basement units that they use to have before they remolded was flooding . I was only in my unit for not even a month before they moved me , I was 8 months pregnant moving for them not to do anything to my apartment ! The unit they moved me into had gaps in the kitchen floor where someone didnt know how to lay the flooring the windows felt like they was open 24/7 my door had a big gap on the inside so when it would rain I would have a puddle in front of my door with having a newborn in the house they still wouldnt do nothing . I had to demand a 2 bedroom because they wasnt putting me back into my original apartment which still had nothing done to it , there wasnt any more 1 bedrooms open so I moved into the 2 bedroom as soon as I moved into the 2 bedroom they moved someone into my 1 bedroom unit . The 2 bedroom drawers in the kitchen would fall out every time you opened them 3 wouldnt open at all my back door I had to powerfully slam in order for us to be able to close and lock our door the rooms smelled like there was animals locked in there so I moved the 4th time back into a 1 bedroom until I could find something else and get out of here I have already been to the office 2 times within 3 weeks because I have Mold in my bath tub in 3 different spots and they still havent done anything about it even with a 9 month old who has been sick every other week because of it I was told the most Their going to do is recock which was already done under the window, theres cocking over Mold! Under my faucet leaks which is where the main spot of Mold is, Im literally right next to the office and they still wont take the time of the day to come do something about it ! My ceilings are slowly falling apart they didnt clean the unit when I moved in I could tell because I got a brand new set of pots and pans that were sitting in the drawers and under the sink. Ive Had as much as I can take here Im to the point where I have to take care of my son which is my main priority Im not even waiting until my lease is up im already looking to get out of here im having plenty of people say fight them in court which I should! They dont want to work with you!! You will make the worst mistake moving here, prices was good until this new management has taken over prices are sky high to pay for a apartment with their prices you could have a house!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!

Afforable housing and the water bill is paid by the complex. The apartments themselves are cozy and they have a lenient pet policy. But the people who live here arent the cleanest. No one seems to pick up after their dog and trash will pile up outside of dumpsters even when they arent full. Mamagement is nice, but maintenance can be a little slow. Mostly because theyre understaffed for the amount of work theyre given. All in all, a good first apartment but definitely not a permanent arrangement.Edit: I forgot to add that during the last couple months here before my lease was up there was a SERIOUS mouse problem. My apartmemt was kept clean as possible with no food left out or anything and I would catch 1 or 2 mice a week. I was spending a lot of money on mice traps my last couple months there. It may have had to do with the above mentioned over flowing dumpsters and the proximity of my apartment to them... But youve been warned.

BEWARE!! DONT MOVE HERE! ROACHES!! MICE!!!Been here 2 months. Saw roaches the first night I moved in. Second night found dead mouse on a mice trap in utility closet. They act like your the first person to tell them they have pests but why do you already have traps before I moved here if you never had pests?? Living room floods when it rains. Basically went the whole summer without A/C. They refuse to fix it. Gave them my move in inspection sheet with all the problems when I first moved in, they fixed none of the problems. Small floor plans, NO dishwasher, washer dryer hookups in the middle of the kitchen, NO parking, lazy staff, mice and roaches. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $650!!! Think Im lying Id gladly show proof and pictures of everything!!! Im living here now dealing with this NOW!!!! YOULL NEVER REACH MANAGEMENT COMPANY ON THE PHONE! STUCK! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!

Just moved here on july 22nd and im realizing it was a big mistake. I saw a roach the same day i signed the lease. Of course abigail in the office said there has been no issues. And theres roach bait all in my cabinets. So there was a provlen here at one point.My upstairs shower squirts out. Bc they caulked it instead of getting a new shower head. My water pressure is high i cant use my washer. Bc the water squirts everywhere. Its to much going on for me to have just moved in on the 22nd. I emailed corporate hopefully they will do something. If not im documenting everything and going to escrow for rent.

Staff suck all them got fired . i have no electricity in my kitchen.. Came and put in smoke detector, and crossed wires and I dont have lights in kitchen.. Going on 3weekdays. Now staff fired who going to give us lights in my kitchen

Prospective tenant. I could smell roaches as soon as I walked into the unit. I didnt see any though. There were cigarette butts in the toilet and cigar waste in the kitchen sink. Thats what you show to someone who is contemplating signing a lease with you?
