In confused.. i move in a place, i havent even got the furniture delivered yet because the owners were getting the carpet cleaned..they call this company to clean the carpet and the carpet looks worse after it was cleaned than before it was cleaned..it looked good initially but as the carpet dried brown spots started popping up everywhere that was never there before..and the only answer Ive gotten via the landlord from talking with this company is that they dont know what happened ..not a well come check it out or nothing..Im not in the business of bashing companies, I have no reason to randomly want to speak bad on this company all I am is a tenant that wants clean carpet and the job that was done here was horrible..I have before and after pics too

I have been extremely happy with Jonathan and his team at King of Kings Carpet Cleaning. Last year we dropped off 1 area rug at his shop to test their service. Jonathan not only removed the yellowed strain from the tassles but was able to remove some of the old stains that I gave up on. The rug was also ready on time, which is a huge win for me. Last week we dropped off 3 more rugs. 1 rug had a good amount of dirt worn in due to traffic. This time there was a delay in getting the carpets back, but Jonathan called the day before to inform me of the 1 day delay because of the freezing weather Columbus had. We were able to pick it up at the new time with no issues and the rugs look great. I will continue to use King of Kings for my cleaning needs. Our dog dug a 4-5 inch strip in front of a bedroom door. The installation techs were on time, and did an EXCELLENT job.. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I explained to Mr. Johnathan King the areas that needed cleaning and the state of my carpet. I explained that I really just need to replace my carpet but since I cant afford that right now, I just need to get it cleaner than what it is till I can get new carpet. Owner of the King of Kings Carpet Cleaning/driver of the work van peeled out of my front lawn after he drove out to my house to clean my carpet but he ended up not cleaning it because he said it was too saturated. He was upset he drove the distance out to my house, so he drove through my yard causing ruts all around my front yard. One of the tires also bent one of my green fence posts. His van kicked up mud all over the driver side of my car and the front of my house.

I was able to reach out to the company via Facebook messenger after I found them from a friends referral. They were very responsive, in scheduling the appointment within a couple days. Everyone wore masks on site and were very polite. Owner seemed very knowledgeable about COVID and Sanitation aspects as well. Prices seem on par with other cleaning services. They really did a stellar job, in particular cleaning up a white couch I had worked over by kids and the dog.
