I hired Steamatic to clean my ceramic tile floors in my home. The tiles were wood plank with texture so there was a buildup of dirt over the years of use. Mopping just doesnt cut it with this type of floor and this company has the machine to get them clean. They strive to make their customers happy, and I consider this a dying breed in the industry. Ive very thankful for their efforts and the job provided. Would definitely recommend. Big thank you to Al in the office, and Paul & Kenny who were the techs on site.

I had Steamatic come out and clean my dryer vent line. The guys were very professional and nice. They were in and out in under an hour and did a great job! I would use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Recently we used Steamatic and I must say, this is a professional organization which did a fantastic job on our tile floor. The grout required a deep cleaning and when they were done, it looked as if it was brand new. I would recommend Steamatic to anyone interested in getting their floors cleaned.

Called to make an appointment based on a coupon I found. Had an appointment within two days. My appointment was at 3pm. Called @12:45 and advised they could come out early. Great!! Got right to work and had 3 bedrooms and a living room done so quickly. Carpets look great and they were able to remove the stains in my teenagers rooms. The two guys that came were so courteous and friendly. I was extremely impressed not only with the work but the value as well and will use this company again. Thank you for a job well done!

They arrived on time, was very professional, got the job done extremely quick, and the carpet looked brand new afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING CARPET CLEAN!!!!

Great company and Ive had good experience with them. One time they didnt show up at the time given BUT they made up for it by dropping the price and coming out on a Saturday without charging extra. The carpets are clean

I have used this service before and decided to use them again because of the very good job they did the first time. Unfortunately this time around was night and day difference. The crew that came this time around did not pre treat the carpet or stains(they did so the other time) and they did not spend much time trying to go over stains. This time around my carpets did not look like they did before. I understand that they wont look brand new but I feel like i could of done them on my own and had the same result. Other than that the crew was on time.

Not only did Jordan provide us with the best service we have had in the past five years, but he was also extremely professional and polite. Our carpets have never been so clean! Horrible service. I could have done a better job myself. First problem, they were late according to the time given. Only places cleaned were in the middle of the floor. No effort put in the corners are edges. Ive used other carpet services and never seen it done that quickly. They were finished and packed up less than 30 mins. I guess you get what you pay for. Never will use their services again
