Wow! All I can say, DDS Atapours and there staff are the most professional , courteous and respectful team of dentists & assistance .. I have ever met.Not only her work is first class and outstanding. There mannerism and workmanship should be a diagram for all Professions to follow. Thank God their are still good people like these are out-there.

I am one of those people that neglected their teeth early in life and now as an adult I am paying the price. About 10 years ago I went to another dentist who removed most of my teeth and stuck me with partials the process traumatized me.Imagine being 23 and having over 15 teeth removed in one go it was extremely painful and kept me away from dentists until now that I needed a broken tooth extractedDr. Atapour has changed my perception of dentists she was very patient and knowledgeable and had such a gentle touch I couldnt feel when the tooth was removed. She knows what she is doing and it shows in her work. I am beyond happy and amazed with her work.i will definitely be returning back to her for all my future denture needs. I cant imagine going anywhere else. If you are on the ropes about coming in stop thinking about it and just do it! You wont regret it.

I really needed a location that was closer to my job. I found them on google with great reviews and located only 2 buildings up from my job. Had a tooth pulled and it was an easy process. Going back in 6 weeks to start my long term dental care. Love them and would recommend to anyone.

I have visited this clinic a number of times. My experience during my visits have been all excellent. The receptionist is very friendly and the dentist and her assistant are very caring. They discuss with you before they have you undergo any dental treatment. The clinic sends you a friendly reminder through a communication method you chose. From what I have observed, Model Dental also takes every precaution to ensure your safety and the wellbeing of others. My kids like this clinic too. And one more: the place is clean and they are conveniently located. I will continue to go here in the future.

Dr. Atapour is the best Dentist ive ever been to hands down. She genuinely cares about the well being of her patients and provides excellent service. I am writing this review to help encourage people who (rightly so) may be hesitant to get dental work done during COVID to get your work done here! I have interviewed 4 Dental offices in the Columbia Ellicott City area. This office by FAR is the most intimate space= One dentist, One assistant, One receptionist= least exposure! The office is pristine. The Dentist Dr. Atapour is very sweet, kind, meticulous and thorough. Her staff is sweet warm and inviting. They do not allow anyone inside until your appointment which keeps you safer as well. This Dentist has SUCH a sweet demeanor and the office environment feels so safe that I *happily paid CASH instead of going to a dentist who accepts my insurance! The receptionist is unknowledgeable about insurance and how it is used. She told me my insurance is only under Maryland Healthy Smiles. Its not I get regular dental services every six months. She said I could only be seen if I was pregnant or under 21 which is false my insurance provides dental services to anyone. She didnt understand this. I wanted to try a new dentist office. But I will not go with this one

Dr. Atapour is my main dentist, she is a splendid and very intelligent individual. Every time i have gone to see her she has gotten to me very quickly and her prices are reasonable. Model Dental Clinic is a tremendous office to make your main dentist as well.

My two kids - now adults - and I, have been patients since the early 2000s. Dr. Atapour and her staff are fantastic. Our teeth have never been healthier! Our recent visit was during the new Covid-9 normal. Model has implemented state of the art and common sense practices that made us feel safe and comfortable, while also protecting her and her staff. Having not had my teeth cleaned for 15 years, I was worried what would happen when I had my first appointment with Dr. Atapour. I should not have worried, Dr. Atapour put me completely at ease, calm and super friendly, she was able to finally get me back on track with my dental health. A light hand but a very thorough job, my teeth havent felt this clean in 15 years! Super happy, highly recommended.

Worst Dental care I ever had for my kids. 14 years old and 11 years old . They had a filling done. The 14 one came out with tears and said “the dentist was so rough and it hurts a lot. I raised my hand to let her know I was in pain but she did not care .” And the 11 year old one came out with crying again. So I check on her gum and lips , and I found her lower lips on left side has three places red and bumpy( a bit swollen) I do not know how she treats nicely to other patients and not my kids. I will never send my kids there anymore .

When I first came to Dr. Atapour, six years ago, I was another afraid patient with sick teeth. Not only she gave me the best professional advice to get my teeth in the best health possible, but she did it with the human touch that only a friend can bring. Two implants, two crowns and so many other minor issues later I feel like not only my smile changed but my confidence about my oral health changed too. Dr. Atapour always makes me feel everything is possible. Even today when I arrived to her office with a cracked tooth after munching organic chips, she put the world aside to take care of me. That is why I give her Clinic 6 (SIX) stars, because this is the best dentist I have ever had.

My family has been with Dr. Atapour for more than a decade. An implanted tooth by Model dental works perfectly for me.

I am a fully grown adult, and was yelled at like a child by Dr. Atapour to keep my mouth open during a filling. It was the first and only time I have ever been yelled at by a dentist or any medical professional. There are waaay too many dentists to put up with that, so I will never be back. Bed-side manner is important!I understand that Dr. Atapour needs patients to keep their mouths open during a procedure, but there are professional ways to communicate that. Additionally, from a patients perspective it can be physically challenging to keep your mouth open, which is why most dentists offer mouth props.I was in shock being yelled at and at the visible frustration that Dr. Atapour seemed to have. Luckily, as I mentioned, this was the only time in my life Ive experienced this from a medical profession. I am now with another dentist who is very friendly and has great bedside manner.

Dr. Atapour is abosoltly the best Ive been going since I was a kid. She has done alot of work to fix my teeth I cannot trust anyone else. I needed alot of work done I was ready to go out of pocket just for her. Luckily my insurance covered the work. Regardless I was ready to pay in full out of pocket cash to know she did the job. She and all her workers have allways been kind and professional with me. I applaud them because I can tend to be a handful ;)
