I highly recommend Noel Construction for Engineered Septic systems.I am a local Real Estate Professional helping people find their dream land and dream homes. I was able to find a piece of land for new home construction that checked off all the boxes for my clients, except one... It didnt pass the perc test. I was told it would need an engineered system and that these engineered systems are double and triple the cost of standard systems, plus they have to be maintained annually.
