Gavin was very knowledgeable and taught me a great deal about how my main line and septic system work. He made a few improvements on things and got everything working great. Plus he was just a very nice fellow and took the extra time to make sure everything was in good order.

Our drains and toilets were backing up and unusable. They answered phones promptly and got to us within an hour and were super affordable. Super nice guys to work with. They definitely gained a long term customer here!

I referred this place to my mom because they did so well with me too only be very disappointed with the horrible job they done for her. Only needed a simple water leak fixed and they wanted to replace all pipes. Without even finding the leak. So only payed the estimate that was not even deserved. Will not be using the services.

They came out in our emergency , sewer was full and toilets wouldn’t flush, both men were so nice to come out last minute. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. They made sure our toilets flushed fine after they were so great!!!

Called them for a business I manage. Needed a drain unclogged. Guy said we needed the whole system flushed out so it wouldnt happen again but it would cost a lot more money. We went ahead and did it. At the end of the service he tells me it still didnt really fix the issue because theres something stuck in the drain. Would have been nice to know that beforehand as the drain was clogged up again within the hour and we were out 1000 bucks.

Once again we’ve had to use Roto Rooter, as always before they showed up swiftly and identified the leak and made the repair quickly. Very courteous and reliable. Should I need to use them again I would without hesitation.

Lance was awesome. Our garbage disposal was humming and not working and reset didnt fix the issue. Roto-Rooter sent Lance who showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly and at a fair price.

Fixed two pipes and pumped septic tank. We uncovered it because the man they sent said he couldn’t due to the heat and the ground was hard. We waited nearly a week for them to fix it. So no running water or toilets. They also put in a riser lid so we could get to it easier. They didn’t fill the dirt back in either. Cost 1200.00 plus the 300.00 it cost me to find the lid and uncover it.

They tried every bit to find the root cause of the leak and fixed it real quick. They were very patience with questions and answering and providing details of there each try.

The young man was very polite, efficient. and did us a good job. The only thing I can negatively comment on is that I think the rate was a lot more than should be for no more and no longer than the job took.

The guys were nice enough and early, with that said, They were not able to locate the septic, and didn’t have equipment to clear drain on the first fay, but they did come back the 2nd day without any additional cost and were able to help get all issues resolved .

Dustin Tucker came out to our house from Roto Rooter today to look at issues we were having with a toilet. He discovered that we also had a cracked pipe which was hard to see. That was amazing attention to detail.He ended up replacing two toilets and fixing the cracked pipe and flange. The work was perfect, clean, and done as promised.I would also like add that Dustin has a great attitude and such a positive person. I can tell he loves his job and where he works.Lastly, I would like to add that we might have saved a few dollars going to some independent company, but the quality of work and guarantee that the work will be done right is well worth paying. I caution anyone who wants to bargain shop when it comes to water and sewage. Going with the wrong place could cost you way more in the long run.

Located and marked under concrete drain lines.I called Roto Rooter due to one of my coworkers dropping the ball with locating the sewer main location . We also had some clog problems, notice how I said had. Trey showed up on the agreed time , Friday, and took care of the two clogs immediately. I did not expect him to locate the sewer lines until Monday. He stayed and with a lot of dead ends, due to the conditions of the clean outs ,he was able to trace the lines so we could cut the concrete more efficiently with less mess and cutting costs. At 8:00pm we realized we had an issue with outdoor system that had to be resolved fast then googled Emergency Plumber in our area found 24/7 service with Rotor Rooter they said someone would arrive between 9pm - 11pm Lance showed up at 9:00 and resolved our issue very fast he was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable explained the issue clearly providing key information and future recommendations we will ask for Lance again and appreciate his excellent customer service

We had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining. There was an obvious clog somewhere. We called Columbia Roto-Rooter in the morning and had an appointment same day between 2-4pm. Our technician, Neal was here right at 2:00! He was able to get the pipe unclogged. He answered all of my questions and was so kind. To resolve our issue, he had to make a bit of a mess but he promptly cleaned it up!! Neal was wonderful. Roto-Rooter has never let us down!

Michael Gilbert was my technician. I had all of my drain pipes and water pipes replaced. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous! There were problems along the way (as with any job of this magnitude), but Michael always calmed me down (he took my calls when I was anxious about something) and took care of everything! He also replaced all of the water fixtures in my house. This job spanned about a month, but in the end, it was a quality job, well done! Michael and Roto Rooter will get any/all future jobs from me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Had septic tank pumped after 25 YRS. on the 24th. It was recommended to hydro jet lines. Michael and Bobby came and found that the pipes leading to the leach field were not glued together, and had separated pinching the corrugated pipe, so nothing was draining. They came back today, the 30th of November, cold, snowing, and miserable! They not only were able to dig up, glue, and repair all piping, but they also ran the hydro jet to unclog pipes to allow draining to resume! Michael and Bobby, you guys were awesome! Highly recommend these gentlemen and this company!

Roto-Rooter was scheduled to come out and look at an issue with our plumbing. They showed up and claimed that there was a part that needed to be ordered and that it might take until the next week to get it. That was no problem at all. The only issue I had was not being able to get a status on this part that was needed and never came. A total of 3 weeks later after I had to call several times, I never got a true response on whether they will be able to fix it or not. The receptionist kept telling me, When I get an update, ill call and let you know. A month later, she still has not called with any update, so im assuming they could not fix the issue, but did not want to inform me of this. Finally, this issue could not wait any longer and I went with another vendor. I was truly disappointed with the unprofessionalism since we have had such great experiences in the past.
