I always get a great service at nail trix and spa. my nail technician was excellent, I trusted her with my nails and she knew exactly what to do. She did a wonderful job

I wanted to give this place a try because a girlfriend gets her nails done here regularly. I’m not sure who she sees but it can’t be the same person who did my nails. To be clear, staff was nice, place was clean & Covid conscious & plenty of options / colors to choose from. However, this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a full gel set and my nail polish starts chipping the next day. The nail tech didn’t do a top coat at all (or base coat) not sure if this is the reason the polish is chipping or it’s just the brand itself. & my pedicure looked like I did it myself. Update: other nails started chipping a week after, I won’t be going back.

I would give it zero stars if that option was possible but its not! Me and my friend went to get our nails done but they did a horrible job. The guy kept asking to many questions that should not be asked. He messed up my nails and did not fix them. And the guy who did my friends nails where rough on her hands. Also he said we can choose our colors but before he started to paint they changed it. I wanted galaxy purple and he gave me black.... do not go here dont waste your money. Also the manger was very impatient

I highly recommend this salon. Ive been going for at least a year now. And pretty regularly for their gel manicure. I see Ashley and she has always done an amazing job! From the nail polish to the durability. I run a home daycare, which means I wash my hands a gazillion times a day. And the polish almost always last the full 2 weeks! Give it try! You wont regret it 😊

This is my go-to place for gel manicures. Mike always does a great job, is quick and very helpful. I highly recommend him. Its also better to make an appointment instead of a walk in. Ive been to a few other technicians as a walk-in and wasnt pleased with how long it takes them and the quality of their work.

Top is what I asked for, bottom is what I got. Will never go again & will tell anyone to go somewhere else. I would have picked something else if the technician said she was unable to recreate this, what I thought was simple, style mani.

Ashley, the manager, is rude and unprofessional. She makes you not want to come back which is sad because there are some good nail techs in the shop.I went to get the dipping powder nail color and paid $45. The next day 2 of the nails came completely off. I went back and had them replaced. Two days later 3 more fell off and 2 were chipped. I went in and had all of them removed because the application was clearly faulty. I asked for a discount on a gel pedicure since my powder didnt last a whole week.Ashley said I can keep coming back to get the powder but she would not give a discount on a different service. What?? I have to use my gas and time to come here every day at no fault of my own. Thats ridiculous. So then she finally broke down and said I could get a discount on my next service.I come back a week later for my gel manicure. She refused to honor a discount because the tech who did my powder no longer worked there.I am livid!!! I paid $45 for a service that didnt last for 3 days. If she wasnt going to honor the discount, she shouldve said that the moment I returned to the shop for the gel. Instead she waits until Im finished then starts to argue with me.I will never return. Customer service is a must for me!

I work nearby and stopped by at lunch to get a refill and gel polish. I LOVE it! Tam did my nails and he did a fabulous job. My nails look and feel great! And he massaged them afterwards and then rubbed them with a hot lavender scented towel which was just spectacular.My only complaint is their prices are higher than most places. Refill with gel polish was $40.00. But I definitely plan to go back again.

Kim is phenomenal! My fingers were DESTROYED when I went to see her and I left with not only beautiful nails, but the most wonderful acrylic experience. For the quality, the price can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 I would!! My first visit was amazing and it has gone downhill ever since. My last and final visit I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Let me start by saying I upgraded my pedicure to a spa pedicure and it was terrible. The massage (or lack there of) was minimal. The technician that did my pedicure told me she wasnt going to do my manicure so I had to sit 30 minutes waiting for another technician to become available. This wasnt too big of a deal since I hadnt made an appointment but fit it in between my own but there were plenty of free technicians.I finally moved on to my manicure and once again, there was no attention to detail or customer service. My massage was nonexistent, my cuticles were cut way too low, and the polish didnt even go to my cuticle line so it already looked like it was a week old!All in all I let my toes dry for at least 4 hours which is plenty enough time. I even wore the little flip flops home and watched a movie on the couch before I went to bed. I was finished by 5 at the salon and checked to make sure they were dry before I climbed into bed around 9. IT RUBBED OFF. It didnt rub off completely but it was like they used the wrong top coat and it smudged everywhere. It looked terrible. Furthermore, MY GEL PEELED OFF IN THE SHOWER THE NEXT DAY!!! I have never in my life had that happen. I paid almost $100 for literally nothing. I had no pedicure or manicure to speak of the net day.I tried calling the manager (Ashley) the next day, and the next, and the next for 6 days in total. Everyday they said she would be in at 9 the next day, I would call it would be later around 11, I would call and then it would be She decided not to come in today.. SHES A MANAGER, HOW DO YOU NOT WORK 6 DAYS IN A ROW. Not only that I asked to have my number forwarded to her so she could call me at her convenience (5 times) AND SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.This is literally the worst service I have ever gotten. I was planning on just asking for the services to be redone but she never called back! I will NEVER be coming back to this salon, or any other Nail Trix and I feel sorry for anyone who does!

Love love love this place!!!Ann is fantastic!My nails were in terrible shape 6 monthsAgo then I stumbled upon Nails..Trix.Ann has made them strong and healthy again.I go every 2 weeks and just put out my hands andlet her do anything she likes color.. and all!She knows what looks good on everyone!Make sure you tip! They deserve it!

I went here for a pedicure on Saturday May 23, 2015. I was given a price list and asked for the $38 Spa Special Pedicure. When I went to the register I was charged $43. I asked why and was told they charge more for men. I asked why I wasnt told. They asked the woman who did my pedicure and she said I forgot. I asked to speak to the manager but they did not get the manager. I just checked the BBB rating for this business and it is an F. So obviously there is a problem with this business. I do not recommend it.

Do not get eye lashes done here she poked me in the eyes with glue made my eyes red and won’t give me a refund told me it’s my problem. I spent 120 with her last night and that’s how I’m treated will not be going back and I’m telling you not to get your eye lashes done here not professional uses scotch tape to close eyes and then opens your eyes at the end to apply last few lashes and that when I got poked with glue in my eyes. My eyes are blood shot red and irritated. I feel so stupid for allowing her to do it and wasting my money on her and this experience

Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I come here frequently. The manager did my manicure, pedicure, & wax this was my first time ever going to her. She was very rude and unfriendly. Barely responded to anything I said to her with more than a grunt. She rushed me through all of my services because there was a large bridal party there. I could clearly tell she was blowing through my services just to get to them. My pedicure lasted all of 8 minutes before she was polishing my toes. Very unprofessional as I am a paying customer too! During the waxing she was so fast and rough that I thought I signed up for some form of punishment. To make things worst she did not even let the wax sit for 1 second before she snatched the paper off of my skin leaving a million tiny hair stubbles! Dissatisfied I asked her if she could clean it up more & she said no thats the cleanest it will get. Not true. I left with basically the mustache I came in with.How this lady managed to ruin the chances of me every coming back to this salon (after I have been going for years) should give you an idea of how terrible my service from her was. She sits in the first row right behind the receptionist desk.If I do ever come back I will ONLY go to Two or the lady that sits in the last row on the left. The two of them are great (which is why they are always booked weeks in advance).

I found out late on a Saturday that I would have an early Monday interview so I went here on a Sunday for gel nails and a pedicure. Very disappointing and I will NOT return.The service was pathetic. The tech said maybe 3 sentences to me in the 60 minutes I was there. She looked around and was talking with the other techs, sometimes she was wielding the cuticle clippers and not looking at my hand or foot while she was cutting! Within a week, the gel was peeling up around the edges and looking a hot mess.Not worth the gasoline to get there

There was a brief shutdown of this place at the start of summer, if you ask they will tell you it was due to new managment and a remodel, and while the management has changed, the place has minor interior changes and some of the staff left. This used to be my go-to place for short notice but after this visit I will not be returning. The manicure was rushed, didnt even use cuticle oil and the polish was chipped by the end of the day. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Worst mani pedi Ive ever had! I dont know how this place stays in business! I thought that it was just the guy that didmy nails but my sister had the lady remove the polish it was sobad! Wasted 68$

Didn’t see any nail tech use sterile tools. Won’t go back. Will tell everyone I know to stay away.

My had the worst experience today at this nail salon, I was already in mid pedicure when the woman doing my feet got up and left to help another customer I sat there for 10 minutes with my toes not getting done and then when she came back she was angry at the other customer and she literally shave the side of my foot off Im still bleeding 2 hours after the initial cut. Then I had to fight for a discount as the manager was putting a bandaid on my bleeding foot!!!! It was only f****** 10%!!!! Now that Im in the car I noticed that I have bubbles in my toes and my cuticles are cut on two of my fingers for my health Im never going again for your health stay away..... honestly it doesnt even deserve one star 70 dollars I paid to bleed on their floor..... 3 hours!

Ashley the manager did my nails, the same day my tip popped off. Went back the next day to get it fixed did a horrible job and didnt even put the right color on my nail. Bad experience for my first and last time coming to this place.

The door says appointments and walkins welcome...they forgot to mention... by walkin they mean appointment...
