So happy I found Pearl Nails - they always do a great job and they have a lot of nail designs to pick from. The Gel and Dip Polish always lasts a long time - many colors to choose from in regular- gel and dip. Also chrome and foil options -ombré and hand paint design Everyone in the salon is very nice and friendly - they all do a great job

Was told a different price over the phone then they charged me more after the services were completed. I wouldnt mind paying more if the place was nice but it wasnt. It was small, cramped, very dirty, and outdated. Would give it a 0 if possible.

I love Pearl Nails. Lei and her sister are awesome. They do great work and the price is right. They are never rude or rushed. Their may be busy but they still provide great service. I have been going to them for 5 yrs and have always loved the work. Lei does great hand painted designs and eyebrows. I cant stand to go anywhere else due to how good the services are at Pearl Nails.

I love this place. They are very talented. I made the mistake of trying out another shop and I was highly disappointed. The messed up my nails. I can back “home” and they fixed them for me. I’ll never go another place again. !!!

I have been going to see Li and her family for my nails for almost 15 years. Li bought this Pearl Nails roughly 8 years ago and I followed her from her old location. Im not sure about the other two poor ratings, perhaps they are the wrong Pearl Nails because there are 3 in Columbia?! I have never seen any of the ladies come across as rude, most of the time just quiet because some dont speak much English, but I have seen plenty of customers come off more than rude, just plain mean. I really enjoy going here in the middle of the week mid-day when the loud non-tipping customers are not around. Its quiet and relaxing. Li has made several improvements including painting and putting in a new floor.My advice for any customer, not just here or anywhere is be nice to the people providing you service. Dont treat them like less and perhaps youll get more than just the standard service. Also...dont be cheap, tip your manicurist. I cant believe how many people dont tip anymore, especially young people.

Terrible service. I was seated at a station and after getting my nails filed the woman got up and started working on another ladys nails. She basically went back and forth between me and her because there was not enough employees. I got two colors on my nails - white and blue - the white was very sloppy, bubbly, and I was still able to see through to the color of my nails. Over all, this experience was not worth my time and $40

I Usual Go Here Because They Have Reasonable Prices And The Elder Lady Does Amazing Eyebrows .. But They Are Horrible Place Its Dirty Its To Small And Not Enought Workers, They Never Have Sterile Tools And They Dnt Have Much Colors To Choose From. The Owner Always Has A Attitude For No Reason Last Time I Went She Got Smart And Told My Friend To Sit Down Because She Was Looking At My Nails Which I Thought Was Really Rude, Wen I Asked Her Why She ? She Then Priceeded To Get Smart With Me I Got Up And Left ... They Service Is Bad They Never Wanna Fix Your Nails Wen They Clearly Messed Up ! It Was My Home Nail Salon But Im Never Goin Back I Spend To Much Money Too Be Treated Poorly Hopefully She Does Some Improvement !

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Words can not explain how unprofessional these people are. It is FILTHY inside. My pedicure, which included scalding water, unsterilized instruments and a woman with a serious attitude problem, lasted 14 minutes and I was still asked to pay full price. Please avoid this place at all costs. I am currently afraid that I am developing an infection.
