First time at this salon. Wasn’t too bad of an experience. Was enjoying myself and the vibe. Wait time wasn’t too long. They fit me in for a whole pedicure and a full set right before closing time. Most people would’ve turned me away. My feet came out awesome. My nails did too, just be careful with a matte overlay cause the lady had already told me it wouldn’t last long, and behold two chips in two nails just a few days after. Still had a good time and I’ll be going back.

I have been going to this shop for over 7 years... more closer to 10 years... from the old location to the new (old now) bigger location. The staff is wonderful and they ALWAYS remember my name. It is also always a good time when Im there especially if they arent slammed. T and his wife have always been both accommodating and helpful with my color and/or design requests. They go above and beyond to make sure they make every experience at the shop a pleasant one! I rarely go anywhere else to get my nails done... Ill just come back if they are busy. Theyre AWESOME in my book... and I understand they are also human and mistakes happen... not that any occurred with me... but reading the reviews is what made me wrote a review. Im loyal to Happy Nails in real life.

T❤️💅 was by far the best nail tech Ive had in a long time. All the staff was great. Plenty of services to choose from. Mani/Pedi/lashes/wax etc. Prices were on point🤗especially considering THE WORK THEY DID WAS TOP NOTCH!!

This was my first visit because where I normally go stopped taking clients 30 minutes before closing, and all I can say is EVERYTHING happens for a reason. Happy Nails is now my New home. She took her time and catered to my feet, and gave me my Pedicure with care. The foot massage was everything, especially since I went in right after work. Their customer service was presented exceptionally well, as if they had just opening for the day. You would not be disappointed, I guarantee it!

Very unprofessional. Long wait times. Not very sanitized. They didnt soak my nails and got upset with me because I did not want my nails cut down with dip powder still on. Told me how long he has worked with nails and he knows what he is doing. Got very offended and rude. I decided to leave.

Took 3 hours and nails werent set smudged and wasnt what i wanted neither me or my friend were satisfied wouldnt go again horrible for how expensive it was.

The staff was nice and friendly. However, the place is not at all clean. They didn’t clean after the previous customer left. Asked me to put my hands on the counter full of nail waste from previous customer. Upon asking they just Wiped my side of the area. The machine to dry my nail polish was not wiped also. It had dirty hand prints from previous use. Though staff was nice and friendly, I wouldn’t come again due to poor hygiene and quality of work.

Do not go to them!!! My mother, my cousin, and I all have a green fungus growing under our nails. We all went different times. We all had to be treated with antibiotics and our whole nail is about to fall off😡😡😡none of us has never experienced this before.

I wont be returning. The owner is mean to his staff and yells alot. When he did my nails he was rough and not gentle at all. The staff seems on edge even the lash lady seems rude at times. I wont be going back.

Paid for deluxe pedicure n they sisnt even massage me feet..all they did was my legs and the polish was sloppy..will not be going back.

I was in and out. Took about 45 for a fill in. Not happy because my nails came off in about two weeks just when I was about to go get a fill in. They came off like clip on nails. They were so easy to just pop right off, never had that happened to me before. I felt like they were rushing my service.

Prior to the covid, I felt she moved extremely to fast for my nerves but my nails were always perfect when I left. Wish they carried more Black Swan mood polish, its beautiful. I look for it everytime I come in but cant seem to catch it before it runs out. Overall the staff is very polite, great sanitary precautions and ambience. *Loyal Customer*

I love walking into a nail salon with a great atmosphere where I can relax, unwind, and chill.. get away from things from a while you know... This could definitely be that salon however, this particular morning , it was extremely too loud. The guys were practically yelling to one another while they talk. It wasn’t peaceful at all. I loved the guy who did my pedicure, very attentive and thorough . Keep the noise down !

I have been coming to Happy Nails for over 7 years now. I absolutely love the family atmosphere that this salon has. The majority of the customers talk to each other as well as the staff knows their regulars by name. Mr. T and Mrs. Loan always ask about the family and know the kids by name. I read some of the comments and Im sorry that you had that experience.You have to keep in mind, that a nasty attitude exudes around to everyone else. They are more than willing to do your nails, eyebrows, pedicures any way that you like. But you have to be able to explain it in a nice way. Yes, they are Vietnamese and do understand the English language, but you have to be patient with them.I consider myself very lucky to have found such a great salon to do my nails, toes, waxes and keep me entertained all the while.

Wow! Happy Nails.. I can’t believe the work that was done today. It was absolutely horrific and dispicable. I wouldn’t even image, going into detail, of the awful painting of the clumpy white paint that rest on my nail beds. Not to mention, the paint submerged in sisters nail cuticles. So awful!! I will not be coming back or referring. I know they can’t make everyone happy. But sweetie. These are just the basics.

The service was wonderful, they do an amazing good on me and my mom´s nails and we don´t be in there forever. The people are very polite and they greeted me with kindness. I have now been going to that place for a good couple months and I don´t want to go anywhere else for my nails.

The wife and I stopped in with our 3 year old to get pedicures.. Our 3 year old was too scared so we ended up getting pedicures without him. The wife also got her nails done and was very happy with them. Our feet feel amazing and look even better. Customer service was great and we enjoyed the conversations as well as their interaction with our son. We walked in just before 6pm and the place was almost full. We did not have an issue with the wait since there was clearly a lot a few people ahead of us. We were seated at the massage chairs within 10 mins of arriving. Great trip here

Walked in 1 hour before closing was turned around saying they were closed. Turned around walked right back out!! Not arguing with them to spend my money with them. Been going here for 1 year and was just introduced to the loyalty program 1 month ago at my last visit!!

Perfect place to get your brows done. Gets it right every time! They are also quick with your nails. Not so great with designs but mani/ pedis are good. Also, acrylic and gel nails are good.

I got my second fill in on May 2nd, it’s wasn’t anything wrong with my nails afterwards. Thursday I went to Luxury Nails to have the previous work removed from my hands come to find out that I have a green fungus growing under my right index finger from HAPPY NAILS 🤬🤬🤬. Yall rush and Im NEVER COMING BACK. Horrible Service and this is the first time this has ever happened to me, I am going today 5/24/2019 once they open at 9:30am to discuss this with the manager.

I couldnt make it to my regular salon so I decided to go here. The young lady that did my nails was attentive and professional. However, I waited with my feet in the water for over 30 minutes. They need to work on being faster.

Very disappointing when businesses can not be consistent. Last Pedicure was good so I thought I would go back. Well today I even opted for a Deluxe Pedicure but there was no Deluxe about it. Nails cut back WAY to short. Barely any massage either. Might as well gotten the Basic option. The Only reason why I am even giving 2 stars is because the staff is polite. But unfortunately I will not be back and also not recommend it.

Debated a long while before writing a review because I did not wish to hurt someones business but I cannot contain my frustration any longer. First let me say most of the employees are friendly, personable and have great connection with the consumers. On the flip side to the fact that they are lazyand didsubpar work. I received a pedicure but the gentleman was done in ten mminutes and made jokes in his native tongue the entire time. It was disappointing. They are nice people but as a customer I was very unimpressed.

I love 💘 coming here with my sister and grandmother. They treat us like we are family and remember us by name. If one of us is missing they ask out of concern. Our wait is never long. If we have wait, it doesnt matter because the service is top notch.

After sitting up front for about an hour, I was seated next to someone who was getting their nails done only to wait again. Im so aggravated for wasting so much time here. This was my first time and may be my last time here. Very poor customer service in my opinion. A word of caution, definitely make an appointment or youll be waiting for an hour or more.

First off there is no such thing as GEL POWDER!!! STOP TRYING TO PASS OFF CLEAR ACRYLIC AS GEL!! I told the older woman I dont want gel polish or gel powder wat does she proceed to apply gel polish on my nails. she was determined to charge me $45 regardless of what I was getting. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Really kind of upset with my service. Went to get my nails done 2/3/19 & of course they were short staffed... everyone that came in they said it was only a 20/30 wait. Of course when I go I let Tee do my nails...and of course he rushed because they didnt want to pass up money. Well my nails were ok until I left & my thumb bubbled up...then of course it was still wet under the second coat. But tee insisted they were dry & told me to trust him...that was only to move me out the chair to get to the next person. Here it is 2/4/19 my polish is coming off! I didnt spend money for this to happen. Next time take your time...people pay you to pamper them not rush on a job.

I did love this place but what got me to stop going there was when each time I kept going back, slowly they kept creeping the prices up, probably because they thought I wasn’t going to notice. I got the same thing done every two weeks; a fill, a pedicure, 1 nail on each hand a different color, and chrome on all my fingers and toes. The price... started at $78 and went up to $115. Duoc(Doug, in American) did my nails every single time and I couldn’t believe he would charge me that amount. I even showed him my bank withdrawals and pictures and he kept giving me this crappy excuse why it cost me that amount. I promised him that if I walked out that door paying that amount, and him knowing I get the same thing, I would never come back and I didn’t. The job isn’t worth $115. I could see if they did some fancy stuff like jewels, or something out of a magazine, but it’s just a fill, nail polish and a powder they run over my nail. All I have to say is watch out! They are rich while y’all spending $78 or more a pop. Oh, and the wait is crazy. Three hours is a long time to get nails done. Two of those hours, you are waiting. I spent at least $150+ a month there and That’s crazy. Never again though because In 10 tears I’ll have $15,000.

I waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Once in the chair it only took the guy 30 minutes from start to finish yo give me a full set. I was shocked by the results, so not good. I have smaller nail beds so I need a smaller nail. This guy used nails that were too wide and he shaped them horribly. Then, to top it all off he didnt use gel, so my polish was coming off the same day. In a weeks time I had three nails that lifted and popped off.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Very friendly and attentive staff. My manicurist was kind, very detail oriented and a skilled conversationalist. I’ll be back next week for a mani/pedi.

Waited for over an hour for service. The guy on the left same person in the first picture above was extremely rude when I got in the chair. There were a lot of ppl waiting. He seemed as if he wanted to rush on my nails. I ask him to take his time so that he wouldn’t go over my skin or cuticles with the drill. He got upset and told me “he knew what he was doing I needed to sit there and let him do his job or leave”. I left! Very nasty attitude. I also didn’t see anyone getting cleaned sterilized tools for the pedicures they use the same tools over and over and on manicures too.. Discusting I’ll NEVER go back, they have a good location but HORRIBLE quality of service.
