I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get a good pedi. I am super lucky to have found a good one first try because it never happens! Walked in to this place and spoke to the lady up front, no wait. All around great! Everyone here is super polite. Prices are very reasonable, a huge selection of colors to choose from, regular and gel polish, as well as color changing! Most definitely will be back! Thanks for a great experience!!

Lynn did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a dip manicure and Amy did my gel pedicure. They both took their time. I’ve been going to this salon for several months and have experienced great service every time. Highly recommend!

The staff here is very friendly and professional from the time you walk in. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes any of the times I’ve gone. The salon itself is super clean too. I’ve had two gel manicures here and both have been excellent. My gel pedicure is a couple weeks old and looks as good as it does the day I got it done! I highly recommend I LOVE NAILS!! The loyalty card is a nice perk too!

The employees are friendly and eager to please. This was my first pink and white manicure and I love the way they look! Also, the aesthetician was very quick and relatively gentle with my eyebrow wax.

This was my first time going to I Love Nails. Me and my mom went today on my birthday and from the moment you walk in they are so professional and great customer service1000%. We came in at exactly 9:30am when they open even with a few people ahead of us we only spent and hour total.( i have never had fast service like this from a nail shop i was so happy) I got my toes and nails done; i picked a picture online that i wanted and Michael the nail tech did an amazing job!!! Its better than the picture. This shop respects the covid-19 policy and social distance ( that meant alot to me). This was my first time getting powder nails and man im hooked. My mom got her feet done and she loved them as well. The reviews are spot on this is the best place for newbies/walk ins.

This place is fantastic! Staff is very friendly. Very clean and safe environment. They offer an assortment of services. I prefer dip nails (Lynn is exceptional) but they do it all. Highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed!

I love nails is my favorite nail salon in the Columbia SC area. They are so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. My daughters love to go there and get pampered. It’s also decorated very nice and super clean. I highly recommend I love nails!

Overall I would say I had a 2-3 star experience, (3 is being VERY generous.) me and my friend scheduled appointments ahead of time and we were seated immediately! But, I was very confused on the prices because they kept changing them. I LOVE the color and design on my nails, but the guy who did my nails was very aggressive. My friend specifically asked for regular polish and not gel, and they not only have her gel, but they also made them matte, so she had to pay extra. I got a design on mine, and mine were less money even though she got less then me. They said it was more than mine because hers were longer but we measured it in the car, and they were the same length! They were very hard to understand and kept speaking a different Language to us instead of english. My friend asked about the gel because she was confused why they put it on her, and he gave her a thumbs up and got back to work. Overall, i wouldn’t come back here, and I would not recommend for anyone to come here for a manicure.

Just got my nails done at I love Nails for the first time today. Lynn did my nails and she did not disappoint! I showered her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out better than my reference photo! My tips were shaped perfectly and I’m very happy. I will definitely be back:) Great price, very professional, and clean.

I became a customer over a month ago I spent 80 dollars with a 10 tip for both nail techs for me to have to come back 3 days later for my gel not being cured right and broken acrylic and nail.The 2nd time was on the 15th of September for a fill in/color change and nail design for me to have to come back today the 20th for another broke nail and gel not being cured. Had to wait 30 minutes for service they made me wait until manager came in to assist. I was told they dont design acrylic nails only gel, even though acrylic nail designs were first before gel ones.Then when finally getting service he burned my nail beds, I snatched my hand away and said he was hurting me. He told me dont watch him watch TV, dont worry about it. I will not be returning here due to the service and the fact I lost money both times on repairs and 2nd time because I paid for designs and have none now.

Although they listen to customers needs, he was nonchalant in doing nails and feet. Alot of corners cut out.. pedicure done without scrubbing dead skin from bottom of feet, no feet massage (actually just wash and polish) no base coat used under polish, polish placed on very thin. Actually felt like I got a rush job for $125...ugh... Will not return.

I visited I Love Nails for the first time last week and I was very impressed with Lynn’s work! I got powder dip and Lynn made sure that the dip was not put on too thick and made my nails look very natural. If you haven’t already, I recommend giving I Love Nails a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon to love and decided to give this place a try today. I was hopeful based on the amazing reviews! Everyone was really sweet but I feel like I just didn’t get a great nail technician (which I hate to even say). He didn’t really speak to me which I don’t mind but it was difficult to explain what I wanted with my color. I also unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home that I have tiny black hairs on multiple nails stuck underneath the gel. Not saying I’ll never return but I’m definitely a little bummed with the results.

I love I mean love this place I’m always satisfied when I go! Amazing people and amazing atmosphere!! They make you feel at home, and part of their family!! And this is the only nail salon that has ever remembered my NAME!!! Mike is amazing his personality is awesome! Never going anywhere else.

Im a traveler visiting Columbia for work, I visited this location based on reviews and proximity to my hotel. After my initial service several of my nails had feathering and one chipped. Im a nurse and the powder dip extends the look of my nails and always looks professional.I returned 3 or 4 days later and that displayed the professionalism of the staff at this location. All nails were repaired and reinforced.The gentleman that performed my service was very apologetic and we were both baffled as to why the nails chipped and broke down. I will definitely return and my nails looked beautiful. 🥰Thanks

Lyn is absolutely amazing!!! I came in there not feeling or looking my best and when I left she lifted my spirit and made my eyebrows look absolutely gorgeous! Lyn is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done on Harbison. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love her.

Very pleased with my nails.

I came in and was immediately greeted with friendly service. I requested and mani and pedi with gel polish. Short Stiletto tips of course. Being honest the left thumb is a tad shorter than the other nails. However im not mad at all.I served with a peach Moscato, only after my ID was checked.Needless to say Im leaving and will be coming back in a month for sure!

Recently switch to this nail salon and I LOVE IT! The first time i got my first acrylic lay over. It was 10/10! The second time, i planned to get gel on my natural nail and my technician mention dip powder. best decision ever. I can’t wait to go back!

I wanted just a simple gel manicure. I called ahead and they said they weren’t to busy and could take walk ins... I got seated quickly and the person doing my nails was nice but she was on the phone for most of the sitting. I only got to choose from a book of colors on nails... I picked what I thought a black glitter but once she started to paint it, it looked reddish/brownish. I said something two nails in about how I thought it was darker and I wanted black glitter and she said it would get darker. It did but it’s a red/brown not black. I was also charged $50 when it says 45. I didn’t get but one color and my nails aren’t long and I actually had her to go shorter than what she originally cut. I rarely get my nails done and I just feel like this visit will be my only one. If I could post a pic, you’d see it’s not black polish

Got a gel pedi today - they barely used the scrub on my feet, and I was lucky I got lotion. They also didnt massage my feet at all. They were also very aggressive while painting my nails. He would shove and pull my feet into place. It was very uncomfortable! Essentially, I paid $50 for a service I didnt get. Not to mention the gel polish they put on is very thin and will not last more than a week.When we mentioned it to the receptionist, she gave us a $5 off coupon for my next visit. Im glad they did something, but $5 off doesnt make up for the fact that they did the bare minimum.I wont be back, which will end up costing them more in the long run.

His creative talent is amazing and every time I leave I am always excited to go out and show off my nails! Lyn is the bomb when it comes to eyebrows. Very rude😠! I just asked if I could get one nail fixed and I had never been to the shop.. The lady told me it would be over an hour and a half which I didnt have a problem with. It was the fact that she tried to get me to leave and go somewhere else over and over again. Well lady ..... You got your wish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT go here!Response to shop:The lady at the front desk was rude. When I walked in, she asked why I was there and I told her that I just needed 1 nail done. She then said that it would be at least 1 hour before someone could take me. I said that was ok. She then said that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes before someone would be able to help me. I said ok while still remaining calm and not even raising my voice. She then said that it could take up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. I just said again ok. She NEVER offered that it would take only 45 minutes.You see.... This was the first time I had ever been to this nail shop. Not to mention that all of my jobs have been in customer service so I know how to talk to people and remain respectful. But she was also older than me so I always respect my elders.I waited off to the side just standing. Two ladies walked in and they told her what they wanted and she took them back. Even that didnt bother me because I didnt know if they had appointments or not.After she came back, she just pointed to a chair off to the side so I guess I was supposed to sit down. She then asked if I had gotten my nails done there. I said that I had not and she said that if I had, my nail would be free. I told her that I would just wait in my car but by the time I got to my car, I realized that the whole situation was wrong on the part of the lady. If I was of any importance, she could have been nicer and not keep changing the wait time.I write reviews all the time and I have never written a negative one. The lady at the front desk was rude and you deserve this one.

This was a relaxing experience. They wore masks and had the plexiglass dividers so I felt comfortable with this virus stuff going around.

Make sure you choose Lynn for your services! She’s very nice and does excellent work! Very knowledgeable about nails as well!

I booked this (my regular go to nail salon) for my sister in laws wedding weekend for the bridal party and not only was everyone nice and professional, they were all very clean and organized and on time with everything! Very pleased and this is why they are my regular salon and I will always return!

I’ve come here three times, and all three times loved it. Super clean, they take your temp at the door before you walk in and everyone is wearing masks. My nails came out super cute, my pedicure was relaxing and the service was exceptional. Lynn is super sweet. It was my birthday and she definitely made my day a little sweeter! Definitely will be a regular from now on.

Terrible from start to finish. Young guy rushed my nails. They were cut too short, filed lopsided, and looked like my kid sister did it. Total waste of time and money, and not what I expected from a place with such good reviews. My first and last time going to this place.

I love this nail salon!! They are funny relatable, very professional and neat with their service, not to mention they offer refreshment drinks from water, soda or wine. The overall place is very decorative with a beautiful Chandelier, clean and free of harsh chemical nail odors! The prices are pricey and if youre in a hurry to get a mani and pedi you might want to find another place, theyre particular with their services so be sure to carve out 2 hours minimum but other than that I Love Nails is a perfect match! :•)

I went to get my eyebrows done and toenails polished for an event I was going to attend that night. My eyebrows look great and so do my toenails.I definitely will go back for a pedicure and I would like the young man that did toenails to do my pedicure. My daughter and I met in Columbia for a “girls’ getaway day” as it’s halfway between our homes. My daughter found this salon online and made an appointment to treat me to a birthday manicure. What a delightful experience! As soon as we walked in the door they informed us they were running a few minutes behind and set us up to look at powder colors. By the time we chose our colors, they were ready. They were friendly, took their time with us, and even surprised me with a baby birthday Bundt cake when we were done. What a great experience! And a week later my nails are just as pretty as they were when I walked out. We’ll definitely see them again for our next girls’ day!
