Customer service was good, but company charges an extra $100 if you pay cash for your phone. They also charge charge extra to transfer data from one phone to the other. I gave them two stars only because the young man that helped me was polite and knowledgeable, but I will never do business at any of there locations again, I will only use Verizon stores, not authorized dealers.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Mr. Mobley was very helpful, but not high pressure. I am still debating the upgrade.

Jayson Santiago was an awesome sales person. Not pushy at all. He explained everything, was patient, and because of that we ended up purchasing our items without feeling like we were being pushed. My experience at the Garners Ferry location a couple of days earlier, was not even close to being like that. As soon as I stopped into that store, you were encountered with a hard sell. I was told that things could not be done the way I had arranged them over the phone. I was confronted with a bunch of products that I was encouraged to buy. Not happy at all. I left that location contemplating dropping Verizon. My husband talked me into going back, which we did, but I had no desire to go back to that location because i did not want to deal with the sales mentality at that store. I know that its all about the money, but you should consider promoting a sales method that is a little more user friendly. Jayson Santiago is a prime example of how your sales people should be. Because of Jayson not only did I remain a Verizon customer, I also purchased a brand new iPhone, case and screen protector.

I found my guy William. Hes now here at this Verizon. Again he was able to help me get my replacement phone working with no problem. Hes the guy to see.

I came in because I was having the worse service with sprint and needed a change and have been searching other providers. Ashley showed me different phones and plans and I gave me so many options to show me the best plans that would work best for me and my family. So far very positive experience...me and the wife decided to swap carriers from Sprint because I was having reception issues specifically in the building where I work. When we walked into the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the “non sales” greeting and interaction we had with the rep Jayson Santiago. He was very patient and didn’t try to force sell or ask those type of questions that try to persuade you into a sale, which made the switch all the more easy. Very happy with Verizon, our data and call reception is much better (some contributed to upgraded phones) and best yet, we are paying less with two added new phones on the loan program and more GB on the shared plan than what we were paying with Sprint. Verizon has a rep of being more expensive than other carriers, but in this case it wasn’t. It does take a few months for our Verizon deals and discounts to take affect, so if all goes to plan, I won’t have to update this review :p.

This Verizon retailer has provided excellent service and cellular solutions to me for years now. I always go here and have never been disappointed with the quality of work they do. Jason, Allen, and especially Cedric exceeded my expectations during my last visit. Shout out to Kim for keeping a loyal client!

Awesome customer service!I have never been in-and-out of a Verizon store so quick. Allan answered all my questions then asked a few to get to know me. He offered a couple mid-range priced phones, and I chose the phone that best fit my needs. He even put his number in my contacts so that I could reach him if I ever need him again.

It was a really great experience! I was maybe in their 30-45 minutes. That included looking through different devices, buying a new phone, setting it up, and even changing my plan. My representative was very informative and dedicated to me being satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I decided to look into switching to Verizon since their signal is stronger in remote areas. I was uncertain if I would really take the plunge and switch as I had been debating for some time. Arnold assisted me in the store and was very helpful in explaining all of the services and helping me choose a new phone. I left with a new phone and new service. It was a really easy process and Arnold did a great job helping me.

I just wanted to thank the Verizon Store 3421 in Columbia for their professionalism and help in getting my daughter a new phone. You see, I am all the way up in Maryland and my daughter is in college and needed a new phone. Well I called Verizon this wonderful representative explained to me what my daughter needed to do to pick up her new phone at a Columbia, SC store. My daughter walked 40 mins to the store and was met by Telisa Grays who took excellent care of her and called me to let me know that she would make sure that my daughter got back to college safely. You just dont know how much that meant to me. This is the first time my daughter has been away from me since birth. Telisa went over and above in taking care of my daughter. My daughter called Telisa her Verizon Mom. Thanks again Verizon for hiring caring people.

They did not act like we were inconveniencing them at all and they even helped find extra available discounts for our new lines. The other forest dr location was good but this one is exceptional. Its worth driving out of your way for this Verizon store. If youre worried about the wait, you can make appointments.

The guy helping me was super nice but also the phones here are more expensive! He told me that the phone was $99 and when I told him that online it said it was $49 he seemed confused. I really needed the phone that day so I just got it there instead of ordering it online. When I went to the Verizon at Harbison they told me that because I got it at a Cellular Sales store instead of a Corporate store they couldnt reimburse me the $50 difference. So if you think the phone is cheaper than what they will sell it to you here for, then youre probably right and go to a different store! They arent confused, just wanting to make the sale.

Most people choose a store by convenience or location but I choose a store by customer service. You may think you are receiving great customer service now but once youve visited this location youll see theres no other comparison. And I must give a special shout out to THOMAS BURROWS. This gentleman spent hours (6 hours over 2 days around MY schedule) to fix my phone. Anyone else would have just wiped my phone clean or pushed me to purchase another but not Tom. He took the time to explore many options until he could find a solution to my disaster. My phone is working just like new plus I still have all my contacts, messages and photos. Thanks Tom!!
