**Shipper beware**. I packed a laptop computer in the store to ship in to my office in another state. When it arrived the box was empty. Note this story is eerily similar to other reviews of this Fedex office. I am also, months later, still trying to receive my claim check from Fedex for the lost property. Terrible experience.

I packed a laptop computer in the store to ship in for warranty repair and gave it to the counter person who gave me a register receipt, not a Fedex waybill receipt. When it arrived at the repair center the box was empty. When I went to the Fedex tracking site it was listed as 1.0 lbs. (it was actually like 4 lbs). I wonder what happened to it.***update August 2021: I was initially happy to hear from the manager of the store that she was going to have the internal security team check on this but I never heard a follow-up.Then: I heard from a colleague at UofSC that they also had the same thing happen with two of their laptop computers being sent in for repair. Someone has a pretty good side hustle going.

Shipment stated out for delivery Saturday, never came. Monday it said deliver by end of day, never came. Tuesday I call because it says delivering by end of day again and I’m assured it will deliver, didn’t come. Wednesday says deliver by end of day, I call and they say they don’t know and I’ll get a call back within 24 hours. No call. Call today and wait on hold for 30 minutes just for them to say they’re not sure and it isn’t considered “lost” yet but that I’ll get a call if something changes. BS I’ll probably have to call every day and pester them until they decide my $150 order is worth their time to locate. FedEx is a sorry company to do business with. Their customer service is a joke because half of them you can’t even understand. Ridiculous.

Appreciate the easy access parking. I came in with unusual contents to ship. All three employees were friendly, and the person helping me (in training) was quick to consult the other two when she was unsure about how to package what I brought in. I appreciate that she was willing to ask questions rather than guess. I was in and out quite quickly.

Prices are kind of high and good customer service is rare here. Most employees are reluctant to assist customers and when they finally do it is usually with an attitude. The location and hours are good but rarely worth it.

Picked up my online printing order and the product is fine.The service and attitude of these people are absolutely unacceptable for a business to run.I asked Brooks, if I would get towed if I walked across the street to the business school for an hour. “If you’re not in the store, you’re not a customer” was her responseShe’s right! I will not be a customer of this location or any of this franchisee’s locations going forward in the future either.Take your business somewhere local and friendly, Copy pickup is 1000x friendlier and roughly the same price.

It takes forever to bring the package if youre living in an apartment complex! They cant enter to buildings and dont use call box so that you can open the door of the condo building. My worst delivery experience is with FedEx and I have to go to pickup my packages from stores even if Im home!

I go here all the time. Love the 24 hour service. They never complain if i ask them for help or to print or fold something at last minute. Great service. Only thing i dont like is they tend to disappear into back room at times.

My problems is not with the people that works there but with the driver that was supposed to deliver my package 5 days ago, he LIED saying that The Business was closed the first time and I live in an old folks home that NEVER CLOSES, nor the office or the door, he simply was never here, then they were suppose to deliver today and I was waiting the whole day almost by the door and had the office personnel checking, HE NEVER GOT TO THE BUILDING, for this second try he INVENTED a wrong address for the package, same address that Amazon is working with for AGES, now they say he will try again tomorrow, can someone has that kind of power? To do just as he or she pleases? We are planning to send a letter signed for all the people that he affected and send a copy to the major Stephen K. Benjamin, since he is carrying a projector screen that was supposed to arrive at the same time that the projector, 5 days ago, now we have a projector and no screen, I have the feeling that he will never try to reach the elevator and go up the 14 floors, it is sickening, disgusting that someone will be able to do that and get away with it!!!

I recently placed an order for a large number of custom cards that were to be picked up on a Saturday night. I decided to pay for them upon pick up, as my thought was I would run the order by my superior who asked me to order them before paying. After seeing the cost, my boss asked if I would get the type of paper changed and possibly get the cards printed in black and white to save costs. I went in the day after I placed the order around lunch time to edit the order. They told me they had actually finished it fairly quickly after I left the night before. I did admire the speed that they filled the order, but unfortunately I still needed the order changed. The employee I was working with called over the manager and I could tell I had already inconvenienced her. She treated me like an idiot and from the get go was yelling at me about changing the order before I even said a word. She told me that she was not going to re-run those cards and that since they were done, I better believe I was going to pay for them. This carried on for a while and she continued to berate me. The level of professionalism from this manager was honestly the lowest Ive seen in a human being. It actually amazes me and is at the point that its funny. Needless to say I will not be going back to this FedEx, or honestly another FedEx. Even if I was in the wrong and shouldnt have thought I could get the order changed, the way I was treated there was inexcusable. Go to a company who deserves your business and support.

The overall establishment was nice and upkept BUT I came in having never printed there before and when they told me it was 25 cents for BW print I said wow thats expensive and the cashier just nodded his head, I was in a hurry so I let it go but then when it printed and I saw the heavy paper it was on I asked why it was on that paper and THEN the cashier told me it was cheaper to print from the self serve with the same exact code I used and when I asked why he didnt tell me he responded with you just said you wanted to print. Ive been in the hospitality industry for 5 years and thats not good customer service.

I dropped off some files to be turned into posters. When I returned to work one of my employees pointed out that I didn’t know how to spell recommended, so I immediately called Fed Ex. They had already printed my order, curse their efficiency! Anyway, when I explained what happened they reprinted my order for no extra charge, even though I had waived the proof approval. Can’t ask for more than that.

I have utilized the services of FedEx (Kinkos) for more than 10 years and have never had an issue -only great services and results. I particularly appreciated working with them during the 12:00am-3:00am hours. Awesome team!

Customer service here is overall pretty terrible. Employee couldnt tell me if a the regular envelope or the slightly smaller padded envelope was cheaper. Provided very curt responses to my other questions and would not estimate the cost of a 0.5lb package unless the package was physically present.

Really unpleasant experience and waste of time. I spent a few minutes carefully explaining a simple copy job, only a few pages. They tell me it will take a day, which seemed odd since they werent busy and literally just had to copy onto regular paper. They said they might be done early, and they would call when it was done. Two days later there still wasnt any call, so I went in. It was done, and I was in a hurry, but inspecting later they had screwed up everything I asked to be done. It was like the rep didnt listen to a thing I said. Most employees were unfriendly from the start, too. Going to Staples from now on.

While preparing for my interview...I needed to print my resume (& my interview was a hr away from the time I went inside of FedEx) I immediately noticed after going to the print Kiosk and having printed my resume from my flash drive that some of the information on my resume was missing. So thinking I needed to just redo my resume altogether, Kyle asked if I needed any help. I told him the problem I was experiencing, and he immediately offered to help. Not only did he save me most likely* a hr which would have possibly had me late for my interview, while me feeling possibly frustrated, and so on ....he helped in such a professional, very courtesy manner. One can ALWAYS appreciate those who not only help but provide excellent customer service along with it!! Thanks Kyle! Ill be visiting this FedEx again!!

These people were rude and nasty. When I asked for help they just looked at me like I was stupid. I strongly recommend going to another fedex store, or even shipping with UPS. I will never send anything else with FedEx.

These folks ALWAYS come through for me! I have the occasional challenging print job and they work with me until we get it right. There are several options closer to our office, but I make the extra trip because I know I can count on them.

Service at this location is awful. Went in the morning and waiting almost 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Employees had an attitude, and their prices to print are ridiculous. Will go to staples for office tasks next time. Or at least bit this FedEx office.

I would comment on the type of service I received here, but it was non-existent. Its one thing to deal with rude employees, but another to deal with apathy when service is needed. I needed help with their fax machine because Ive been living in the 21st century for the past 18 years. The lady showed me where the machine was and gave zero-cares when I clearly needed assistance. Dont worry fedex, you received my eight dollars anyway. If you need to fax something this side of the millennium, then please go to another store. You will not receive help here if youre not in your monkey suit that day. -The guy with the Lakers shirt on 7-25-2018.

I have had a bad experience every time Ive been to this location. I find that to be almost amazing. The staff never greet you or ask if you need help. I have found myself waiting at the counter for minutes waiting to be acknowledged by someone 10 feet away, looking at a computer. Even my experience with the help of a manager was horrible. He seemed judgmental and didnt listen to what I needed, yet still tried to get me to buy a ream of paper.

All of the employees Ive dealt with except Walter act as if it physically pains them to have to reply with words to any questions you may have when having something done there. One female employee in particular could not care less about your needs and literally when you ask a question, rolls her eyes and waits an entire minute to respond because shes so pained. The waits are always ridiculous and there are always at least two people wandering around the machines acting as if theres not a line of people waiting to be helped.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received from fedex. I had a package that was to be delivered to my husband. The first day it was attempted to be delivered at 9am...my husband works so of course he wasnt home. Then I went online to schedule delivery after 5 which yet again they delivered early in the morning. Third time I called and she put a note on the account stating not to have the package delivered until after 5. Friday morning I get another notification saying the package undeliverable because it still delivered early in the morning. Clearly they do NOT care or cant comprehend what I was saying.

Ive had recent excellent service at this store, HOWEVER, I just stopped in to have a very routine service (printing PDF images for furniture transfers) and I was greeted by Jackie - it was all downhill after that. Before I could even email my files for printing to the print and go email address, she basically ran me out of the store. She had no interest in satisfying the customer needs whatsoever. As soon as she asked for my information (which Im generally reluctant to provide without bonafide need-to-know since corporate America and the government both have horrendous track records with securing PII), she informed me that she could not assist me without it. I told her that I routinely come in and get services, exactly like what I was attempting this morning, without providing any personal info, and she directed me to use the self-service option. When I asked if it allowed me to resize, etc., she flatly stated no. There were numerous occasions, even in this short exchange, where there was lots of eye-rolling and generally disrespectful deportment. Again, it was abundantly apparent that Jackie had absolutely zero interest in assisting or fulfilling the customer needs. I even got a have a nice day that was dripping with sarcasm on my way out the door. I mention also that the store was completely empty except for me - it wasnt like I was interrupting other work...other than her social media activities perhaps.Like I said, Ive generally had good experiences at this store - at different times of the day. A word to the wise, if you can avoid this place during Jackies shift, itd be well worth the wait.

Absolutely awful, I went in and bought a few things today and then left (to deliver them to a friend on campus). Gone for less than 20 minutes and they had my car towed. When I went in and asked this was the response they gave me. “I’m sorry if you left the parking lot they can tow”. A paying customer. Will never walk into this store again.

I ordered something from Dennies in Winston Salem on the Fifteenth and it was mailed on the sixteenth. It is now the nineteenth and I have not received it. I live at 135 Blue Bird drive Blackville, S. C. 29817. We live at Sojourner Campground, Dolmans Bridge Road go down 78 highway. Until you hit Holmans Bridge Road. Between Blackville and Denmark. One of the drivers hit me and my bike a mile or so from here and didnt stop. (Corner of sunset and main). Calls to the company did nothing. Still mad, bike repairs cost me 40$ and the frame is permanently damaged.This place sucks.
