Terrible Terrible had the mail Call send package on 1/10/20 @ 11:30 paid for priority mail was told should arrive 14th or 15th didnt make it called then was told 16th or 17th still didnt arrive ,checked tracking package was in Nashville called Mail call they told us to contact USPS i didnt do business with post office no reason to pay Mail Call so much for priority mail as well as customer service apparently no responsibility after they have your money still dont know when package will get there spent a lot to send this is completely unacceptable they just dont care

Ridiculous rates, poor process for getting tracking numbers of boxes sent (took 2 days), told to ship cheapest way, but instead they charged me for 1-2 delivery at crazy rates. No Notary onsite.
