Before I got my iphone XS max screen fixed, the manager was so enthusiastic about how good quality their service was, and they charged me $275 to replace the phone screen which costs $329 if it was done by APPLE, it turned out that, NEVER, NEVER trust them just because they say something good and offer you $25 discount.Right after the screen was replaced, I noticed the color was distorted at minimal brightness, and typing is no longer accurate any more, the whole phone slows down somehow after they replaced the screen. I texted the manger but he replied a few times then stopped responding. He promised to set up an a appointment with a senior technician go look into the problem with my phone by he never realized his promise.I dont and never will trust it, and I encourage any person who wants to do business with them to be alert. With the pandanmic going, they seem to be more eager to get customer paying rather than making them satisfied.

Cyberion at the mall in Columbia does wonderful work!This last repair required skills that few Electronics Technicians possess these days.It required direct solder of components to the motherboard of my mini iPad. It is tricky because it risks overheating the board and destroying components. If too cold then cold solder joints result with poor contacts and poor reliability.In addition this repair was done at a reasonable fee which was half the price quoted by the Apple Store.Cyberion Columbia Mall has always taken care of me and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Super happy with my new phone glass cover! I paid $20, they put it on for me and if it breaks they will replace it for $7.99!!! They didnt have any heavy duty phone cases for the Google pixel XL but were very friendly and helpful. I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes and left with a new glass cover. First place I called to replace an iPhone 6 screen quoted me 100 dollars, so I called this store and ended up paying 40 dollars less. The screen was fixed within 30 minutes and the employees there were very nice and knowledgeable. They also give you a 60 day warranty, which gives you peace of mind.

They are an amazing and honest phone repair shop! My battery in my HTC 10 had stopped working, and I called around to multiple repair shops. This phone is particularly hard to repair, so most shops told me to just buy a new phone or wait a week. However, Cyberion managed to do it in less than a day, and all for $89! Was super happy with how honest they were throughout the whole process and will definitely be going here for all future phone repair needs.

I got my laptop fixed here. It was a hard drive issue and they fixed it for me. It was a price friendly store i took it to best buy and they told me that it will take 2 weeks, i didnt had that much time. When I went there I got my iPhone 7 screen repaired. The service was great and they even put a glass screen protector on there for me. But just hours after I got home the first time I dropped it it cracked again. It wasn’t even a bad drop and it never would’ve cracked like that beforehand. Absolutely terrible the screens must not be as durable and I don’t know if I would spend my money again.

This place is awesome! Musrat took care of me this past Monday and she handled it extremely professionally and with great care. I was with her the entire time while she changed my screen for a ghost touch issue for my iPhone 6 Plus and I will definitely be coming back if anything goes wrong again. My son had an iPhone 6 that needed a new screen and I didnt want to go through Apple for both timing and financial reasons. So, I called Cyberion in Columbia and they said they could do the change right away and it would only take 20-25 minutes. I was a bit skeptical but went over to check it out. The technicians were fantastic and the screen was replaced in 20 minutes! The quality is great and at less than half the price of Apples replacement. If you have a cracked screen I highly recommend their services. They also do battery replacements and other repairs, after my initial experience with them I would trust them with any repair.

Well I thought I had received excellent service, which I did. Quick too! Customer service was excellent and very understanding. Had my cracked iPhone 7+ screen repaired in minutes. Thought I was all finished, and good to go with no issues. Unfortunately when returning home, that was not the case. My phone started spazzing out! Random apps opening without me even touching them. Random buttons moving, the screens would scroll on their own. Called apple and they did diagnostics and it doesn’t seem to be a software issue or even hardware, but who really knows. All I know is that when I used my phone (even during the time the screen was cracked) , it was not performing this way. I put clear contact paper over my phone screen for the time being, so I could still access my phone. Worked fine but ultimately I needed my screen repaired. Something is wrong with it now and it’s frustrating. Kind of at a loss of what to do. Feel like I was taken somewhat to be perfectly honest. And it sucks because they provided really good customer service. Do they honor any type of refund or warranty? I really need this phone fixed and was there just about a month ago

My Sony Xperia Z power button was not working and it almost seemed like a lost cause. But, Luxse (the phone Tech) was awesome! He let me know that there was a probability that my phone may not be fixed because of the particular issue, but still offered to open it up and take a look. Low and behold!! Went in to get a charging port replaced in an iPhone 6, and ended up not being able to make calls because they screwed up the microphone. Tried to get it fixed and the guy ruined the charging port again and the headphone jack doesnt work.So, started off with a loose charging port, now the phone cant be charged unless its off (with no indication of actually charging) and even more issues are popping up.Great.Its worth the money to take it literally anywhere else.

Mukit went above and beyond to get my phone fixed ASAP and made sure it was properly fixed. He took pictures of all the internal problems so I knew I wasnt getting ripped off. Cyberion fixed my dell laptop. Device wouldnt stay charged and will shut off as soon as we disconnected the charging cable. I took it to Best Buy where I bought the device but they wanted to charge me $189 for a new battery. My cousin told me about cyberion I checked them out on yelp and all those reviews didnt lie. They got my laptop fixed and also serviced my charging port in the same day and they only charged me $129. Much cheaper and faster then any other place around Columbia area. Dropped a 45lb weight at the gym on my new Google Pixel XL. (I didnt have insurance, and yes I know that was a bad idea). Anyway brought the phone to Verizon and they said it was roached. Brought it to a few other repair shops all said the same thing. Brought it to Cyberion and they fixed in it a couple days no problem. The phone was pretty much bench like a L. They bent it back put a new screen in it and it looks pretty much exactly as it did before. Everything was exactly as they stated and I could not be happier. With such high Google reviews I expected better. My iPhone 8 screen cracked late at night and I was relieved to be able to make a 10am appt for the morning after. I rescheduled my other appt to get here on time and the shop didnt open until 10:20. Then why send 4 texts and emails to confirm my appt?When he arrived the staff was apologetic and tried to get my replacement done asap, even offered a free non-brand cover so I appreciated the effort, but once the work was done and I turn on my screen, it has a gray/blue hue. He says its due to the after market screen.An after market screen that affects the clarity of my screen so much, but also costs 139 dollars. Honestly for such a significant downgrade in quality I wouldve rather/easily paid 149 dollar full price at the Apple Store.Now that Im revisiting other reviews, Im SHOCKED that some have paid much less than 100 for iphone screen replacements without complaints.Im supposed to visit the store in 2 days when the owner is present and Im really hoping he will show the same customer service others are raving about or just give me back my shattered screen so i can take it to an Apple store.
