I have been working for Sales Focus Inc. for 6 months and I basically have nothing but good things to say about the organization. In those 6 months I have been employed here, I have been promoted several times by presenting myself as adding value through my own initiative.They value hard work and commitment. If you work at Sales Focus Inc. and show your value to the organization, you will be rewarded.Sales Focus has also treated me well in my time of need. I needed surgery and was out of work for 3 weeks. My position was covered well by my colleagues, and was waiting for me when I returned. I even received a get well soon gift sent to my house. I know of several companies, with whom I have worked for in the past, that would have simply severed ties with no compassion.

When i started working at sales focus I was nothing but a newbie in the office environment. But that didnt stop me from being able to prove my worth to this company they gave me plenty of chance to grow and improve. My managers both were great and patient teacher especially one was one of the owners of the company. They helped me with every steps even the ones that obvious but i had no clue they helped. There were times i was un sure of myself of my own decision. And im thankful i can ask them for answers. No other jobs i worked in the past was able to show me this kindness and allow me to grow before this company. So if you have second thoughts of working here read my review. I can you otherwise its a great opportunity here at SFI

I have been working with Sales Focus for around four months. I came into a sales position that was already established and my job was to maintain and grow the territory, which I managed to do with the help of management. I made a decent paycheck which could have all gone away when the pandemic came. While most businesses shut down, Sales Focus kept our sales force on. We got to work at home and continue reaching out to our clients and maintain and grow our client base, until we were allowed to go back into the field. Throughout this time period we were fully supported by management as we kept our jobs, our full salary and benefits. This is exceptional as so many other companies did not do this, and so many people lost their positions and their income. The job is great as we get to reach out to other businesses that provide a very needed service, and the company is very fair to its employees, especially in this difficult time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to find a good, solid company to work with, to apply here. As long as you put the work in, they will support you.

Im a current employee. Ive enjoyed the company very much. They are hired by companies to hire a sales team. Id assume they can only work with whatever the company has given them. If you are bad at sales which is an art or gift in my opinion dont apply. If your good with people and a hard worker then you have hope. They wont keep you long if youre lazy. They are paid to deliver results. They dont provide benefits cause the companies hiring them dont provide them with that. I have no complaints. They have given me bonuses for hard work. They reward the hard workers.

I have been apart of the Sales Focus Inc. family for 3 months. In spite of these uncertain times, SFI has gone above and beyond to ensure that all employees have been taken care of. I am lucky to be apart of a company that gives me ALL the tools I need to be successful.This enables me to work hard. I currently work at Sales Focus and I absolutely love it. First of all, the program I specifically wok for is especially rewarding because it helps make healthcare more affordable, which is something I am passionate about. Aside from that, management has been wonderful and supportive - even through COVID-19. They were successful in keeping us employed (as outside sales reps!!!) during this time. I was so thankful to be able to keep my job and to now to continue doing something I love. The company rewards hard work and performance, which if youre competitive and really love sales, you can appreciate. There are many opportunities for bonuses, competitions, and to work with reps across the country, which I have especially enjoyed. We work as a team, but are not micromanaged - which I also love as it leaves space for us to be creative in our approaches with our accounts. I would highly recommend looking into open positions at this company if you think you are self motivated, driven, and really love working in sales/business development.

Previous employee of SFI and loved working for the company. I only left because I moved out of state. The leadership is excellent and the compensation very competitive. Great place for someone who is motivated work hard and sell!

I have been with Sales Focus for almost a year and cannot say enough great things about the executive team and how they treat their employees. Sales Focus is hired and expected to perform at a very high level because they have a history of delivering - it is a great environment to cut your teeth in sales and see what you are made of!

They are full of promises without results. They promise a fifty percent boost of sales, a reduce of cost of expenses by thirty percent, and that there is no need for us to constantly monitor their performance. After a quarter, we still dont see the results they promised, and it even cost us more as getting their services are expensive. Not a win at all.

The sales people they train are really good. They give you good sales within the time frame they projected. But good things come with costly price. Dont expect to get something good without investing an amount of money. That being said, yes, outsourcing people from them is expensive.

72 hours of employment nightmare. Moms and Pops company. They pushed start date back 3 times b/c they werent prepared and when they finally launched they had no sales pitch, no territories assigned, and no structure for their less seasoned reps to succeed at all. It was clear on multiple occasions that I was way too advanced for the position. Requires reps to download WhatsApp to their personal phones so that they can track their location but they dont offer cell phone reimbursement. They also dont offer mileage reimbursement. They also mentioned that it could take up to 45 days to get commission. They arent up to date on no soliciting laws etc. The base is very low and while the comp plan sounded good, with all of the other hiccups and in addition to seeing 2 ppl last 1 day, its not worth it. I made it to day 3. HR is only one person whos very unprofessional and ego driven. Its very clear that they dont read resumes or have respect for new hires and that makes it clear as to why their nationwide turnover rate is so high. I wouldnt even recommend this for a recent grad, companies who choose to outsource your brand to these people be very cautious. As the other reviews say, RUN FAR AWAY unless you want to be micromanaged, belittled, and tracked with no guidance.

I was hired on back in 2010 on a Houston, TX. project. I had very little experience yet they gave me a chance and turned out to be one of the best salesman in the entire department. Had a great time and learned much in the 3 years I was employed here. Had base pay and commission and bonuses. For a young 20 year old I was getting paid pretty good. Wish I would of managed my money better at the time. The company did have a few organizational problem at times, but was always fun and responsible with my pay.

I worked here but I quit after a few months because of their inhumane treatment to employees. We were always overworked but the company doesnt even care and doesnt appreciate their employees. They just treated their employees as mere workers and nothing more.

Absolutely the worst work culture. Their contracts have certain provisions that leave customers without recourse. They make tall promises and lack follow through. So if you see the run the other way. You are better off hiring a sales person with no experience and train them. Or find a seasoned sales perso where you can pay a high comission.

Ive only been here for a while but this company has already disappointed me several times. The managers promised me a salary but they reduced it immediately after I got hired. They also promised me commission earnings but they still havent paid me a single cent from the commission. Also, their management style is terrible because its all constant micromanaging.

This is a low budget company if youre looking for employment dont waste your time. They never pay commission and lie about the commission you would get paid when entering. They have very poor leadership from the top down and offer no benefits for health insurance, medical or any company perks with a constant turnover rate. The training is horrid and the office environment is small and very unprofessional. Wouldnt surprise me if this company is out of business in the near future. By far the worst job Ive ever been employed by.

They do not offer any commission. There is high employee turnover. Little to zero benefits offered. The management is so unprofessional and is not concerned about both the clients and its employee.
