The two ladies that were working when I went in today were very hostile. My mom had asked me to go in and pick out nail polishes since she has a hard time getting to their store with their awful hours. I was told I could find polish colors, write them down and my mom could call in to order them, then I would pay for them on her behalf. While picking out colors I was told I couldn’t touch them, nor could I “shop” here, only look. They were very rude to me and had awful customer service. We won’t be shopping here any longer.— We talked to someone about the issue and Toby handled the matter very professionally and sincerely apologized.

I went in for kolinsky brushes and was told legally I can’t purchase them because I don’t have a license. This should be advertised before you all have customers come into your store. They took my debit card to the back to ring my items because “they were having register issues”. She was back there for about 5 minutes. Then told me I couldn’t buy the items because I’m not licensed. A lot of suspicious activity at this seller. Very limited nail products. Maybe I’ll give it a try once again once I’m licensed.
