Constantly getting paid late. My direct deposit was sent to someone with the same first name who hadn’t worked for our company in a year, and no resolutions or apology were offered. Told me i could pick up my check in person after calling a few times, and when i showed up the check was not ready. Also said on the phone i had bonus checks at the office and when i came they said they had no knowledge of that. Find payroll services elsewhere!

As a small business owner I need a reliable and skilled accounting firm on my side. Samantha, my tax advisor, has proven herself as a valuable member of my team year after year. Sams knowledge of Quickbooks Online also makes her a great resource for my bookkeeping questions. When I came to her she caught an error on a past return and filed a revision that saved me $$$.My payroll specialist, Heather, quickly and efficiently supplies my payroll documents and provides friendly reminders when she fears the deadline has slipped my mind (it usually has, so those emails are so appreciated!). Denise and Tina, the owners, are real go-getters and have been in business for over 25 years. Their track record should speak for itself! The office is also lovely and welcoming.Do yourself a favor and use a professional when it matters!

Never did anything they said they would do. Waited a year to get papers done and mailed to send in myself.

Wouldn’t recommend to any small company. They don’t inform the owners when minimum wages and salaries changes and don’t follow up with the ownership. Owner could pay a big fine to the Department of Labor.

Accounting plus has always been professional, courteous and completes my accounting business in a timley manner. They have also been very helpful throughout the year with those random curves the tax king perpetually throws at me that requires someone that can read between the lines of jargon that baffles the working man.

Samantha, a small business accounting specialist at Accounting Plus,made my day today. Not only did she knowledgeably answer every tax question I could throw at her, but she patiently advised me on non-accountancy topics like small business banking and registration. Not once did Samantha come across as condescending or inattentive. Best of all, the consultation was free and future services are fairly priced. 6/5 stars.

For the past 3 years I have used Denise Nelson & her staff for my personal and business tax filing. This team is amazing. Denise has helped walk me through establishing my LLC and setting up my business financials. I cant recommend them enough! They are fair, honest, and amazing people.

I have had a great experience with Accounting plus for over 12 years. We enjoy the fact that Samantha Dent has been our accountant for almost 8 years. We get great service and the pricing is awesome. I have sent several friends over to see Samantha and they have been very satisfied as well.

Was slotted for an hour and told it would take 40-45 minutes. I am in a high tax bracket and was only seeking their service due to buying a home and having lived in two states the past year. I was seeking my taxes to be correctly filed and to reduce the amount of taxes owed.I laid my entire tax folder out to look through which included W2s, proof of insurance, MORTGAGE, charitable donations, etc. She ran through the process and asked a few questions during the time overlooking a lot of what I consider to be obvious.- Assumed that a routing number was unique to a bank, not an account. I assumed it was commonly known that an RTN is from where your account was opened, not the institution. Had I not caught this, my state refund would not have gotten to me!- Another appointment was overlapping with my team, so she rushes through it. Prints and asks me to sign documents I have not yet read through. I inquired about the . Oh, you have a mortgage on your home? You never told me that. In fact I did, as it was still laid out from when I went through each documents in my personal file. THIS WAS OVER A $1K DIFFERENCE IN TAXES I WOULDVE HAD TO PAY. I didnt know owning a home in your 20s and not having a mortgage was common...There is no shortage of better options in Columbia.

Started going to Denise about 5 years ago on the advice of my Fiance, who is self employed. Denise takes the time to explain, give you ideas on how to record items you need for the next year, and takes the time to get to know you as a person. LOVE her and LOVE Accounting Plus.

Wow, my taxes were a total mess. I didnt file for years. I had stock option trades and special situations up and down. Jeff and their team got it straightened out and resolved very fast. Well worth every penny.I know nothing about this kind of stuff, dont really want to either (Im an engineer, not accountant). So I signed over power of attorney and said please help. They did, and the price was peanuts compared to the service I received.

Every year there prices go up on filing taxes. When I first filed around 2011 the cost was $167.00. Then the women who filed my 2014 didnt even ask my filing status. Not cool and the price for filing was $380.00. When she said $380 I was irritated and questioned why the price was so high. Then its pointed out in small print if I wasnt satisfied I could discontinue by paying half of the $380 and go file somewhere else. So The business looks professional but one on one NOPE.

Wouldnt recommend for payroll services. Something seems to have happened within their office last fall, and they are very difficult to work with now.
