Big thanks to Vince who gave us great advice on our Hyundai Sonata. Although Bobby & Steves couldnt fix our engine, he mentioned that we should check with Hyundai on our warranty. It turns out that Hyundai has lifetime replacement on their engine, and we are getting a new one at no cost. Thanks for the great advice, Vince. I will definitely bring my car back to Bobby & Steves in the future because they helped us get a really positive outcome.

Im happy with my experience! I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, without an appointment, and they helped me right away (of course, its preferable to make appointments rather than do walk-ins). I ended up purchasing the same car from the dealer after the inspection; the next day, they were able to get me in for an appointment for some deferred maintenance (tires, suspension components, and transmission service). I plan on coming back in the future!

The price was only slightly higher than expected, but Ive gotta say they were very professional and timely! I was impressed. Ive gone to other places that charge the same rate with nowhere near the same service. They got my oil changed and tires rotated in just short of an hour! I would recommend and come back again.

I went there to get one of my wheel bearing assembly hub replaced they told me it would be $800 I went to a shop down the street and got the same job done for $310. Thats a big difference. And I used them Multiple times I wonder how much I been over paying

Some horrible person chopped my catalytic converter out of my 2006 Toyota Prius and Bobby and Steves were able to make the repair and get the car returned to me less than 48hrs later. They managed to source the parts needed and source a shield to help deter thieves away from the new part. The grand total was $4316.33. Thankfully I had comprehensive insurance, so Im out $500 for the deductible + $400 for the cost of the preventative shield and installation of that shield. Bob at the front desk was fantastic to work with and Zach B. was the technician that made it all happen a lot faster than what some of my friends dealt with when the same crime happened to them. Great service Bobby and Steve!

I am so happy with the work Bobby and Steve’s in Columbia Heights has done for me. Have used them twice for two different vehicles and the experience was the same…awesome! I find them to be honest, thorough and do a fast turn around. Most important, the work is done well. Couldn’t be happier.

I returned because I had a transmission fluid change and the fluid was low. They filled it up and then I got a screw in tire leaving, they fixed it. When I left the van was making a high pitch whining noise I thought it was mg transmission from the low fluid. I feel bad because it wasnt , it was my alternator. But they deserve a little shout out. The 4 gentlemen that were there on Sunday Sept 5th. Thank you all.

I went to gas station to get something to drink and cigarettes. I got in line and some man Approached me. The guy started asking me for money then asked me for cigarettes, I said no and he got closer. I looked at cashier thinking she would have said something, she didn’t ask the man to stop harassing/begging customers or to even leave if he wasn’t buying something. I than left and the man followed me to my car still asking me for money. I don’t know if I will be returning to this gas station.

We had a scheduled appointment (made days in advance) which we showed up for and was told it would be 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. We decided to wait in the lobby and after an hour we noticed our vehicle was still sitting in the same spot. We asked and were told our vehicle hadnt even been touched yet and it was next. Decided to leave after wasting an hour of our time already.I understand theyre understaffed but a courtesy check in to let us know they were running behind would have been nice, we could have walked home. We wont ever be back.

I went to Bobby & Steve’s for a diagnostic on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate that was upwards $5k saying that the timing belt, head gaskets and several other engine repairs needed to be done, I recently had these things replaced under warranty by the Subaru dealership so I returned to the dealership only to find out that the entire diagnostic that Bobby & Steve gave me was a lie! In fact I was informed that if the list Bobby & Steve gave me was correct that my vehicle would not even start and would be considered totaled! My car drives fine and doesn’t even have a check engine light! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE! I am upset that I paid a lot of money for a fake diagnostic, after reading numerous reviews of people having similar issues I’m worried that they damaged my vehicle during other repairs I trusted them with.

Not the best experience. They were dispatched by my roadside assistance to bring my disabled car home. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for them to arrive. I followed in another vehicle. The driver picked up my car without applying any safety straps, and drove at 80 mph to the drop-off point, then left very quickly with no paperwork or receipt given. Somewhere in this process my air dam disappeared and my shifter was broken. Not sure what to make of all this.

I went in for an annual inspection. Bobby & Steves mechanics spent less than 5 mins on my car but gave me a list of more than 30 things wrong with my carOn the list, my lights were burned out eventhough all my lights were working great. Also, there was no seat belt in my car when even a blind man could find my seat belts. Id just recharged my AC and it worked great even in 120°F. Yet, Bobby & Steves wanted me to believe there was no AC in my car.They also wanted me to pay them a huge sum of money to fix an imaginary problem with my engine.They just took my money (inspection fee) for nothing.

Service is good but $46 for a conventional oil change seems way too high. The average price in the neighborhood is around $20.

I have used B&S at several locations. For a couple different issues from minor to major.. the last was for full size Super Duty truck that the others couldn’t work on given it was in a certain weight class. So I needed to take it to Columbia Heights. I felt that all have been honest, professional and courteous to me and my needs. Ive had better luck with them from tires to repairs than anyone else.

I went there to buy a tire and they were very rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with this business. I think they need better customer support people who are respectful and responsible.

Extremely dissapointed. I brought my wifes car in for an oil & filter change. The intake person assured me that they check all the fluids, as I requested. The next day, we discovered the Antifreeze was bone dry. The car now overheated and began smoking. She got off the freeway, pulled into a gas station and had to pour 3/4 of a bottle of antifreeze. Also, the oil change dip stick was broken ( should have recommended replacement. We did NOT get good, through service.

Brought my mothers vehicle to Jeff Bobby and Steves for flat tire. Told my mother it would be 1 hour to get her car in for the repair. I left and mother waited an hour and half. Finally they said they fixed the flat. The next morning same tire flat again. Mother brought the car to her regular mechanic and they found no patch or plug and J B Ss charged her $35.00 for nothing. J B Ss will not refund her money without bringing the car back in. Why would I want to bring my car back to a dishonest mechanic?

Was advised to come in early on a Saturday to be seen for a check engine light and get an oil change. I was the first one in the shop and they immediately took my car back. They changed the oil and ran a diagnostic. They didnt find anything wrong and told me to come back if the light came back on. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism. As a woman, you always worry that you might end up paying for an unnecessary repair. I have been coming here for a year now, and I trust the people at this shop.

Update: After taking their word for the repairs I needed: A new heater hose, thermostat, & coolant flush, I went straight to O’Reilly’s to purchase the parts so that my stepdad could make the repairs. When I was there, I had one of the employees take a look under the hood, and he noticed my heater hose was running like a faucet. I had a tiny leak before, but it wasn’t coming from the hose, so I found that to be quite odd. He recommended me taking it to a shop across the street, so I did. Turns out the only thing wrong with my car was that it needed a $20 engine temperature sensor that takes 20 minutes to install. Didn’t need a new thermostat at all, and we both found the perfectly round hole in my heater hose to be quite unusual. I know for a fact it was punctured by Bobby & Steve’s in a desperate attempt to gain my business, because it was not like that before they got their hands on it. They tried to charge me $833 for repairs that I did not need, and thankfully, I was smart enough to walk out. Ramiro at Nice Cars completed my repairs for $150. I will be disputing my inspection charges with my bank, and I highly recommended you take your car elsewhere. These people are the epitome of pale skinned devils.I went in to have my car checked because it was over heating. They handed me an estimate, and the parts were over twice as much as what they’d cost to buy from any auto parts store. Extremely unethical; especially considering the fact that no shop is paying full price for parts anyways. Don’t even get me started on the labor costs. It pays to have experience as an estimator, as well as a mechanic for a step father. Idk if they thought I was retarded, but they definitely will not be getting my business.

Two main experiences that motivate me to tell you to take your car anywhere else if you possibly can are:1) I took my car in due to a squealing sound in connection with increasing RPMs in the lower gears and was told that the sound occurred when turning the steering wheel sharply and that my power steering needed attention. I laughed, and the fellow at the desk asked if I was just going to let it go until I couldn’t drive my car, and I said yes because it was never going to happen. Nothing ever went wrong with my power steering. Summary - they didn’t listen to me about what was wrong with my car, made something else up to charge me for and even pressured me to make an appointment with threats of impending breakdown.2) After reviewing my records, I see that work that had been done at Bobby and Steve’s had to be done again. Does not inspire confidence in the work that Bobby and Steve’s does. Specifically in one instance, the alternator was replaced, but six months later my alternator had to be replaced again. Summary - the quality of the work they do is questionable.As a side note, I was once towed and when I mentioned to the driver that I had taken my car to Bobby and Steve’s in the past, he urged me never to have work done there.I don’t like to leave this kind of review, but you ought to know there are better places for you to go.

I’ve been going here for years and trust them with my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I went this week, there were signs everywhere telling patrons to wear masks. The signs said, “we want everyone to remain healthy.” It gave me anxiety to see the main person at the desk wearing only a clear face shield, up on his forehead like a visor, not over his face. It was like this when I dropped my car off and the next day when I picked it up. There were also two mechanics who came to the front desk without masks on. The person I interacted with at the desk seemed to be doing his best to keep his mask on his face but it continually fell below his nose then down below his mustache, rendering it useless. I really do like going there, so it was a major bummer to have to feel nervous while in close quarters with these guys. There didn’t seem to be a whole lot of real concern with “everyone remaining healthy”.

Everything in this store is slightly overpriced but I must admit they have a wonderful selection if youre a snacker such as myself.

Its clean, spacious, but Ive had numerous problems with the car wash.Ive paid for the most expensive one everything, which includes a person spraying the car before you get into the main part of the wash. Ive had that happen 1out of 10 times.Ive also recieved the wrong wash before.I dont know why, but the car wash is hit and miss.Update 2/17/2021: Ive tried it two more times and nothing has changed. No one comes back and sprays your vehicle off, meaning it doesnt get cleaned.

Had some unexpected car trouble while driving through this state. From the mechanics to the gentleman that was the cashier everyone was polite and knowledgeable. When we couldnt find a taxi that would fit all of us one helped us out by giving us a ride to our hotel. We definitely received 5 star service!!!

Had to stop for an oil change and knew from bringing my husbands car their before I needed no appointment so I just popped in with my 5 1/2 month old blue nose bully not knowing if I was going to be able to let her wait inside with her or have to have her outside and it was chilly a evening, well no worries as they totally allowed her in. Major points for that !!!! I was told a about a 45 minute which was off I waited only about 30 minutes so great service and promised time. Oil change under 23 bucks... Totally recommend these guys.

This is my usual oil change shop. Last oil change, I was told my outer tie rod was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced ASAP. So a few days later I came in, they told me along with that i would need an alignment. It was an unexpected cost but ok, sure. 4 hours later, I get a call telling me my car is all done. I’m back in my vehicle, drive it to the store nearby, and then the gas station by my place in New Brighton. As I left the gas station, I lost all steering control and could not drive. One wheel was pointed straight, the other outward. Called the shop back and they sent a tow. Back at the shop I was told my control arm, ball joint and axel were shot. I was sent off on the road in a literal death trap. Had I driven on the freeway I would have surely been in an accident. Beware bringing your vehicle here, they obviously do not take the time to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive.

Misdiagnosed my repair, then tried to charge me 550 dollars for a simple replacement on a part that costs at most 60 bucks and is simple to attach. I had suspicions they over charged before but this confirms it. Please save your money and dont go here. Theres plenty of great small autoshops nearby that do way better work and wont try and steal from you.

My car was stolen from up there while it was there for repairs Jeff did not want to take any responsibility for it happening even charged me to reprogram my key because when it was found the person that stole it was not in it and had the set I left with the shopI was hurt that they treated me in the manner they did as I had been a loyal customer for 8 years

Called this morning ask bob how much a battery is for my dodge 139-159 depending on the battery 30 to put it on okay cool.Called insurance got a tow truck to pick my Journey up just for them to call me and say my total is 333.94 Whoa whoa back up I was quoted something else at 9 am. Moral of the story kids they tried to get me because I’m a woman I did purchase the battery for 159 and paid someone 60 to install it which is way less then 333 dollars ladies be aware you been warn.

Went in for an oil change. Was told strut and shock absorber were very damaged and needed to be repaired which would total up to 1723.00.. So then I went to two different auto repair shops right after to make sure, they both said nothing was wrong with my car and nothing needed to be replaced. I don’t recommend this place.

I was in last night about 9:30 and purchased a few things, one being an egg salad sandwich. I took one bite and did not like it, it was like rubber. I took it in and asked if there was anything I could do about it and the kid just said no!!! I thought it was kinda rude.

All my experiences as a customer at Bobby and Steves Auto World surpass any other car repair service I have ever used.They are friendly, efficient. diligent, no BS, total pros. Call you back when they say they will. High standard of customer care, whether it is the owner, a mechanic. or order writer. They clearly explain what the job entails, dont keep you on hold or dance around when they estimate your car will be ready. I have had superlative service and phone calls and in person conversations with everyone from the owner on down. Best of the Twin Cities and I would say tops in the midwest, maybe more.

I called ahead of time to see how much it will cost me to fill up my transmission fluid once I got there they refuse to fill it because it smelled burnt . They said they would have to drain it for a small cost of 265 dollars . I refused.....yet they still charged me $23 so happy my bank got my money back. I went to another Bobby and Steve and got the job done I havent had any problems since ! I was short one quart . Saved myself 265 dollars !!!!! I was very disappointed for some reason they think that most women dont know anything about their car !!!!

We always do our oil changes here, and they give a free car wash at their gas station across the street. The value and service seems to be unbeatable. I dont know why we would ever go anywhere else.

A relative got used by them not really telling what the problem was. My mom came in for several things about on issue and it was never really dealt with. Your company charged her over 800.00 for what should have been quite a bit less than what was charged to her. She is NOW dead. But i looked thru her records of what she kept and for her records into the shop at what Washington ave location. And they kept charging for things that should have been taken care of the first time. Not addressed and then she kept coming back 3 or 4 times just addressing the same problem. As i have found out for tow truck owns, they do not recommend going to your come for service. Your company tends to rid off older people.

Trying to buy scratch off lottery tickets we got told by roland that we were buying too much and that they had customers to get to. Arent we paying customers too? Will never set foot back in this store. Dylan was always nice hand helpful. Roland was always an a$$hole and rude.

Arrived 6:45 10/9/19 had car towed to your shop by one of your tow trucks. Got work order. 9:00 was told by service personnel that needed tire that was flat replaced . Also no tires in stock would be in morning and that if I returned around noon I could just pay and pick up car. Arrived at 1 to make sure that shop had time to fix. I came in my car is parked where it was the night before asked why not fixed nobody knows nothing. Wait at least an hour before they even bring in my car. Find all lug nuts were put on and over torqued to the point of stripping the threads off the nuts. Takes an hour to get lug nuts for rear. Common sense would tell anyone with any sense to check to front for same. When they say car is done I asked if front had been checked. We didnt know to check front. Have to wait another hour to get more lug nuts for front and another hour before they get them put on. I purchased this car and specifically asked if the lug nuts were torqued to specifications. I purchased this car at this shop. Needless to say they werent. I have a large t bar and put a four foot extension on it trying to remove one and could not even move one. If there is anything that irritates a customer it is shoddy service especially about common sense things. I finally got off your lot just after 6 so I spent about 10 hours to get two tires changed and some lug nuts. Also I just purchased two locking lug nuts for another vehicle at Napa and the were $9 each. Even with 100% in shop markup $10 and $11 exorbitant. $130 for lug nuts is insane. I am a former diesel mechanic I know my way around a shop. I usually have gotten respectable service at your shop, not this time. I would never bad mouth a shop that does as much traffic as you do and your usually good timely work. Waiting for something that should have been done in three hours for 10 hours, insane. When I was working I received praise and bonuses for taking extra care and doing all of the expected work in a timely manner and if one thing was messed up look at all of the same things to make sure they are not to specifications. I had my truck towed by these people. Literally was charged and extra 3 miles on my tab for it and when I addressed it I was told it was according to google maps. I looked up the distance myself and it was exactly 2.7 miles less than I was charged!! Now I get it 10 bucks is nothing but when you’re being charged $163 to go from northeast Minneapolis to north side Minneapolis your Brain gets to thinking; not to mention I was told three different distances after confronting the office. These are some shady people here I’d never suggest them to anyone and if I were anyone in need of a tow I’d go with J&M auto recycling they’re far more professional and not trying to beat people out of their hard earned money.

They are very rude terrible customer service wont let you know about promotions not diverse at all. Talks to customers rudely mostly the manager didn’t put sticker in car either after oil change. Didn’t feel welcomed or cared about as a customer. Would never go back.

Ive been a customer for several years and have run into quite a bit of the you dont know what youre talking about attitude. My car takes an additional quart of oil and every. single. time. the person that checks me in tells me that its not possible. I have had my car 7 years, so would be fully aware of that by now. I did have a positive experience when they found my tires had been wearing poorly and needed to fix the rear end. They gave me an option to fix it for $3k or get new tires.

I went to get an oil change I was told by this man name Jon or John that we do a free inspection he comes back and tells me my car needs some thing done with my wheel that was 600.00 alone with the oil change that made my bill just about 800.00 at the end this was three months ago, so I have a warranty for three year so I take car back because the car started pulling the the side this man said I must have hit a pot hole I told him I take better car of this car then I take care of my safe ,when I first bought my car in he said nothi g wad doy d in the inspection just this thing that I was charged for. He went on to tell me that he has been a macainic for many year and that he knows car. This man John is trying to tell me and has not put his hands on my car at all then went on to tell about his divorce and his dog of many years passing away. But my problem is he tried to tell me to come back if anything is wrong and they will fix it so now my car starts to pull to one side I take it first to my macainic that drove it and then put it up on the jack they find the the bolt that Bobby and Steves said they fix was very loose thats why my car wad pulling. He asked me if I want them to tighten it I said Ill take it back the b&s and let them fix it the first time I drove off from b.s. I came back because my steering wheel was not lined up ad it was before the worked on my car John told me to drive it for two weeks and if it still is that way sting it back I know that I would need a new wheel alignment John tells me I would not just drove it for two weeks then let him know he was so mean and kept trying to cute me off when I was tell him what going on with my car I will never go back again also he said that the guy that worked on my car the first time will be the one working on it again I told him I wanted some on else but it was the same guy. Bobby and Steve is over priced and I was there for over three hours the fist time I was in never ever warranty or not ever go to them again nor will I tell anyone to use them they beat you out your money and the work is not good And John should be fired and needs some counseling. Very disappointed will also be reporting them to the BBB.

I bought a car at their auction I was one of the first to buy a car and the guy Jeff said I couldnt get my keys n go until the auction was over t. Theres twentyfive more cars to auction so they bring the cars around back where the were at the beginning of the auction so now my cars is going to be boxed in and Ill have to wait to get out like Im in rush hour traffic! The dont tell you this when you register for your bid number and they say your responsible for your vehicle after purchase . I purchased it I should be able to leave with my payed for car

Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday for a tire and alignment and it is now Wednesday night and when I came in to check on it .they had no clue why it was there.tire was under warranty and said it had to be ordered and done monday. Very rude guy bob didnt seem to care at all.

I recently (Nov. 14th, 2019) had new tires put on my vehicle at a different shop, and figured that I should schedule an alignment as that is strongly recommended after changing tires. So I made an appointment through Bobby & Steves online portal with zero issues that same day. My appointment was set for today at 10:30am (Sunday the 17th). I received a text message confirmation and an email verification, so I figured all was set.After I had arrived and was greeted by an older gentleman, I told him the reason for my arrival and proceeded to check his system. I explained that I had set up the appointment online, to which he responded That I should not have been able to do that.Okay... So, if you dont do online appointment scheduling... Why is it available on the website? Why did I also receive two types of appointment verification?They were busier this morning and he had both phone lines ringing at the time. One potential customer seemed desperate to get in for whatever reason and werent understanding that they had a filled schedule today. At least, this is what I was gathering from the one side of the conversation that I could hear while I was waiting to finish interacting with the front desk gentleman.He proceeded to grab my info and asked why I was getting the alignment. asked why I was getting the alignment in the first place. I explained the new tire situation, to which he seemed dismissive and said that they could get me in within the hour or so.Then he proceeded to tell me that they had a truck already on the aligning rack and that it was a really big job. So as a result I wouldnt be getting in for a few hours. Told him that wasnt going to work for me and he asked if I wanted to check back in a few hours. Which, from what I overheard earlier wasnt likely to happen since they seemed to be pretty busy with the current clientele.Im not sure if it was an off day for them or what was going on, but the whole interaction seemed really off. No apologies for the communication mishap, no real courtesy, and I did not appreciate the vibe that I got when asking to have my car re-aligned after getting my new tires.Honestly though after reading through the reviews here, I feel like I may have dodged a bullet and saved myself some serious trouble.

Staff was awesome and very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend using Bobby and Steve’s for your auto repair. Price was average but overall service was worth the price. That’s why I always use them.

My daughters car needed new front brake rotors and pads. She was quoted $430. I called the store to discuss the price which was exorbitant for this job. Asked for the shop rate and time to do the job. i was told $139.85 shop rate and the job takes 1 hour. That is accurate according to the Auto Labor Guide. I asked where they got their parts. I was told they are a Napa partner. The most expensive option available on Napas website is $149. That comes out to $288.85 plus tax. How that translates into $430 is truly beyond me. They did conduct a power steering pump replacement for around $450. While this is a little high based upon Napas price estimator, it was close enough that i didnt balk about it. Shop rates in Minneapolis range from $70 to $161 according to the Automotive Management Network. At $139.85 this shop is a little high if you dont make a lot of money. Having said all they, I was happy with the work they did perform.

They will mess your car up and make up lies and fake estimates to obtain more money than is need scam like fraudulent activity .

Awful service they cant even fill up tire pressure correctly 2 were at 39 1 at 27 and the other at 32. Waste of time and money.

Poor service and no professionalism. I have been mocked laughed at and the manager has told mewasting my time. It is their policy to not release personal items at this time. They choose to deny access to my personal property in the car I was in a car accident with. Before and during this pandemic crisis they are choosing to not release my ourse with the medications I need. I have made many to retrieve my purse but Jerad refuses to work with me although Jeff, the owner has said that if the State patrol gives permission I release it. Lady at patrol that they have been called from them and they will give permission but the manager and the staff refuse to call at the state patrol. With the lockdown happening at 11:59 I will not make it through without to my ourse get identification and wallet live a healthy and safe during the lockdown. Please work with as I am just for me and that is on the passenger of the car to make it through this. iI not a ski for sneakers but ourse that is to survival this. I have a notary the owner and the state patrol but yet they dent me my and essentials to live through the 10 of April lockdown. consent

My wife went for oil change , it’s advertised as $19.99 my wife called to make sure that she won’t pay more and they assured that will be the case, she took the car and they serviced it than she payed $29.98 .Do not go there period.

I took my mom’s car in for an oil change 7/27 and they left a lose bolt. Luckily my dad noticed as soon as my mom pulled out of her driveway. A lot of engine oil in the ground.I’ve been going to you guys for years, I planned to return Monday for a impact sensor replacement for which I paid $100 for diagnosis the same day in my own truck, but after this I’m never going back and now I doubt if I was given a right diagnosis for my air bag service light. This could have ended really bad.

Im editing this post after being burned again. Do not go to B&S for auto service. I just left after talking to a service writer about a bogus repair service that they didnt finish but charged me for. They repaired a 2 piece of rubber hose. Charged me over 30 dollars for it. It literally has crumbling hose connected to it *See attached photos and told me O, you wanted that fixed too? After asking why I didnt receive a quote and or options to replace the other horrible sections of hose, I was told well we gotta charge you for more service. Ive never been so humiliated by being robbed from a service center. The service writer even have the tenacity to tell me Well how long would it take you? Stay Away. Im pulling all of their ads from my place of employment and warning others. They will rip you off.

I spent a lot on a couple of critical items on my vehicle, but it was not the bad transmission that I thought it was. Thank you Bobby and Steves auto world.

I am so disappointed and I have been treated so bad on my last visit.I would never recommend anyone to get service at this place.And the service was not done right.I went three times for the same issue but no different, spent about $2,200.00. Still I have the same issue with my SUV.After waiting about 4 hours I went home with no service to my suv.People came after me without an appointment they got a service and left while I was waiting.I make an appointment a day before no one cares they ignored me.

Just had such a wonderful experience with their towing department. Out of state and needed an emergency tow and they couldn’t have been more helpful and reasonable. And fast too! Couldn’t recommend more made a lifelong customer today.

Im a fan of the staff, the product mix, the cleanliness, but I have one complaint, the way they handle ice cream.My family is crazy about ice cream, it would be great to be able to count on this location, convenient, great selection, always well stocked, but 60% of the time, its badly freezer burned. So much so that it usually just goes in the garbage. Maybe they leave it out too long when the order comes in, or maybe the vendor does. I had a Ben and Jerrys pint tonight that the bottom 1/4 was actual ice, no cream.Please fix this and Ill be happy to give you more of my money!Thanks!

I was able to have the vehicle towed in (by others since my insurance covered it) and have Jeffs Bobby & Steves look at it and get the work done reasonably fast. I found the company respectful, honest, and responsive to my inquiries. I spoke with Jeff (owner) didnt even balk when I asked if he would be willing to install a part (starter motor) that I provided. Troy at the front counter has been helpful as well--and friendly. And the pricing was right in-line with competitors pricing & industry standards. So far, my experience has been: win-win-WIN with Jeffs Bobby & Steves Autoworld. Definitely to the point where I would recommend them to others. I didnt even have an appointment and they were able to get my vehicle in, take a look at it, and repair it.
