Got my favorite 6 knives sharpened last week. They are once again a joy to use. I like that I can drop them off and pick them up in about a week.

I used Ed for years and loved him, and continued with Tommy after he took over. We made an appointment with him that he never showed up for. I called for a week with no response and couldnt even leave a voicemail due to a full inbox. He also said he would fix one of our dryers which he never even returned to us. Very unhappy with how unprofessional and simply rude he turned out to be.

Tommy is the Master Craftsman. I took my heirloom scissors to a hardware store for sharpening and they trashed them. So thankful I found Eds Mobile Sharpening-Shears. They are NOW like brand new. Excellent communication and service. Signed.... A Very Satisfied Customer ;-)

I had my knives sharpened last summer, and they are still holding strong! This was easy and affordable - highly recommend for chefs and food service workers or to any clients with dull kitchen knives.

The process was super easy and he did an amazing job. I had a Damascus knife that had a badly damaged edge and the edge is good as new now.

Set up an appointment with the new owner. He didn’t call and didn’t show up. Can’t trust a business that makes appointments and does not bother to follow through.

This was such an easy process! My kitchen knives and sewing shears work like new. No complaints at all, will use again. :)

I had some micro-serrations on some knives that I had gotten as a gift but these made it so hard to cut. He took them clean off. You wouldnt have even been able to tell. His service is fast and hassle free. He kept really good communication throughout the process. Would recommend.

Ed has been sharpening my tools for 10 plus years and has always been quick to service and very personable. He takes the extra time and care to make us Happy and we appreciate this! We have purchased shears and clippers from him as well and have always been pleased.

Got my blades and shears sharpened and I had to have them sharpened again. I was told that if that doesn’t fix them I don’t know what to tell you. In eleven years I have never been told that or had my stuff cut they way they do now. I feel like the weren’t even sharpened. My blades and shears still don’t work and folding the hair and not cutting and the blades are pulling and not cutting either. So pretty much I’m out 150 bucks. And I have to find someone to sharpen my stuff again. And I just had them done. Thanks don’t go to this guy he is horrible and I’ve talked to other people and they all say the same thing. “ Ed’s been going down hill for years”

Ive been using Ed for 13+ years and not once have I received bad work. I have gotten my tools sharpened by other people (just due to them already being available) and was not nearly as satisfied with the work or prices. Will continue to call Ed for my sharpening needs as long as he is still in business!

I have been professionally grooming dogs for 9 years and Ed has been sharpening my tools for the majority of my career. He is quick, courteous and stands by his work. I love that my tools cut like butter whenever I get them back.

I am the owner and don’t know why this one person was unhappy but I give everything I have to make sure my customers are happy and take pride in what I do and if this person was unhappy instead of posting negativity I would rather they came to me and let me try and fix the problem or will gladly give them there money back if I can’t satisfy them , as far as going down hill for years that is absolutely not the case and have had the same customers for years that are very happy , I guess you can’t please everyone.
