They did a great job getting my 2nd machine back to me with a very reasonable time. In the mean time my 1st embroidery machine started acting up, right in the middle of a busy sewing time. Tim was wonderful, kind, and so professional getting that machine back to work very quickly for me. I’m quite thrilled about the great experience and having both my machines in top working order!!! Thank you so much. Tim also made sure I had the proper bobbin thread weight for my machine.I highly recommend Myers.

I’m so thankful for Myers Sewing! The difference between family owned and a mega store is apparent from the moment you step in. Whether you visit their event center or store, you will have the best experience. Each person there is ready to meet you and help you in whatever way you need. I recently attended the after hours “lock-in” where we brought our machine and worked on projects, met new friends, learned from each other and had the best time. I don’t know that anyone else does this and it just further deepens the relationship and trust with Myers. As a customers, I confidently recommend them every time I’m in a fabric store and overhear someone needing help with their machine or searching for a new machine. I own the Brilliant by Babylock and it’s a dream machine. I have been able to finish projects faster and with less steps than I was on my previous machine.

I have taken all my sewing machines for repair and tune ups here for 14 years. Never been disappointed!I was gifted a 1950s Featherweight which they were able to tune up, and for which they were able to replace parts for an extremely reasonable price. I had no idea they worked with Featherweights and was concerned I would have to ship mine out of State...but I am beyond pleased!!!

I have been going to Myers for a long time. I have had my machines serviced and they run like a dream. I bought a sewing machine here and used it for years, recently there was a problem and I took it back twice, each time they looked it over and ran a diagnostic. Eventually they gave me an upgraded machine, because the one I had was faulty. I appreciate their willingness to correct the problem. I recommend them very highly.

I was thrilled to have my sewing machine repaired on the spot and very inexpensive. It felt really good to work with an honest company. The man was very kind and genuine. I called two places before taking my machine to be repaired. I was hoping I wouldnt have to leave it. I have been trying to make masks for a month, but have been having problems with my machine. Myers looked at my machine when I was there, and informed me itd be a minor fix. I was able to take my machine home. I appreciated that the nice man told me it was a simple fix. I highly recommend this business! With all the horrible things happening in our world today: it was refreshing to work with a place that didnt overcharge me to make a profit.

Very knowledgeable and great assortment of sewing machines for everyone from a beginner to high end embroidery and semi commercial sewing machines. Wasnt able to get a sewing machine on my first visit due to the one I wanted being out of stock, but will be back once the mask hysteria is over with and everyone with their champagne wishes and caviar dreams of making a permanent living off a temporary situation stays home or goes back to their normal work.

I recently went to their open sewing event just before Thanksgiving at the new location on Carefree, and I had a wonderful time! It was nice to work in a different environment around like minded people. I didn’t bring my machine but they were more than happy to provide one along with thread or any extra fabric I may have needed. The staff is friendly , helpful and approachable. I recommend Meyers Sewing 100%!!!

And they charge a fraction of the price I was getting quoted from other shops.Once he didn’t even charge me- I thought my machine was broken again, but taking one look at it he knew it wasn’t, fixed my mistake on the spot, refused to charge me, and sent me home with a working machine. I went to my local repair shop to ask questions about machine I purchased. Got the feeling I was bothering them and was told it would be 3-4 weeks out just to look at it. So I googled repair shops and came to Myers Company I was happy to read good reviews. So I called Tim last Wednesday for the first time, I explained to him that I purchased a used embroidery machine so I could learn to embroider. He said he thought he knew what the problem was but I needed to bring it in. I told him I lived in Pueblo and would be up on Friday. I went into a very pleasant and helpful shop. He looked my machine over and told me what was wrong. He said he would have to look for the part. He called me a short time later to tell me he did not have the part and was unable to order it because it was discontinued. I made another trip up to springs very disappointed and sad. When we arrived my husband asked Tim if he had any used machines for sale. Luckily he did he gave us a wonderful machine at an awesome price. I never write reviews but for Tim I just had to, I will never go anywhere to purchase another machine or service my own from anyone else but Tim. Awesome customer service, very friendly. Great long time family run business. They had my Pfaff repaired even quicker than expected. Highly recommended. We need more small businesses that stay in the family for generations like this one. And, they were faster AND less expensive than their corporate competition. Happy happy customer.

Myers recently opened a state-of-the-art Education and Events center at N. Carefree and Academy. Its perfect for instruction, classes, and fun sewing events. They encompass sewing disciplines from embroidery to quilting to garment sewing in a welcoming, fun atmosphere. I highly recommend attending classes at Myers!In 1977, I purchased a Viking sewing machine from Mr. Myers, the father and grandfather of the stores current owners. Recently, I took that machine in to be repaired and ended up buying a Baby Lock sewing/embroidery machine! The customer service from Tim and his son Nick Myers is unparalleled; they work with you on affordability, and are completely honest. I was provided with a free, very thorough and detailed lesson on my machine and feel comfortable going to them with any questions in the future. I wish I could leave 20 stars on this review!

I spoke with Tim on the phone and he was very nice and said that he would make time to look at my sewing machine that day. The second I walked into the store, we were greeted by Chris. A very nice you man. He put my machine up on the counter, plugged it it and turned it on. All the while, Im telling him I dont know much about this machine. He offered free classes, a one on one to show me everything there is know about my machine so I could do more with it. He fixed my machine within 1 minute. He didnt even charge me a dime for his time. He offered me water to drink. It has been along time since Ive seen awesome customer service this good. These people are the best and I will highly recommend them to everyone. I will continue to use them as long as they are around. It was the best part of my whole day. Thank you Myers.

I came in with my brand new machine that I was struggling with and the owner was so kind and helpful. Turns out my bobbin was not clicking in and as soon as he showed me that my machine took off! He did not charge me and even helped me load it in my car! I am bringing my machine for their cleanings and any future repairs here!* I just wanted to update this review. I brought my Janome Skyline S5 in for a service. I picked it up last night and this morning was struggling with the bobbin winder. My bobbin would wind up, but also my machine would try and sew too! I restarted the machine, and played with the hand wheel. Then I rethread the bobbin and tried again. Same result. I called Tim and he was so kind and said I definitely tried what I could and he wanted to see it. He came to MY house! Before I got here I even had my husband look at it and he got the same result. He came all the way out here and sure enough it worked as soon has he hit start! I was so embarrassed, but he was so kind and even talked to my kids. You really cannot get better customer service than this place!

Tim and Nick are amazing and very personable. While looking and spending hours on the computer and 2 days in the Springs for a new sewing machine I happened to walk into this store. The information and time Tim spent with my husband and I was tremendous. We ended up buying a Crescendo by Baby Lock from them. They also cleaned and adjusted my 27 year old Janome.My husband was so Im pressed with them and their warranty on the machine that he decided we needed a upgrade. So we went back and bought a Destiny II and a Katherine this year.Tim definitely went out of his way for us as we do drive 80 miles. Im not sure who is having more fun with our embroidery machine, my husband or I, but we love them.Thank you Tim and Nick!!!!

I brought my Janome sewing machine in because the feed dogs were not functioning properly. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who even helped me bring the machine in the shop. She quickly saw the problem and fixed it and even cleaned up the bobbin well for me. Great service, thanks.

Went in looking for a USB drive small enough to work with my recently purchased embroidery machine. The GM, nick was very friendly and helpful. I was checked out within a few minutes and he also offered me free classes on a machine that i hadn’t even purchased from their store. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and i will be shopping here for all of my machine needs!

Looked at all the great reviews before I came and knew it was going to be a great experience. At my first visit was greeted and got a sewing machine that I was told was last years model. Exchanged it latter because of the false statement and that visit was terrible. No one acknowledged me, greeted me or anything until I was heading our the door. Only one other customer. I noticed after I got someones attention and older different looking couple walks in and was greeted instantly by the girl who kept staring at me when I walked in and waited around. I exchanged the machine the owner was nice. The son who prior sold me the first one had sort of an attitude which may be from my complaint. He took care of it. When I asked about the free bag as advertised on their wall if you get one of the first 3 machines he said he could order it . I asked if I was getting one and he tried to sell me one, then he said wait until I pay off my balance, $50. The machine sold to me was cleaning not new. This all surprised me after reading the great reviews. Was it me?? I was nothing but nice.Nick called and took care of everything. It was miscommunication. Thank you.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have a sewing machine that I am not super familiar with and was not sure what the problem was. I walked into the shop and the owner helped me carry my heavy machine in and then sat down with me and looked the machine over. It just needed the needle replaced (I should have known how to do that, but I didnt) and the owner replaced it for me. He also showed me how to replace it for next time, checked the threading, and sent me on my way. Without charge. He spent a solid 10 minutes working on my machine, talked to me for another 10 or so and didnt charge me a dime. He didnt try to sell me anything. He was legitimately interested in just helping someone out. I will be going back for anything I need with my machine and will absolutely go back when I am ready to buy another machine. Fantastic customer service from a wonderful family owned business.

When I first came to Colorado from California I had a Bernina embroidery machine (cant remember what model). It was just an awful machine and so loud and it broke. I found Myers Sewing just down the street from me so I get on the bus and go down there just to find out Tim could not fix my machine because Bernina would not authorize a part to a Babylock dealer. I remember Tim asking me if Id be interested in a Babylock machine and I said no because I was on a fixed income and couldnt afford it. Well the longer I stayed in his store and looked around at all the machines I made a decision to go ahead and purchase a Babylock and Im so glad I did because Ive gotten nothing but great results from these machines. I think I am now on my 4th machine ending up with my Ellisimo Gold II and just loving it. Tim and Nick have been my lifesavers and I truly appreciate all their help and time throughout the years. You couldnt ask for a better team to deal with. Im so happy to see them expanding their business and bringing more to the community. Keep up the good work guys. Love you all.

After three times of taking my sewing machine to another local shop for service and having continual problems with it, this summer I took it to Myers. My sewing machine hasnt sewn this well since it was brand new! I am very pleased with the service I have receive from Tim and his team.

I recently purchased a new machine that I use for my business, a Babylock Sashiko. Nick was prompt in getting back with me on any questions I had and was highly knowledgeable in the machine itself. My schedule is non-stop all day and Nick was flexible, communicating the way that was most convenient for me at that moment either by phone or via text. Since I ordered a unique machine that happened to be out of stock; Nick worked diligently to get it to me as fast as possible, three business days passed from the time I made the first call, to when Nick called to let me know the machine was ready for pick up, when I got it home and unpacked, the machine was perfect. Nick and his team know how to serve customers well and keep them happy. I had to take my computerized machine in to be fixed last minute in mid December to be repaired so I could finish two dresses for my grand daughters. I hadnt used it in over 3 years. I needed it back the same day and as promised I got it back. Plus turns out they were closed that day, I had followed a gentleman in the store not realizing they were closed.They did an exceptional job, very inexpensive and I was so happy. THANK YOU!!!

I live south of Pueblo, and the Babylock dealership in Pueblo was not willing to price match a quote for an Imagine serger without a lot of hassle. The wonderful gentlemen at Myers matched and even beat the price I was given. I am more than willing to drive a little farther for such excellent customer service, and they will be getting all of my business from now on. I give them the highest recommendation.

I bought my first machine from Tims parents and even though it wasnt top of the line, his mom treated me like it was including me in her classes. A couple of years ago I bought a Baby Lock from Tim and have been treated with respect by both Tim and Nick. I thought I had broken something on my machine and Tim checked it as soon as I brought it in and discovered a simple operator error. I left it for servicing and Justin called the same day saying it was ready! Couldnt ask for better service or a nicer family! Thank you!

It has been a while since Ive experienced customer service this good and this genuine. Took my Brother CE-4000 in today; the carriage kept jamming and after researching online, the problem seemed to be the need for a new bobbin case. I took my machine in and not only did Mr. Myers replace the part, he examined my machine and told me of another problem I wasnt aware of. He fixed it immediately, didnt even charge me for it and even recommended the best needles for my machine. I was so frustrated before I went in (because Id been having that problem for years) that I was going to just buy a new machine. Saved me time, saved me money, and saved me a real headache. I feel so thankful and blessed and just had to leave them a review. TAKE YOUR MACHINE HERE; YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED WITHOUT GETTING RIPPED OFF.

So sad. Nick is rude, and the service is poor. His father is nice and seems to really care but Nick negates all that. Took my machine in for cleaning, took over a month, when I got it back things were broken that worked when I took it in. Plus, now I have a sticker on my machine as a reminder of the worst service ever. I had heard good things about them but after further investigation, if you dont buy from there do NOT take your machine there. I now have to drive 2 hours to Denver for machine needs. Be wary.

I orginally purchased my babylock from the father, a few years ago.I had gone in for a different machine and he convinced me this machine would do the same job. I hadnt used it much but started sewing again. It jammed after a few days. They just fixed it and it jammed again after 5 minutes. I had them order the extension table for my machine. They had it there and should have ordered the correct one. But no, its the wrong one. I am incredibly frustrated. I wish I could add a picture to show what fubar this is. I didnt care for the son as he is sell sell sell not customer service. I am going to eat the cost of the table. Put the baby lock into the closet and purchase something else.

I took my machine in to have it cleaned that was it didnt have a problem with in a week later I pick it up finding out that they did more than cleaning it he said it needed this it needed that instead of wanting to charge me $99 for a cleaning they wanted to charge me $174 for cleaning and repairs that I didnt authorize that never had a problem with before brought it back in today because after a few minutes of sewing with it it bunches up in the bottom and whoever it was the older gentleman took it rethreaded it ran one line down and said its good to go and handed it back to me I get it home and its still doing the same thing again so I will not deal with Myers again its a shame that the guy on Maizeland lost his repair person because they were awesome

Fantastic customer service! I had a C6 error code on my Singer, and took it into Myers. Tim asked if I had a minute and he cracked it open, pushed a tension spring back into place and gave me a test piece of fabric to ensure it worked before sending me back to my project! ANY work I need will be through Myers!
