Call and call and call and complain all you want. It will get you no where. Either you get a busy signal or voicemail. When they call back they apologize and still miss trash pick up the next week. We did not receive pick up for over a month. We called every week and were told someone would come the same day and no one ever did. No accountability at all. Dont waste your $.

We have canceled cause of terrible service and we were now with Infinite disposal. They never pick up on time. Always raising the rate without notifying customers. I was promised a trash and bin pickup yesterday and nothing, they are still here. Called and was told there are no drivers in my area anymore and could take up to 2 to 3 weeks to which I would be charged. Sounds like incompetence and I will not pay for that.**Update** Called this morning around 809am. Was told thier second driver had COVID and were down to one driver and my pickup was rescheduled for next Wednesday and that there would be no charge. So two different excuses on two separate days. Will see which one is true when I call on monday.

Customer service is horrible. The driver and his partner are amazing. No call backs. 4 days and our trash finally got picked up with no communication as to what was going on. When gfl took over service went downhill. When we switched companies they refused to refund the month if service that was already paid for and not used. So disappointed.

They do not respond when you call or leave a message. They do not pick up trash. It’s been weeks since They picked up and our trash is piling up. I will definitely not renew. I don’t think I have ever experienced such poor service.

So this morning I pulled my trash bin halfway down the drive and ran inside to get distracted by nonsense. It was only when I heard trash truck leaving I realized my bin was not on the curb. Thankfully I have AWESOME SERVICE because they came up and took care of it. Thank you for making today a bit easier!

Normally people including myself post reviews when things are not working well, but today was different and I think it is only fair to state the fact that I scheduled furniture removal and the personnel from GFL were on time and did a great job. The last two weeks my trash has been removed on time or close to the normal time. Their customer service has also improved. I have called for various reason the last two weeks and my waiting period has not been as long as before.It is now day two (Thursday July 29 at 1819 hours) and my trash still have not been picked-up. I called again and got the same response that I received yesterday with the addition that he did not finish yesterday but my trash will be pick up today.I guess I will have to get my trash out tomorrow for the third day in row. Worse service ever.Unfortunately the service got worse since GFL replaced BESTWAYS, many times I had to call to check if my trash would be pick up. Today for example I had to call after waiting for approximately over 4 hours after their normal pick up time, just to be told (after been on hold for over 30 minutes} that i may have get my trash out tomorrow because it may not be pick up today (which they did not). The price went up but the service went way down. I think 2 1/2 stars is too high as rating based on current service and prices.

I havent had issues with the pickups, the issue is with the customer service. I had to wait exorbitant times for someone to answer the phone, left numerous voice-mail and emails to transfer service, and was still charged for the following three months. When they finally answered (never responded to any voice-mail or email had to sit on hold for 3 hours) I was told I would be given a refund which was never applied. I am almost to the point of needing a legal solution as they took my money no problem but have disappeared to return it.

So far, we havent gotten off on a very good foot. I called to change trash companies and was assured that I would have both my trash and recycling buns by Friday. Its now after close of business Tuesday. I have spoken to the company several times. Each time being assured that the bins would be there that day or the next at the latest. Today, I was given the line that the delivery man was on his way as we speak. The bins STILL arent here. Our trash and recycling cans are full. We have a couple of bags and boxes in the garage waiting for bins. If I get my bins tomorrow, I will update this review. If not, I guess Ill he in the market for another new trash service.

The dumpster drivers are good, but good luck trying to get in touch with someone in the office. Youll be on hold for about a half hour, then get tired of waiting, so youll just leave them a message that will never get acknowledged. Three days later youll realize no one got your message. So then youll call in again, knowing you have to talk to a real human to make sure anything gets done, and that takes about 45 mins on hold.

I do the purchasing for a major construction company, I rent dumpsters and restrooms for every job. I have been in business for 22 years. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, I have sat on hold for an hour with no response. The message says to leave your name and number and someone will call you back. No they dont I have done that 3 times with no response. I only gave 1 star because I could not give zero. Dont waste your time with this business.

They are the worst service company I have ever used. Im going on a month of no recycling pick up and of course they bill you yearly instead of monthly at least they have your money when they dont provide you service. Its a very shady way to do business. I have called, messaged on Facebook, and left voicemails. No response....no alerts about delayed service...they just skip our entire neighborhood. I am not kidding when I say frustrating does not even begin to describe how I feel.

The men and women who do the actual trash and recycling pickup have been phenomenal. I have forgotten to place the containers out on time and they have taken them from the side of the house. Frequently, they return the containers near the house. Added customer service there. They are always friendly.Now, I have moved and trying to cancel services seems difficult to impossible. No one answers the phone. There is no place online I have found to cancel services.

We’re currently sitting on week 2 of no recycle pick up. Usually I call, they apologize, they send someone out. This time, I’ve called, they said the route was behind but would pick up Monday. Well it’s Thursday, trash day, and recycle on my entire street still hasn’t been picked up, again. I really don’t like calling this company multiple times a month to remind them about our streets recycling bins. So I’m looking for a new trash service. I really wish Bestway hadn’t sold out!

Regular residential trash service has not been on-time at least twice in the last two months. Thats annoying, but its truly a waste of my time when they dont email me to let me know about the delayed service until mid-day after Ive already taken the trash out, requiring that I bring the trash back in in the evening and take it back out the next morning.And today I put out multiple lawn trash bags of collected pine needles. They took some, but most of the bags were left behind--so I had to load them in to my vehicle to take them to the office dumpster tomorrow.Ill be looking for new trash service.

My experience is the same as so many now dissatisfied former Bestway customers. Missed trash pickup again this week. Was just told that the truck was here at 7am when mid-morning has always worked fine. Oh, really? How did it get from wherever to way up here at 7am? Was also told that if I read the fine print on the back of my statement, I could be charged $25 for a missed pickup. Uh huh, you change the pickup time without notice, leave my trash for the bears to knock over and can charge me! Further, was told the locals can do nothing, it is all up to Corporate.Well, goodbye, Corporate. I dont do business with fine print companies, only with straight up ones. Id appreciate anyone who has changed and found a better company let me know which one. Thanks.

Simply the worst. Its almost like GFL stands for Good Freaking Luck!We used Bestway for years and then GFL bought them out. Almost overnight, service was intensely degraded. We figured it might just be a learning curve, but over the next couple years, it became apparent that they simply are permanently terrible.Ive been trying to cancel my service for over a week. Calling every day, theres never anyone around. I have left voicemails, but never gotten called back. I even had other people try to get through when I couldnt wait on hold, but no dice.So if you want to get hold of GFL, your best bet is to move to another city and just accept that GFL will bill you indefinitely.

I used Bestway for over 18 years, and when GFL took over my service for residential pick up went downhill fast. I have left a message a few times a month for the last few months and never got a call back. They have flat skipped picking up my trash at least once a month, sometimes 2x a month for the last few months. But still charging for full service even though I am not getting it. I have never been so frustrated with a service I am paying for. I would happily pay double just to get the service I used to get back when it was still Bestway- they were amazing. I even called to ask about different services and still no response. Guess theyre not really into customer service. I will definitely be shopping for another company.If you are looking for good residential trash service, avoid GFL, theyre not it.

This company bought out a smaller company I have used here in Monument for 20 years who did excellent service and was reliable. My experience so far after GFL bought out the smaller company is that they are lacking in service, reliability, professionalism and quality. Its a constant headache with even trying to get someone on the phone for service when they dont do their pick ups. I dont think this is a good company in any way. I will be looking to another company for my service.

This is one time where I REALLY wish you could give a ZERO Stars rating. GFL is the absolute worst. Weve been having serious problems with them for a couple of months now. They are supposed to pick up our trash on Tuesdays. In the past two months, I think they have actually only picked up on a Tuesday maybe three times.I called their offices in an effort to find out what was going on. One week they claimed they told our HOA that we would have a one day delay. I spoke with the HOA and they said they had not been told that information. A week ago the customer rep actually told me they were having staffing issues. Im sorry, Im a busy owner and that is the absolute lamest excuse in the book. But, the people in the office at GFL are the best at passing the buck.This week (9/14), they again did not pick up on Tuesday. They did pick up on Wednesday, but it was done six hours earlier than usual so a lot of folks, myself included, didnt have the bins out yet. I called and once again got the HOA notice excuse. No one was told about the much earlier pick up time. I asked if someone could come out today. I received a firm NO on that request. In the old days, when Best Way was in charge, theyd come back out. Today, I was basically told GFL is the true victim here and I should just pound sound.So calling them is a complete waste of time. Their customer service reps (today I spoke with Angelica) are just like the company - they couldnt care less about their sorry arse service levels. I asked repeatedly to speak to a member of management and was told “they are busy”. I could have someone call me back, though. Yeah, right lady. I’ve heard that before. GFL has not returned one of my requests for a call back.#Cowards #IncompetentBottom line: We (our HOA) has a contract with them. They are clearly not living up to their end of the contract so many residents where I live are anxiously awaiting our next meeting where we can vote this contract out.

Recently switched to this company from Springs Waste who had unreliable service and never answered the phone. I had really high hopes that this would be a better company as they have been around for quite a while. I guess I was wrong!My recycling hasn’t been picked up for 2 weeks. Last week my trash was picked up a day late due to staffing….so when i arrived home Friday to see my can still full I assumed it was the same situation. I hadn’t cans out Saturday and still no pick up. This does not make me happy. I now have to have this full smelly trash in my garage for another week? After a long discussion on the phone, I was told they will pick up the trash that they left (1 container). They drove by this evening and Did NOT take the trash. Our refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw away about $500 of spoiled food. Now they didnt take it, we are left with a container of rotten food. Youre Fired as we look forward for a new, reliable company.

Terrible trash service. The worst I’ve ever had. They didn’t collect my trash on Thursday. So I call and leave them a message. My husband still didn’t see them come by so he emailed them as wel. For over a month now recycle has been 2 days late and now my trash is late. All the neighbors were picked up and mine was left. I called and after being on hold for 30 min customer service is rude. I asked for service to be cancelled because of how unreliable they are and was told I can not get a refund on the rest of the quarter due to cancelling. I was with bestway for 10 years and never had major issues like this. My trash is still sitting at the curb. I have had to call multiple times every week for the last month because my cans do not get emptied. For the most exspensive trash service you would think they would be better.

We got a bill or something in the mail the we need to “pay a debt” for $83. We go online to pay this and it says we owe $0. The next window says we owe $10 dollars. Try to call and no one answers. My husband and I have used this company for five and a half years and didn’t have many issues when they were Bestway and locally owned. There may have been one time they didn’t pick at our old house, but other than that we were happy with them. Now that they are GFL, their service is terrible. We’ve had more problems with late/no pickups in the past two years than we did when they were Bestway. There have been many occasions since the switch to GFL they haven’t picked up either our garbage, recycling or both. Just over a month ago they didn’t pick up our recycling on time. They magically showed up later in the afternoon to pick it up. We were going to be done with them at that point especially with the other times they haven’t picked up and saying we didn’t have our cans out. For about a year, we’ve put them out the night before so we wouldn’t get accused of not having them out. That still didn’t prevent them from doing that. We were going to switch after the incident last month, but the lady my husband talked to said they’d give us a cheaper rate for a year (since it was already more expensive than the company we want to switch to) and apologized and said the driver has to report to the supervisor when they get to our house. Since she lowered our rate, my husband decided to give them another chance. Today, their drivers missed my whole neighborhood for trash and recycling and my husband and I are fed up. My husband wanted to let them know they missed our neighborhood. He has called and no one answered, e-mailed, no reply and I even went through Facebook Messenger to get an answer and only get an automated reply to call or e-mail them. I replied to that and still got no reply.Of course our recycling bin is full and we just paid our most recent bill so we may be stuck with them for three more months if they aren’t willing to refund us.I’ll add a star if they’re willing to give us a refund once we can actually talk to someone to cancel, but I’m not counting on it.Update: They came some time during the day the following day to empty the bins in our neighborhood. Instead of trying to fight these people for a refund for the next three months of service, we’re going to deal with them until our billing cycle is over. Hopefully, the cancelation process won’t be as painful as trying to notify them they didn’t dump our bins.

What has happened to this company after GFL bought Bestway? They turned a bill over to a collection agency even though I had two forms of payment listed for auto-pay. When I first called, they said that I didnt owe anything and the next week I get a letter from a collection agency. We have used Bestway since 2004 but now am researching other options. The trash collectors themselves are still very good, but front office has really gone downhill since the takeover.

I watched one of their pick-up trucks (bumper number 4035A) cause an accident on I25. The driver was weaving in and out of traffic and cut off a semi truck causing them to lock their brakes and begin to jack-knife. The vehicles behind them swerved onto the shoulder attempting to avoid the accident and rear ended each other. Watched the driver continue to weave in and out of traffic until out of my sight causing a lot of sudden braking and possibly more accidents as I pulled over to assist. I called the company to let them know and they completely dismissed me.

Looks like I am yet another dissatisfied customer that previously had Bestway before it changed to GFL. Since the switch I have had them miss trash pickups. They also have put me on some e billing which I was unaware of and didnt realize until collections sent me a notice. (1 month behind and it was sent to collections!!!) When I called and spoke to a woman she sent me an email on how I have to create an account to sign up for e billing and then withdraw from e billing. (I just want my paper bill back please!) The site requires you to verify your email but then always says the verification code is wrong even when copy and pasted. Sorry but I am NEVER RECOMMENDING anyone use this company!

They have missed their pickup multiple times previously. This last time we called 3 times, once every other day, and got 3 promises they would come and make the pickup. Each time they never showed. Had to wait another full week with rotting meat smell to keep me company. Switching companies today, thankfully its easier to cancel their service than it is to convince them to pickup your trash. :)

The area of ‘garage disposal’ isn’t glamorous I’m sure! But.... I so appreciate best way and the gentleman who take care of our neighborhood. Not sure why people are so critical if the wind blows a trash can over or it’s snowed several inches and trash can’t be picked up that day! Didnt pick up our trash for two weeks after the holidays. We could not get ahold of them to find out when they were coming. Didnt answer phone, didnt return messages. Left our trash bu the road for a week. Then I called to cancel slice after switching to waste management and cant even get a hold of them to pick up their totes! And also, a few weeks ago the trash guy thought our tote was too heave and after dumping it kicked it over and was yelling and hitting and kicking it. He did see me standing by the barn watching him. I confronted him and he said he was having a bad day.

In the past we used bestco for residential trash removal and they were excellent. Appeared that they were bought out by gfl several months back and the quality of service has since declined dramatically. Ive called (hung up after waiting 30+ mins), left several un-returned messages, and sent an email to their customer service department to cancel services and have never received a response. I dont even live at the same residence and no longer need trash service. Its like the mob; once you sign up you are in it for life. And, of course, theres no option to discontinue service. Currently on hold as I leave this review. Will wait all day if I have too.

Our schedule pick up is Friday. Last week they stopped for the day at my neighbors and came Saturday afternoon for my pickup. Yet another case where Bestway was great, and now GFL is terrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, there are always growing pains when one company buys another. It started with repeated missed pickups. For the first few months, then was ok for a few months, pickup was fairly steady, but was always done at the very end of the day. The last straw was a missed pickup on my normal day (Wednesday). Recycling was picked up, but garbage was not. I emailed and called alerting them to the issue. I called first thing Thursday morning requesting the trash be picked and was told a truck would be out that day. At 4:00pm no one had been by so I called back. The person I spoke with said the driver ignored the request for pickup and she would contact the supervisor to get someone out to get it by 7:00pm. No one showed at any point on Thursday. I called again Friday morning first thing and reported the issue and requested a pickup. Again I was told it was noted and a truck would be sent out. I waited until 2:00pm on Friday and it had not been picked up so I called again to try and get it picked up before the weekend. I was again promised it would be picked up by the end of the day. The office closes at 4:30 so I called again at 4:15pm and it had still not been picked up. The answered and told me a driver had been dispatched and that the trucks run until 7:00pm and it would be picked up. I asked for a number I could call after 4:30 if it wasnt picked up by 7:00pm. I was given a supervisors phone number in the event no one showed up by 7:00. I tried calling supervisor at 6:45pm as it still has not been picked up and went to voicemail, but the mailbox was full and couldnt accept messages.The average time it took me to get someone on the phone during my 5 phone calls was about 15 minutes on hold before being able to talk to someone, not that it seemed to matter at all. I was repeatedly told a truck would come out to pickup the trash after they missed the scheduled day, and repeatedly no one showed up. Its terribly disappointing to see a company with such poor customer service. I will most likely go the route of many of my neighbors and seek alternate garbage service as this is just unacceptable. I will have the trash sit at the house over the weekend now and pile up. Maybe if this was the first time, or second, or third, but this has happened time and time again with GFL.

Poor customer service! Do not help you IF you ever get through to someone! Then when you do talk to them they are rude and pushing and unwilling to help you with your problem! The lady I spoke to acted as if I was bothering her, several times I had to say “HELLO!?”cause she wouldn’t answer me. We have had excellent service and look forward to see our “guys” every Friday. In warmer weather my littlest would wait out front and they wave and smile so big, it really makes our mornings. During the freezing temps in the winter, we’ve seen the same warm friendly service, endless hustle and quality service. We can’t say enough about the service we receive. On days that weather prohibits pick ups, we receive notice and have a clear plan for when pick up is. We’ve also had our guys knock on the rare occasions we’ve forgotten to set the trash out or it’s been too windy to put out early. Love our service but love our guys even more.

Worst company ever! Our trash is suppose to go out on Fridays for the last two weeks they show up on Saturday. Today I put my trash out at 7:32 am, get home from work and my trash is still sitting there. Check out my Ring camera, they came at 7:27they don’t answer their phones or return messages.

We had Bestway since the late 1980s. Loved them and their great, friendly service. Since GFL bought them the service has gone downhill. 3 times in the last 6 months they have changes their website and it never recognizes our login information. It has become impossible to contact them and get any kind of direct answer. We will be looking for a new service provider.

I told them to come get it after there truck driver got stuck on a snow day and dug a hole in the yardage other damages they have done,not only they dont think they should fix the damages .They have left there dumpster on my property for about 2months

I’ve been with Best Way for 19 years. Since the sale to GFL service has been poor. ☹️I called to cancel my service and was told they wouldn’t refund the balance on my account because it was prepaid!!!! Just another reason to not use their service. They can’t seem to get trash and recycle picked up timely. When calling to get info on when they would pick up, the info given to me was inaccurate. They leave the containers in the street and scatter trash. Do not recommend.

I run maintenance at a residential property. They missed out weekly trash compactor pickup. I have been calling twice daily,sending emails, etc trying to get a pickup schedules as I literally have nowhere for people to put trash. No call back no email, cant even get through to a customer representative. Absolutely horrible service!

Ive tired calling to speak to a billing clerk to pay my bill and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally I left a voice mail and never received a call back. When I got home my recycling bin had been picked up. I never had problems with Bestway. Lets see GFL they reads their reviews and will support their customers.

They missed our trash pickup last Thursday. Here it is Monday and the best they can do is pick up 2x the trash NEXT Thursday? The good news is that they won’t charge us for the extra trash they will picking up a week late???? What a laugh!!! Service has gone downhill in a big way since GFL took over.

Im completely shocked when I see the bad reviews for this company. We have used one of the other companies for trash pick up for many years and got fed up. The other company had random times, and closed on days when the weather wasnt perfect. GFL has been here every Friday, and when we don;t have our cans out, they come up and get them for us!! Today we woke up to our trash cans being placed out front for us by the recycler that came this morning. This is the 2nd time theyve gone out of their way to make sure were taken care of. I highly recommend and appreciate this service!

Bestway used to be a great company with great service. Since GFL took over they have really gone downhill.The pickup people frequently do not empty the bins completely. The bins are left in the street, blocking our cars and traffic.But the absolute topper was today I received an email that quoted a price to be paid that was notably higher than what I had been paying for the previous 2-years.When I called they quoted me the old price. When I asked why it had gone up, they instantly told me the price was for a 1-year introductory period only. Nonsense! They never mentioned the introductory period until I questioned the increase.Additionally, even though my renewed service period has not begun, since they have taken my money, they will not offer a refund if I terminate my service agreement.Extremely dissatisfied with their evasive and very unprofessional response.Canceled my service, effective in 3-months unfortunately.Do NOT recommend their service.Avoid and be very wary of anything that comes out of this company do not find them trustable at all.

I just wanted to say that the collectors on our area (Banning Lewis Ranch/Cimarron Hills) are AWESOME!!!!!! They go above and beyond every freaking time.Theyre really efficient in what they do, theres great teamwork, great attitudes, they wave at our little one whenever they see us walking or waving, they help get the trash to the curb or put it back to the garage.Theyre just really awesome and I wanted to share that!!❤️❤️

We use them for residential trash removal. My husband and I left in Jan to travel in the rv. Just realized didnt pay them for the 3 month amount. I called and got it taken care of and was very appreciative that they did not stop our service. And have set it up for automatic payments from now on.

Since merger in 2020, trash pickup has been consistently inconsistent. Price increased by $20 w/o notice, calls to support have been returned once. Auto-bill pay stopped along with another $20 increase - 04/27/2020. Attempt to confirm services on NEW website are unsuccessful, as are attempts to confirm services and rates.I know a couple families that quit GFL mid 2020. I plan to begin looking myself as well.Edit: trash was finally picked up today. Not the usual time - will have to check cams for confirmation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been calling every day for the past 2 weeks, and never get ahold of anyone. I have left numerous messages, that have not been returned. I called at the beginning of July to ask when my missed trash would be picked up (5 days later) and canceled my service. However, they were sure to still charge us at the end of the month, 6 days earlier than normal, even though weve canceled service with them and now REFUSE to call back.

We moved here in January. We never received a bill. They never contacted us or sent a letter. We tried calling them after the first time they passed by. After they said they’ll pick them up because we were changing to SOCO Waste, they said they would pick them up. It has been two weeks and they’ve not picked them up. SOCO waste came and picked up ALL the trash and emptied their cans too. SOCO Waste is the way to go. Nicer and cheaper with way better customer service.

We had Bestway for years before GFL bought them out and my wife and I were surprised that we have such strong positive feelings towards our trash service. The guys seemed happy would wave and on the rare occasion we forgot to get the trash out they would go to the side and get the cans. I have to say that our trash service is still taken care of every week which we do appreciate and rely on but the magic is no longer there.April 19, 2020 our bill was $80.94 then July 21,2020 went up to $86.94 and today I just got an email it was going up to $99.90 so in under a year our bill has gone up twice, almost $20.00. When I went on their website today it was changed again and after I finally got signed in and linked up to my old account I could not find a phone number to ask why all the price increases but I could not get the site to show me a phone number. I guess is saves money not to be called by customers, ok.

Company switched over to a new website and was supposed to transfer all the information, I have attempted to contact them now for 2 weeks in a row to attempt to pay my bill or to even log into my account and I have left several voicemails and nobody has returned a phone call or contact me or shot me an email in regards to this so I am considering switching companies because of the unprofessional nature that has happened with this company since the switch over.

I just had to run down the street waving my arms to ask why they didn’t pick up our trash. The guy wouldn’t stop, so I kept running. Finally stopped. Guy said 3 times he was “new”. Picked up all the neighbors down the alley. Just didn’t do ours. For no reason. This is at least the 5th time they have not picked up our trash or recycling in the last few months. What am I paying for? They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Looking for new service. Never had a problem with Bestway.

The business keeps switching their bill payment system, 3 times so far, in 6 months. I lost my account number for the garbage company. So I have to wait on a very long hold to get an account number to pay them online. If I dont get through my trash might not get picked up Monday. I have no way to know what is due.

They are the Hurricane Katrina of recycling services.Our driver couldnt find your house.Its been in the same spot for 120 years, how long do you need?Your recycling wasnt in the alley.Not all houses in CS have alley access. Somehow your trash pickup people can find it every week.Our driver is new, he was confused, its his first day, the dog ate his homework...The excuses go on, and on, and on, and have for years! GFL advertises that they will ring your doorbell if you forget to get your trash out, and Ive had problems with not getting my garbage out in time before. Today I forgot to put it on the curb, but had it out in front of my house. Im happy to say that the folks working today made the extra effort to bring my cans down to the curb. GFL used to be Bestway for household garbage collection & recycling. When GFL bought out Bestway, they had no administrative plan and their transfer of accounts in their computer system was a complete failure. This includes sufficient, verified, and timely notification of their customers, including the fact that they changed customers account numbers. In my case, GFL lost my former Bestway account and automatic payment (no auto pay transferred), which sent my service into a tailspin. After A YEAR of trying to straighten matters out, they have received full payment but have removed my service. In that year, they screwed up reestablishing my account no less than 3 times, did not respond to 2 emails, lied to me in person, assured me they would straighten everything out on my account and service, and assured me they would correct my billing. They did nothing they promised. Moreover, they stopped allowing incoming calls to their Colorado Springs facility, so the only way to speak with anyone is to go to their facility in person, which I had to do TWICE just to pay my bill, let alone correct my account. Now that matters are corrected, they did not return my service on time. If I can establish alternative garbage & recycling service, I will. Do yourself a favor and seek another company for your service. Bestway would have received 4-5 stars, but GFL should get zero.

About two weeks ago, GFL emailed me when to let me know they wouldnt be able to pick up my trash that week, That email saved me the 75 foot trip of bringing the two barrels to the street. Ive read the recent reviews and I am truly surprised to see so many negative comments. Ive had bestway for years and now GFL. I havent experienced late pickups other than when we have had inclimate weather causing delays. I checked their website today because they are usually to my house by 9am and their website clearly states they are running behind due to the recent snow storm and they should be caught up by Feb 20 which is tomorrow.

It’s not very appropriate having your employees come in without a 2 hour delay on snow days. Some people don’t have nice new cars to make it in on horrible snow days like today 1/25/21. Horrible slick roads where some employees can’t make it and get treated poorly for not coming in because management can’t understand the roads are terrible.
