Terrible personal customer service. Long time customer, always paid my bill. Missed a bill, and paid the bill , but the did not have the decency to call before stopping service, and would not have a truck swing by and pick up my trash. Local customer service was very uncaring and rude. Was told that they do have a service that does that, but when i talked to a manager, he said they have too many customers to call folks. They are so big that they have lost the personal touch. At some point, I hope that catches up with them, and they lose enough customers that it forces them to change their Will be looking for a company that has personal service.

HBS is newly servicing our neighborhood. For the first time, we can count on timely pick up (previously it would be days or weeks before trash would be picked up) so having routine service is nice. But, the biggest reason for the 5-Star review is that I reached out to customer service with a question/ request and they quickly responded and were very accommodating and kind. Exceptionally run and managed business.Thank you!

Terrible company! They just stopped picking up my trash even though I am payed up several months in advance. I havent had my trash picked up in three weeks! I cant get a manager to return my phone calls. I was promised by the receptionist several times that my trash would be picked up but it never happens. I am switching trash companies. Stay away far away from HBS!

Didn’t pick up my recycling bin looked in side and left it just small juniper bush ,plastic, glass bottles and cans ? Now it sits for another week? or forever? Metro fee pays them. WTH. They can just come get that bin I’m not gonna play this recycling game.

Just a all around awful company. Never can get ahold of anyone, drivers are rude and have attitudes. Just like I said overall awful company.

They run you off the road. How do you know theyre lying? They answered the phone.

Driver was speeding northbound i25, with road rage giving people the middle finger while in a work vehicle. Very unprofessional company obviously, I assume they do business the same way. Make sure to stay far away.

Trash. These folks took over for Rocky Mountain Disposal and have ruined what once was a solid company. Look elsewhere for your trash needs.

Driver almost caused 2 accidents in 10 seconds
